Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service et l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible. Notre chambre était très bien située, dans un cadre magnifique, luxuriant et reposant. Un véritable havre de paix au cœur d’Ubud. Nous avons également participé à un cours de cuisine exceptionnel, une expérience à la fois conviviale et gourmande que nous recommandons vivement ! Le restaurant et le spa de l’hôtel sont également à découvrir.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, limpeza impecável e café da manhã excepcional e hotel muito confortável.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wenn auch das Konzept etwas gewöhnungs - und vor allem erklärungsbedürftig ist. Der Pool ist schön gelegen, allerdings die Beschattung an den Liegemöglichkeiten hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. war defekt. Die Architektur des Hotels ist sehr schön, aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Obst auf dem Zimmer war eine sehr nette Geste.

Unser Zimmer war direkt gegenüber der Rezeption und wir hatten keine Privatsphäre, beim betreten des Zimmers mussten wir immer die Vorhänge schließen. Aus dem Restaurant konnten auch alle in unser Zimmer schauen. So blieb der eigentlich schöne Balkon auch komplett ungenutzt. Jedes Telefonklingeln von der Rezeption und dem Restaurant, sowie die Gespräche hörten wir trotz geschlossenen Fenstern. Das Zimmer roch immer modrig und die Bettwäsche war sehr feucht, was allerdings dem Klima geschuldet ist. Zwei extrem kleine Wasserflaschen pro Zimmer sind etwas wenig. Es fehlt eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, eine Person muss immer auf dem Bett liegen. Am meisten gestört hat uns die große Verschwendung von Lebensmitteln, dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, aber viele Gäste bestellen alle Gerichte der Frühstückskarte nur um Fotos für Social Media zu machen und essen nichts oder kaum etwas davon. Alles wird danach entsorgt. Dieses Verhalten sollte vom Hotel nicht toleriert werden.

There was just one thing, there was a towel in my room smelt of smoke one day, but housekeeping changed it immediately.

I can honestly say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff, the room, the food, everything was just perfect. The private villa was simply amazing for our honeymoon and the staff always made us feel more than welcomed.

Definitely one of the most beautiful properties I have been to in all my travels. The spa flower bath alone is incredible and worth the stay. The yoga studio is stunning. Our room was massive. Breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend this place.

Es un hotel de lujo, cuidado hasta el último detalle y muy limpio y bonito. El trato del personal y su atención para resolver cualquier duda son especialmente destacables. La habitación standard es enorme, preciosa y llena de utilidades (hasta una linterna por si necesitas salir por la noche por las oscuras calles de Ubud). Los jardines son increíbles también y la zona de la piscina. Si te alojas en este Hotel, no cargues todos los días tu agenda de muchas actividades, deja al menos un día para disfrutarlo porque merece mucho la pena. Nuestro mejor alojamiento de los cuatro que hemos tenido en nuestro viaje a Bali

La struttura è molto curata, immersa in un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata e perfettamente in linea con il livello dell’hotel. Anche gli spazi comuni ci sono piaciuti molto, in particolare la piscina e la splendida zona dedicata allo yoga, circondata dal verde e con una vista davvero suggestiva. Una menzione speciale va sicuramente alla colazione, probabilmente uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più durante il soggiorno. Non si punta semplicemente sulla quantità, ma soprattutto sulla qualità: tutto ciò che abbiamo assaggiato era preparato con grande cura, molto buono e presentato benissimo. In generale abbiamo mangiato davvero bene e si percepisce l’attenzione riservata alla qualità del cibo. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stato però lo staff: sempre sorridente, disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni dettaglio, come spesso ci è capitato di trovare durante il nostro viaggio a Bali. È uno di quei posti in cui tornerei senza pensarci due volte. Grazie a tutto lo staff dell’Udaya per aver contribuito a rendere così speciale il nostro soggiorno a Ubud.

We stayed in the two-story villa with pool. The property and staff are beyond amazing. We did the floating breakfast and the flower bed in the pool. The staff there are no words, they all work so hard to make your stay exceptional. They even called every morning when the kitchen was closing to make sure we weren't hungry and wanted to order.

Everything was exceptionally good, breakfast was excellent with a big variety of food chosen from a menu. The room was really spacious and the private swimming pool was added value. The staff were amazing, really polite and helpful. The room was very clean and the spa facilities were great too.

