Gorgeous hotel and rooms with cedar furniture/walls. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. Very convenient location right next to hiking trails. Easy parking. So fun!

Personal war super freundlich, sehr sauber, die Lage von Hotel war wirklich traumhaft, wenn man die Berge mag und ein super Ausgangspunkt für die Selaronda/4 Pässe Runde.

Unser Zimmer hatte ein kleines Fenster an einer Dachschräge.. so war der Ausblick eher eingeschränkt! Essen war sehr schön hergerichtet, nur ist es leider kalt am Tisch angekommen.

Camera a fost foarte mare și spațioasă. Curățenie se făcea în fiecare zi in camera. Mâncarea foarte gustoasa, multa și diversa. Foarte aproape de trasee. Zona de spa curata, îngrijită, saunele foarte faine și funcționale la nivel optim de temperatura.

Cina se poate servi doar daca anunți de dimineață și este sub forma de meniuri prestabilite. Mâncarea este foarte buna, însă as fi preferat sa avem și opțiuni a la cart pentru cina.

Most beautiful hotel/resort. Spacious room and bathroom. Generous amenities (though didn't use). Garage parking very helpful considering the tourist traffice in the area.

Bedden waren erg slecht en het diner viel ons tegen ging snel door de gangen heen beperkte keuze. Het restaurant waar we ons op verheugt hadden was gesloten. Daardoor vinden wij het niet voldoen aan 4 sterren.

Zowel in de zomer als in de winter hebben we het hier heel erg naar ons zin gehad. Het hotel is heel mooi en schoon. Faciliteiten zijn dik in orde. En de plek is fantastisch

Outstanding location and great wellness facilities

Staff weren’t trained properly. Guadalupe was the only one with a genuinely friendly attitude. All others gave you the feeling of being a constant burden. The pillows could do with an upgrade, too.

A fantastic location on the mountain, right near the Coffin Gondola. Good access to walking trails and bus service. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Manuela. We enjoyed our stay very much.

위치는 정말 끝내주었습니다. 돌로미티를 제대로 느낄수 있었습니다. 아침 저녁, 밤 시간대별로 시시각각 변화하는 모습을 바로 느낄수 있습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고, 시설도 아주 좋았습니다. 그리고 아침 조식도 좋았지만, 코스로 제공되는 저녁식사도 좋았습니다. 다음에 기회가 있다고 좀 더 길게 묵고 싶네요. 완전 강추합니다.

Das Essen am Abend war unterer Durchschnitt. Personal freundlich, aber schlecht geschult. Es fehlt ein Manager.

Gorgeous views, right within the mountains, top of the pass. Beautiful place, comfortable beds, wonderful, accommodating staff, and delicious meals.

The location of this mountaintop palace can NOT be beat!!! An incredible jumping off point for hikers, bikers, climbers, extreme sports enthusiasts, and artists who want to capture the majesty of the Dolomites! Lots of choices for dining, a spa, and exquisite rooms with views you can't even describe! The staff is so kind and attentive as well, and the gift shop sells lovely reminders of your stay as well as last minute replacement items (a warm hat and hiking poles!)

Nothing could be improved on! The staff was so accommodating, that when we got stuck on the mountain an extra half day due to a bicycle race and roads closed to vehicular traffic... they allowed us to pay a small fee and check out at 4pm. This gave us a whole unexpected day to hike trails that were virtually empty of tourists. What a treat to have a mountain to ourselves!

stod at det var bar service til 23:30, lyset i fellesområdene var slukket når vi gikk for å se etter baren i 22-tiden, på frokosten blir du tildelt et bord som du har hele oppholdet, veldig kjedelig når man får et bord uten noe som helst utsikt på et av de flotteste stedene i dolomittene, første dagen på frokosten var servicen ekstremt treg, vi spurte hvor vi kunne få kaffe og ble sagt at de kom å spurte ved bordet, servitøren brukte 10 minutter på å komme å spørre og ytterligere 5-6 minutter før den kom til bordet. dag nummer to var servitøren mer på og kaffen kom med en gang og den var helt perfekt!

Panorámája tökéletes. A szoba tágas és ötletes. Az étterem első rangú, a pincérek gyorsak. Nagy koktélválaszték, Hamarabb érkeztünk és mégis el tudtuk foglalni a szobánkat, és a nagy turista forgalom ellenére is volt foglalt parkolónk.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prenotare all'ultimo in questo meraviglioso Resort, mentre tornavamo affaticati dall'anello. Abbiamo avuto fin da subito un'accoglienza straordinaria, pronta ad accoglierci. Il Resort è puro comfort, eccellente sistemazione con stanze bellissime e pulitissime. La vista del sasso Piatto e Sasso Lungo direttamente dalla finestra ha reso il tutto estremamente magico.

