Small room and struggle to open big suitcases fully.

A good hotel, central location and easy to access from the #6103 airport bus stop (5min walk) in city centre.

There is no breakfast served at weekends, something I was not made aware of when booking the accommodation.

Room was very congested but met my purpose. Location was great. Everything is nearby. Coex mall is just in walkable distance.

Many places the staff would help to take the baggage to the room when arrive but I had to go and get a trolley. This is something staff should do for the guest

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top pour visiter le quartier. On a adoré la salle de bains où la pièce est en arrondi, équipée de super wc à la japonaise, d'une douche et d'une baignoire. En plus la présence de kits dentaires, bonnet de douche, etc est très appréciée. Le staff était très serviable et gentil!

Peut-être mettre des films anti UV dans la salle de bains car il fait vite 30° là-dedans

- Right across from the airport limousine pick up and the COEX shopping mall - Decent gym facility

- Room was incredibly small for 2 people, and it was so dark inside even with a window. - Pillows were awfully uncomfortable. It's like it was full of plastic. - Shower situation was ridiculous, not sure why they didn't just build a normal shower. We had to cover majority of the floor in towels as so much water would splash out when you would use it. - Sauna was not available for use? - Gangnam traffic is CRAZY! Probably wouldn't stay in this location again (nothing to do with the hotel but just something to be mindful of if you want to stay in Gangnam and intend on taking ubers).

The bed was comfy, and the room was clean.

Room was rather small, and the staff was quite rude and unwelcoming. For the price they charge, i would rather go somewhere else.

I had paid for breakfast but arrived just a few minutes past the service deadline. Unfortunately, the staff were unwilling to offer any solution, neither breakfast the next day nor a refund. It was disappointing to see such rigidity, and a lack of willingness to balance the rules against basic guest satisfaction.

One thing that surprised me was that the hotel manually recorded information from my credit card as part of the guarantee process during check-in. I had never experienced this at other hotels, so it felt unusual to me.

There were a few maintenance issues in my room. The bathroom sink occasionally became clogged and did not drain properly. I also noticed some visible damage to parts of the wooden furniture, which made the room feel a little worn. This was a great choice for attending a conference at the COEX! Simple walk to everything even the subway stop.

The shower did not have a wall. We asked for an extra sheet since we sleep at different temperatures and they could not figure that out.

設備有點老舊，第一晚馬桶自動沖水壞掉，但幸好第二天反應後就修好了。但空調的設定有點難搞，只要室內溫度升高（比自己設定的溫度還高），就會開始吹冷風，偏偏空調冷氣出口在床的正上方，導致晚上頭被風吹得很痛，且這情況不定時，只要室內溫度升高就開始吹風，相當讓人困擾，建議戴帽子或穿著防風外套睡覺。

the room was the right space from my travels. the location was close the the mall and transport and house keeping was there every day.

i just struggle to find the mini fridge :) and maybe recommendation leave let of places to eat and possibly to say that over weekends there are some shops and eating places who are closed so that one can plan

Rooms are small and the services are really poor There is restriction from using some services if you are female. The restaurant was closed. The rooftop was closed. There was a charge for even basic things and it was hidden round the corner

Our toilet clogged. The room was barely breathable. So small. Everything was inconvenient and staff said no to mostly everything and not hospitable. Even no to having an ice. What kind of decent hotel doesnt have ice?

Location was excellent, super close to Coex and subway and there's quite many options for good restaurants nearby.

The blanket was a bit too warm maybe.

El hotel URI en Gangnam está muy bien y las instalaciones son estupendas. La habitación era amplia y limpia, con servicio de limpieza diario y reposición de agua todos los días. El personal en general es atento; en especial, uno de los chicos fue muy amable y nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi. Por otro lado, sentimos que las chicas de recepción fueron un poco más frías, como haciéndonos un pequeño feo por no saber hablar inglés ni coreano, pero por lo demás todo muy limpio, normal y correcto.

We went for the beauty expo at Coex and the location was perfect super convenient.

We recently experienced an issue with our booking dates due to an error on our part. However, what was most disappointing was how difficult it was to get any assistance from the hotel. Despite there being availability to adjust our dates, and our willingness to pay any difference in rates, we were met with a complete lack of flexibility and support. As a result, we lost the first night of our stay. After the experience of trying to resolve this with the hotel and receiving absolutely no help, we arrived already feeling frustrated and with a negative first impression. When traveling overseas and investing a significant amount in accommodation, a reasonable level of understanding and customer service is expected. During the same trip, other hotels we stayed at were accommodating and helpful in similar situations; unfortunately, this was not the case here. Additionally, the room itself did not meet expectations. The shower pressure was very low, and the handle was broken. We were also surprised by the $100 charge for a lost key card, which seems excessive given the minimal cost of replacement—particularly as someone with prior experience working in the hotel industry. Overall, this experience fell well below the level of service and quality we anticipated.