Quiero agradecer de corazón a todo el equipo de The Udaya por estos maravillosos 21 días. Ha sido una estancia realmente especial. Desde el personal de recepción, restaurante y limpieza, hasta cada una de las personas que trabajan cada día para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos y cuidados. Siempre con una sonrisa, mucha amabilidad y una atención increíble. La ubicación es muy cómoda y el hotel ofrece traslado gratuito a Ubud, algo que facilita muchísimo la estancia. El restaurante nos ha encantado: la cocina es excelente, variada y siempre muy cuidada. También quiero destacar especialmente el servicio de limpieza y el servicio de noche. Cada día encontrábamos nuestra habitación perfectamente preparada y cuidada hasta el último detalle. Y, por supuesto, queremos mencionar el spa del hotel. Durante nuestra estancia fuimos cuatro veces y la experiencia fue maravillosa en cada ocasión. El ambiente, los tratamientos y la atención del personal hacen que sea un lugar perfecto para desconectar y relajarse. Sin duda, uno de nuestros lugares favoritos de The Udaya. Después de pasar 21 días aquí, The Udaya dejó de sentirse simplemente como un hotel. Se convirtió en nuestro pequeño hogar en Bali. ❤️ Nos llevamos recuerdos preciosos, mucha tranquilidad y, sobre todo, un enorme agradecimiento a todas las personas que hicieron nuestra estancia tan especial. My highlight was the breakfast, a vast variety of nothing but delicious options. The room was very spacious and cozy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was amazing. We had floating breakfast, candle light dinner and on the check out day because we had a very late flight (01:30 am) they allowed us to use the swimming pool and the shower at spa as long as we needed (8pm), no charge. We've been there for the honeymoon and stayed in Royal Duplex Pool Villa.

The resort is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

I like the architecture - a cosy little resort with beautiful interiors. I liked the little quiry designs at different corners. My partner enjoyed the spa. Very good staff service. Rooms were very spacious.

Breakfast options were limited, but my 3 years old was really happy getting customised pancakes made everyday for him. I didnt like the location much - not a feel good scene just outside the resort. Its far off from both city centre as well as rice fields.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und lesen den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen.

Ubud ist sehr überlaufen und man braucht zu Stoßzeiten sehr lange, um sich in der Stadt fortzubewegen. Das ist aber keinerlei Kritik am Hotel.

An den Zimmers gab es nix zu meckern...alles perfekt.

An sich ein schönes Hotel, aber von Preis-Leistung leider viel zu überteuert...da habe ich für weniger Geld noch bessere Hotels mit wesentlich mehr Service in Bali gehabt. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, war aber nichts besonderes. Auch vom hoch gelobten Spa bin ich ein wenig enttäuscht, habe mir für das Geld mehr erwartet. Die Willkommensmassage war nichts besonderes, das Blumenbad war lediglich eine "Instagram Veranstaltung", mit Erholung und Entspannung hatte das nix zu tun.

Duplex Villa war leider sehr hellhörig. Man hat den Fernseher der Nachbarvilla komplett durchgehört. Tempelanlage direkt hinter dem Hotel mit täglicher Zeremonien bis ca Mitternacht. Leider sehr viele Hundertfüßler im Zimmer.

Could not fault the Udaya. Staff were lovely, pool is beautiful, great breakfast options with some traditional food and drinks to try and the rooms were stunning. The morning yoga class was one of the best I have ever been too.

Todo estuvo genial. Cumplió perfectamente las expectativas: buen desayuno, buena habitación (ducha estupenda, comodida cama, terraza muy agradable). El personal muy amable y respetuoso. La piscina y zona hamacas muy jien. Bonitos jardines. El spa (masaje) muy profesional. Hay intimidad y no está masificado. Shuttle bus incluido a centro de Ubud durante todo el dia.

We had a really great time here in the udaya resort. The breakfast is really good and the staff is awesome. We will come back for sure. Next time we will stay longer. I think 2 days is enough 😅

Location is great and they offer shuttle every 2 hours (1 hour would be better). Pool and breakfast is good value. Attentive staff try to do their best especially at the breakfast.

The current Internet speed is completely inadequate and unreliable for work purposes. Despite multiple complaints, the only action taken was a router replacement, which failed to resolve the issue. Furthermore, management did not follow up to verify if the connection speed had actually improved. Reliable internet is critical for travellers, and this requires immediate escalation and a permanent solution. We had ants in our room and had to call room service multiple times to spray ant control. There were multiple lizards in the balcony as well. Their spa is mediocre and staff doesn't encourage its use.

We liked the location of the property. The staff were all very friendly.

Our room 705 was located next to the cleaners cupboard and they started work early and the noise work us up.

The staff where excellent, Evelyn helped us with a room chnage and was extremely accommodating.

The garden rooms.where better then the pool suits. The pool suits where far from the main property and full of insects. Not the hotel fault but the photos look better than the rooms. The rooms in the main block where overall better.

Staff and food

Our stay was absolutely heaven. The one-bedroom villa with its own private pool created such a calming and soothing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The bed was honestly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and every detail of the room added to the feeling of comfort and luxury. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again. A truly beautiful and relaxing experience

Beautiful rainforest all through the resort, with lovely staff. I loved the room with jungle pool and the surrounds.
