يوجد ازعاج بالموقع بسبب اشغال بناء مجاورة للفندق

النظافه والقرب من الطرق الرئيسية

الاستقبال طلب مبلغ تامين اضافي وتعاملهم سيء ورغم اني دفعت قيمة وجبتين قال لايوجد بوفيه عند وصولي العاشرة مساء فظننت اني تاخرت لاكتشف في اليوم الاخر انه بشكل دائم لايوجد بوفيه للغداء والعشاء وانه للافطار فقط ويتم توصيل وجبات الغداء والعشاء الى الغرفه حتى وقت منتصف الليل ، ورفض الفندق تعويضي عن هذا اليوم المدفوع فيه قيمة وجبتين لم اتناولهم في الايام الاخرى الاثاث سيء وقديم والاجهزه والاواني سيئة وتشوه المنظر العام الشارع في الصباح مغلق من اتجاه وفي المساء مغلق من الاتجاه الاخر برافعات صب الخرسانة واعمال البناء والازعاج يحيط بك من جميع الاتجاهات والمواقف بالاسفل ضيقة ولا تدخلها الا بكرت الغرفة الاصنصير درجه الحرارة في داخله غريبة يشبه الساونا يجب ان يكون هناك اريحية في التعامل فترة الاقامة ومحاولة كسب رضا النزيل لتتكرر الزيارة وهذا ماتفتقدونه ☹️

النت سيئ جدا ورفض تبديل الغرفة

المخدات يابسه وقوية .. وموقف السيارات اللي تحت يوم تطلع ما يفتح لك باب الخروج إلا يكون احد في الاستقبال يسمعه ويفتح او تظل في الرفعه باقي الأشياء ممتازه …

The staff are amazing, the reception and also the cleaning staff. and the room was good furniture and good cleanliness

Very friendly staff

Middle of a building site, advertised gym is in another hotel which is a walk down a main road with no pavements, loud construction noise

El personal fue muy amable y cual quier cosa que necesitará estaban muy pendientes.

Había mucho ruido por construcción trabajaban todo el dia, tanto de noche y dia y en la madrugada.

بعض الاثاث غير مريح مثلاً كنب الجلوس

If you look on google maps satellite view you will see that this hotel is, literally, in the middle of a building site. The work goes on 24 hours a day. There is a constant line of trucks taking away the sand. The air is almost unbreathable because of the dust. The walk to the metro station involves being dangerously close to heavy construction machinery - in one case walking under the hydraulic legs of a crane. When a car came to take us to the airport it had difficulty getting past trucks. That was at 0330 in the morning! The hotel should not stay open in these conditions.

الحفريات حول المكان واعمال البناء كانت مزعجه جدا التلفون عطلان ولم يبلغونا بضروره تجديد الحجز واضطررنا الى الخروج والبحث عن مكان اخر في وقت ضيق حدا

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال خصوصا في اختيار الغرفه مع التاكيد عليه في ذلك وعدم مصداقيته عند سؤاله هل تم تجديد الفندق خلال وقت قريب وافاد بنعم مع العلم اني اشوفه نفس وضعه قبل 7 سنوات تسجيل الخروج ازعاج اعمال وعدم وجود عزل جيد اثاث سيء من قوة الكرف لون الفرشة فيه سواد كنب قديم وغير مريح التحكم بالاضاءه سيء

Nice Hotel and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very nice

The staffs were very polite and professional.

couldn't sleep well due to the noise, because currently construction work is going on all 4 sides 24x7. Hope it will be fine after few months.

It was amazing staying with them, actually i had my early checkin as well. The staff wasvery kind and quick for all my requestes and everything, Had an amazing time with them. Highly recoomeneded.

Good hotel that feels like a modern western average hotel. Think courtyard Marriott. Larger rooms than the average courtyard. Clean and with decent amenities. Does not feel like an inn or rooming house at all - think modern average hotel. Would stay again.

More towels would be nice. Construction around the hotel but not intrusive.

Staff mostly Bangali - not cooperative. Room had no basic needs - for everything need to call reception. Very bad experience

للأسف وجود أعمال حفر وبناء لانستطيع النوم ابداً وأكيد مالهم ذنب فيها المخدات مرتفعه جداً وقاسيه لايوجد باب بين الغرفه والصاله مع انه حلق الباب راكب

Nichts

Das Hotel steht völlig umrundet von Baustellen, daher ist alles sehr dreckig und Staubig. Zudem wurde die Gesamt Nacht hindurch extrem Laut auf der Baustellen gearbeitet. Es war nicht möglich zu schlafen dort. Die Zufahrt war Nachts ebenfalls blockiert durch die gesamten Baustellen LKW´s.

Food from restaurant was good. Restaurant itself is slightly dull

Construction work area. Very noisy. Difficult to walk around. No nearby facilities e.g supermarket or shops

Really nice staff. Made the trip very comfortable
