Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Geräumig, die Bäder top modern. Der Balkon komplett zu, so konnten die Kinder auch alleine raus. Parkplätze vor der Tür ebenso herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterinnen auch absolut unkompliziert, einfach und immer freundlich. Super! Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We liked the location, the quiet and the view. You can walk into Alpbach easily (although steep climb on the way back). Check in was easy. Everything in the apartment worked well and it was a completely hassle free week. Julia was on hand to remove rubbish when needed and replace towels etc. She was very friendly.
We thought we had booked an upper floor apartment so we were a bit disappointed to be on the ground floor but in the end we liked the light sitting room and we still had a view. I think the upper floors would have a fantastic view. As it was expensive to stay for a week, we felt that use of the washer and dryer could be included in the price.

Reviewed Jul 11, 20261. سعة الشاليه. 2. الاطلالة حلوة الى حد كبير، نتنازل بعض الشي كونها في الدور الارضي؛ (لاجل الشنط) وبلا شك الادوار العليا افضل اطلاله نوعا ما. ولكن مافي اصنصير. 3. تجاوب المضيف، حيث حصل عطل في نظام تسخين الماء وكذلك النت، وتجاوب بشكل جيد. 4. دورات المياه واسعة. 5. يوجد سوبرماركت سبار في القرية 2 الى 3 د بالسيارة. 6. تم الخروج عند الساعة 12 مساءً، بعد موافقة المضيف مشكوراً.
1. الشاليه في مكان مرتفع والطريق له (ليس)خطير ولكن يحتاج انتباه كونه ضيق. 2. وجود بعض الحشرات؛ واتوقع ان الامر طبيعي كونك في احضان الطبيعة. 3. الواي فاي ضعيف الى حد كبير. 4. الموقع ليس دقيقاً في بوكينيق فيه اختلاف قليلاً. 5. مرتبة السرير لم تكن مريحة.

Önskat ett extra parasoll utöver markisen då skuggan var vår bästa vän under de varma dagar vi hade under vår vistelse. Hade även önskat möjlighet för att slänga sopor vid boendet istället för att de erbjöd sig att hämta våra sopor varannan dag.

Es war uns, als Flachlandtiroler, nicht bewußt, dass die Unterkunft weiter oben am Berg lag. Der Weg dorthin zu Fuß ist sehr steil.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025إطلالة الشقة على القرية والجبال خرافية و لا تعوض ، والإفطار على البلكونة كان من أجمل لحظات الرحلة. الشقة واسعة ومجهزة جيدًا، وفيها مواقف سيارات، وغلاية ماء، وآلة قهوة، وأدوات مطبخ متكاملة مما يجعل الإقامة مريحة وهادئة. كما كانت لفتة جميلة من المضيفين السماح بالشيك أوت المتأخر حتى الساعة 12 ظهرًا.
رائحة مفارش السرير توحي بأنها قديمة وتحتاج إلى تجديد. لا يوجد مصعد، مما يصعّب حمل الحقائب إلى الأدوار العليا. أيضاً لم تكن هناك ورود في البلكونة رغم وجودها في معظم المباني المجاورة حتى في أكتوبر. للاسف تم دخول الشقة أثناء غيابنا لجمع النفايات دون تنسيق مسبق، وكان من الأفضل التنسيق قبل الدخول حفاظًا على الخصوصية.

The place has a charming atmosphere, and we particularly enjoyed the serene environment. Elizabeth, the host, was exceptionally helpful and promptly answered all of our questions, making our stay more comfortable.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The cookware, boiler, and iron could use an update, and the corners of the rooms had some dust and spider webs that need more attention. Addressing these issues would make the stay even more enjoyable.

We had a smaller appartment, but since the bigger appartment was still free the day we came, they suggested that we stay in the bigger appartment without extra charges. Best service I had for a very long time! Thank you for the great memory.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2023We stayed in Lodge 1 on the ground floor. Very comfortable, modern and clean accommodations with amazing views of the valley. The owners have thought of everything you could need, and the space was very functional. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are also large and roomy with lots of counter space. The balcony area is very nice and private. Shared laundry, spa-like sauna area and ski rooms on ground floor. As others have noted, it’s a steep walk back from the main town, but we enjoyed taking in the breathtaking scenery on our leisurely walks. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. She recommended some restaurants and cafes, and none disappointed. We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful area and at this apartment, and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!!

Absolutely quiet and peaceful except for occasional cowbells ringing in the distance. Be prepared for lots of challenging walking with many elevation changes, especially back to the hotel from the town center. Other than hiking during early October there isn't a great deal to do except relax and take in the tranquility and beauty.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2017Liegt genial ruhig und am Hang und ist trotzdem nur 5-10 Gehminuten von Restaurants, Supermarkt usw.entfernt.Die Einrichtung ist gehoben und liebevoll.Nur in der Küche könnten vielleicht mehr Utensilien zur Verfügung stehen-sonst uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.Sehr nette Gastgeber.
