piccola nota: un'ospite era li con la sua sigaretta elettronica in uso durante la colazione, nonostante il divieto di fumo. mi aspettavo un intervento del personale, non solo perché c'è un cartello ma sopratutto per il benessere e rispetto degli altri ospiti

Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse mehr wie ausreichend, die Zimmer und das Hotel waren stets äusserst sauber und das Personal angenehm freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderbar ist das hoteleigene Restaurant, welches italienische-anconische Fischküche mit einer grossen, gut bestückten Weinkarte.
Im Hotel gibt es keinen Pool, jedoch wird man vom Hotelshuttle gratis und innert minutenfrist an den nahen wunderbaren Strand gebracht und von dort auch wieder abgeholt.

Ottimo il fatto che ci sia un servizio che ti accompagni dall’hotel alla spiaggia, vista la pendenza che c’è per arrivare all’hotel. Consiglio anche di provare il ristorante, ottima cucina e staff molto attento e premuroso. Parcheggio disponibile e ampio. Camera pulita.
Può essere difficoltoso raggiungere la struttura per chi ha difficolta motorie (da/per il mare c’è comunque servizio navetta): dal parcheggio, dentro l’area della struttura, pochi passi in salita/scale.

We only had one disappointment and that was the room did not match the pictures on the site. Our superior room was above the restaurant and our outdoor space tiny and cramped. We had a table and chairs but no room for a chaise to lay out on. We are seasoned travelers and feel like we were staying in the less than desirable room.

Très belle plage à proximité si le chemin pentu pour y accéder ne vous fait pas peur, mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine. Super petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de produits sans gluten , ce qui est rare.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We have been there before and really liked the terrace provided with our room. We also liked the alfresco dining and view across the bay. The food in the restaurant and the staff were also excellent and quite good value for money.
The Hotel does not have a swimming pool and we weren’t able to secure a favourite table for dinner. However, these are minor issues and we were aware of what facilities were available before booking.

They gave us a room which they say is the room that we booked, but they only show the renovated rooms in that category. We had a VERY old shabby room. They totally misrepresented the room that we were allocated. I truly think that hotels should be reprimanded for this.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La posizione strategica, abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel parcheggio dell'hotel e non l'abbiamo più ripresa, al mare andavamo a piedi, la veduta spettacolare dalla camera sul mare e sul Conero, il giardino rigoglioso e fiorito ben curato, la colazione sul terrazzo con quel panorama strepitoso.
Le scale, c'era la corretta informazione, ma erano davvero un bel po' per me, ho capito di non essere più giovane...e nella dependance c'è troppa umidità, si sente anche all'olfatto , ma non so se si può fare qualcosa per ovviare a un problema del genere, se non abbassare il prezzo per quell'alloggio. In ogni caso ci tornerei.

The rooms look pretty basic and old. No soap provided for the shower, only shampoo. When we checked in air condition was not working, they asked as to move to a smaller room, we didn’t want that, they fixed the AC the day after without providing any sort of compensation/reimbursement for the extremely hot temperature in the room. We would have appreciated a room discount/credit to the restaurant

Eerder een tip . Maak de schouw van de keuken hoger want als het restaurant open is kun je niet op het terras zitten door de constante geur van de keuken . Je betaald tenslotte meer omdat je een terras hebt .

Het dagelijks wisselend vismenu was uitstekend als diner, prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding met uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeren via steile hellingen.
Het hotel ligt heel mooi, maar daardoor wat afgelegen. Je kan naar het keienstrand wandelen met enkele terrasjes/restaurants.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for us starting our coast to coast walk. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great with a very good selection to choose from. We also enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. The bus from Ancona does stop close to the hotel (but does not run on a public holiday as we found out!).

Reviewed May 22, 2026Posizione panoramica, camere con vista mare, struttura elegante immersa nel verde, buon ristorante e bar, colazione a buffet con ottimo assortimento, personale gentile e cordiale, parcheggio auto.
Bagno poco spazioso senza appendini e porta asciugamani. Per chi come me ama dormire al buio, mancava una tenda d'oscuramento nella finestra sulla porta.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft trotz kleinerer Mängel gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.
Leider hat das W-Lan unten nicht funktioniert. Und die Bettwäsche war für die Jahreszeit, das Wetter zu dünn.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Die Lage ist sehr schön, man sieht vom Berg auf das Meer. Es gibt genügend GRATIS Parkplätze. In 2 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto beim Meer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, sauber und tolles Bad, supertolle Terrasse mit 2 Liegen. Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr nette Bedienung, der Hund durfte mit. Personal war sehr nett. Jederzeit gerne wieder <3

Reviewed May 14, 2026Hotel je umiestnený v horskom prostredí ako samostatne stojaci približne v tretine kopca - krásne miesto, všade pokoj a ticho. Na pláž je to 5-10 minút cez lesík. Raňajky chutné a s krásnym výhľadom. Izba primerane veľká, upratuje sa každý deň, postele pohodlné. V hoteli nám požičali aj osušky na pláž a objednali taxi na letisko - ďakujeme.
Všetko bolo v poriadku.

Reviewed May 12, 2026La posizione, con una vista bellissima, la gentilezza del personale, soprattutto degli addetti alla ristorazione, la pulizia, la tranquillità, la qualità ottima del ristorante.
Il balzello di € 15,00 al giorno per la presenza dei cani. Ha senso se, come me, si sta una notte, ma il fatto è che viene applicato per ogni giorno di soggiorno e questo mi sembra, francamente, eccessivo.
