L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare, idéale pour notre transit d'une nuit. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon pour dîner et petit-déjeuner. Le bain chaud est agréable.

温泉の床が滑って転びそうで少しこわかった。

部屋から新幹線の出入りが見えたこと 撮り鉄なので　とても嬉しかった 部屋はダブルルーム　ひろくて満足 テーブルとイス二つを置いても余裕の広さ 部屋も綺麗でした 温泉もあって　ゆっくり足が伸ばせた

大浴場が23時で閉まること せめて、24時までだと有り難い ホームページの写真を見て朝食付きにしたが ちょっとガッカリです 写真通りではないなぁと

冷蔵庫に忘れ物をしましたが、丁寧に保管していただきました。

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, l un des meilleures que nous avons fait. La chambre était propre. Les enfants ont adoré les lits au sol. La gare est juste à côté, très pratique pr les bagages. Onsen sympa est un plus. Laverie est pratique.

Convenient location right next to the Shin-Hakodate-Hakuto train station. Excellent, attentive staff, great breakfast buffet! Rooms clean and comfortable, I'd certainly stay there again if I'm in this area.

신간센 바꿔타는 것은 아주 만족스러움 - 아오모리가는 것 - 하코다테 가는 것

아오모리가는 것 - 하코다테가는 것 - 편리함 외에는 갈만한 곳이 아님 호텔 소개에는 수영장이 있다고 본 것 같아 아이들 수영복 준비해 갔는데 수영장은 없었고 목욕장만 있었다는 것 아주 불편한 마음을 갖게 됨

아오모리가는 것 - 하코다테 가는 것 - 신칸세 바꿔타는 곳으로 좋음

수영장 있었다는 것을 본 것 같았는데 없어 아이들이 실만 - 그나마 위안은 천연온천탕이 있어 좋았음

部屋のシャワーヘッドと部屋のドライヤーが、どちらも最新のRefa製品でとても良かった。小さな事だけど、こういう細かい部分が行き届いているのは、良いホテルだと思う。あと…泊まった部屋が13階のオーシャンビューでした。ホテル側のご配慮で、見晴らしの良い部屋を用意して下さったと聞いて感動しました。

レストランの夕食のメニューが乏しい。 冷凍を解凍しただけのものだと思われるので、もう少しメニューを増やせばいいのになと思いました。

清潔。何より、駅から直ぐ。雨でもほぼ濡れずに行けます。 スタッフさんの対応も親切でした。

The hotel is next to the shinkansen terminal and car rental agencies. The room is not large but comfortable. There is a free standard onsen in the hotel. The breakfast is superb.

The restaurant was closed, and there were hardly any alternatives close by, only one small eatery. There isn't anything to do outside the hotel.

The breakfast was varied. Great evening meal and a fantastic view. Good laundry facilities.

It was a shame that I could not use the onsen due to my tattoo.

ほとんど駅直結と言ってもいい場所で、下の階がコンビニでとても便利だった。温泉があるのはポイント高いです。

Right next to Shinkansen station so worked perfect for breaking up my rail journey. Spacious rooms, a bit dated but nice. Has an onsen.

The cleanliness was lacking. There was hair (!) and stains on the bathroom walls. I have tattoos and could not use the onsen facilities, which is fine but I’d rather it was communicated during the booking process and not when I’ve already checked in, as it would have affected my decision. The staff weren’t the friendliest.

Public bath was excellent.

Not much within walking distance but it was expected.

Hotel molto comodo per prendere lo shinkansen in quanto affianco alla stazione. Al contrario della maggior parte delle stazioni non c'è assolutamente nulla attorno per mangiare la sera quindi andate preparati. L'hotel comunque è molto bello e tenuto bene. quando siamo stati noi il ristorante era chiuso purtroppo.

物美價廉有天堂溫泉的JR共構酒店，出新函館JR站走路1分鐘就到了，真方便。房間空間非常寬敞，床好舒服。酒店很新，早餐非常專業美味，食材高級，住到賺到。本來只預訂了兩晚，因為酒店一切都舒服，所以又加訂了2晚。 大推薦

Excellent breakfast! Quiet accommodations, clean, good beds, and perfect location next to the JR station to hope on the Shinkansen or to travel farther north into Hokkaido.

Convenient location, very close to the station and rental car drop off. Laundry facilities. Excellent breakfast facilities. Not exactly to our western tastes but all freshly cooked in the kitchen there.

All was expected for the price paid.

部屋が広く、くつろげました。 ベッドの状態も問題なく熟睡しました。

トイレ、風呂場の狭さが気になります。特にトイレに座った前のスペースが非常に狭い。

年に2〜３回利用するが駅前、温泉が利用できる 事が第一の理由です。

There is no dinning at restaurants, have to look for restaurants but hard to find. Breakfast was excellent! Access for station was good!

The night staff (older gentleman with glasses is rude).

値段の割に部屋が非常に狭かった、空調が一律なので暑くて停止しても暑く窓を開けていた、 食事が良いという事でしたが普通でした、又宿泊人数の割にお風呂の洗い場が少なく混雑時に 洗い場が使用できず夜中に入浴した。

酒店位置非常近火車站容易找到，並且有遮雨的地方可以到達酒店下雨也不用怕

車站附近沒有太多商店，只有兩間食肆需要去其他車站例如函館站才有更佳選擇

フロントの👨の方がとても丁寧に説明してくれてわかりやすかった。 函館で市内から離れてることもあり 比較的人が少なく エレベーターの待ち時間もなく良かった。

客室のトイレに入った際のドア周りの細い木？の上に埃が溜まっていた。ちょっとガッカリした。

Great Location to catch the Shinkansen to Tokyo. Easy checkin Clean comftable rooms and the in House Onsen was a bonus.

位置就在新幹線旁邊，非常方便，房間很寬敞舒適。

I stayed one night and caught the train to Hakodate for a visit. The hotel is very close to the train station. The rooms are as required. Breakfast was simple but great and started before 6am.

設備で部屋のトイレに手を洗う場所がなくてわざわざ洗面所に行って洗ったことがちょっと手間だった。

The hotel is very convenient, located just a few minutes from the Shinkansen station. It is quite affordable, especially considering that it includes access to the onsen and a complimentary breakfast, which was excellent. This was our fourth time staying here, and we will definitely return again in the near future.

One small downside is that there are not many restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but overall the stay is still very comfortable and enjoyable.

The space, the closeness to the Shinkansen station..

The time said breakfast started at 0600. However, we were VERY excited to find it started at 0545. This, enabled us to have breakfast before we boarded the Shinkansen!

I went to hotel later at 19:30, glad that the restaurant open until 22:00. The front desk staffs are friendly and warm welcome. Thank you 😊

Soy sauce ramen at the restaurant is yum yum. I ate 2 orders. Haha 😄
