للاسف الاثاث قديم وسيئ ولايوجد ادوات فالجناح مثل السليبر وغيره للاستخدام الشخصي واتمنى الاهتمام والسعي لارضاء الزوار والاقامه الجيده

للأسف الغرفة كانت فيها ريحة دخان قوية من أول ما دخلنا. بلغنا الاستقبال لكن ما انحلت المشكلة. من قوة الريحة كنت أقوم من النوم مكتومة، وحتى ملابسنا وأغراضنا مسكت فيها الريحة. اضطرينا نسجل خروج قبل الوقت لأن ما قدرنا نتحمل، خصوصًا إن معي أطفال.

-AC blows strong cold air even on lowest setting / 25°C — room always too cold or too hot -Poor breakfast selection; dry, hard bread (had to buy my own), only one type of ham and cheese -Pool water not transparent (micro pollution, insufficient filters) -Pool opens only at 10AM — no morning swim before business meetings -Towels not changed and toilet paper not refilled all week -Gym equipment very limited (no light dumbbells under 4kg, no bars, no bike) -Slow checkout — 20 minutes to get an invoice -Shower drainage problem flooded the bathroom -Stained towels in the gym and pool

The only comment we have is that the pool was not clean and clear the water was turbid so they need to invest more in cleaning the water, we couldn’t swim in it.

الطريق للفندق توجد بـه بعض التحويلات المؤقتة و يتسبب بصعوبة الوصول المباشر ، كراسي طاولة الطعام كبيرة جداً و ثقيله و يصعب تحريكها لكبار السن و الاطفال و ذوي الهمم ♿️

We booked for a family of three, yet the breakfast was only provided for two. We were asked to pay extra for the child. Similarly, despite booking for three, we were asked to pay extra for the additional roller bed we needed for the child. Clearly, when we booked we saw that paying for three guests including our child cost more so we expected after paying more for the booking to her our child’s extra bed and breakfast to be included.

يوجد شركة داخل الفندق وبابها مفتوح علي المصعد كمان يعني اي حد طالع من الشركة شايف نزلاء الفندق ودي كارثة بكل المقاييس لا يوجد لها مثيل في العالم