Otrevlig personal. Dålig och oengagerad service, sur personal. Inga valmöjligheter för middag. Otroligt dyrt för vad man fick. Med detta pris väntar man sig perfekta faciliteter, proffsig personal, flexibilitet, bra alternativ vad gäller måltider mm. No value for money.

압도적인 경관과 일몰에 붉게물든 파소셀라 새벽녘엔 일몰도 볼수 있습니다 . 방안의 편백향은 하루의 피로를 모두 풀어줍니다. 특히 데스크 직원분들이 너무나 친절하고 늦은시간 8시쯤 체크인했는데도 디너를 이용할수 있도록 도와주셔서 감사했습니다. 디너와 조식도 아주 만족했습니다! 가끔 한국인도 보이더라구요ㅎㅎ다음번에는 가족단위로 재방문 하고 싶을만큼 추천하는 숙소입니다.

Un super bel endroit près du Sassulungo !!! La chambre est spacieuse! Le personnel a répondu à nos questions. Les déjeunes sont variés et copieux! Délicieux!

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de restaurant aux alentours ou de station service par exemple. C’est loin de tout. Aussi, précisez sur le menu table d’hôte ce que vous servirez. Par exemple, j’ai choisis le canard et j’ai eu du foie de canard, ce qui est très différent!

Beautiful views

No coffee facilities in the room or lobby. Had to wait for breakfast at 7.30 am. We wake up early so it was extremely painful waiting. Then at breakfast there is no automatic coffee machine and had to wait for the over worked waiters for coffee. I would suggest investing in an automatic coffee machine! Otherwise the breakfast was wonderful!

Depuis plusieurs années, j'avais repéré cet hôtel en pleine montagne sur la route du Passo Sella et je m'étais promis d'y séjourner une fois dans ma vie tant le cadre est merveilleux. Nous avons été bien accueillis dans cet établissement 4*. La chambre était très spacieuse mais ayant choisi la chambre la moins chère, nous avons eu droit à ce qui doit être la plus petite des fenêtres. Si il devait y avoir un prochain séjour, je choisirais sans aucun doute une chambre plus couteuse mais avec une meilleure vue. Je n'hésiterais pas une seconde à payer un peu plus cher pour mieux profiter, depuis la chambre, du coucher et levé du soleil sur la Saaslong. Cet endroit est, à mes yeux, un des plus beaux paysages au monde. Le repas du soir était délicieux pour un prix raisonnable et le petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, était aussi excellent. La sympathie du personnel est assez inégale. Certaines personnalités conviennent mieux au service client que d'autres. Il est parfois bon de rappeler que le sourire de tout le personnel est la véritable clé d'un séjour réussi pour le client.

Il y a dans cet hôtel 3 ou 4 parties au restaurant. Certaines parties du restaurant disposent de la magnifique vue sur les montagnes (Saaslong) et une partie (celle dans laquelle nous avons été placés) ne dispose que d'une petite fenêtre. Ici aussi, je suspecte que le petit prix (tout est relatif) que nous avons payé pour notre nuitée a eu pour conséquence d'être placé dans cette partie du restaurant sans vue pour le diner et pour le petit déjeuner. La prochaine fois, je payerai un peu plus cher pour profiter de chaque seconde de cet endroit qui ressemble pour moi au paradis.

Mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht op de passen en bergen. Diner en ontbijt zijn uitstekend, personeel zeer vriendelijk. In de zomer gratis in de parkeergarage. Buiten de bezoektijden van de toeristen aan de Sellapas was het zeer rustig.

Hotel building, service, etc are excellent. However the standard room set-up is missing what has become standard equipment in other high-end hotels: coffee/tea-making equipment and mugs in rooms, a blanket to supplement the duvets on chilly nights, more than two small glasse, etc. All were provided on request but shouldn't have to be asked for

The Spa/pool/sauna hours are very limited. There was no coffee in the room and no air conditioning. This might not be related to the hotel, but the sassolungo cable car is not operating at this time of year whereas other cable cars throughout the Dolomites are. Pillow/beds could had been more comfortable.

Frühstück sehr gut.

Preis- Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. In einer Juniorsuite erwartet ich einen Tisch und Sitzecke. Es war ein Schlafsaal für eine Großfamilie. Es war ungemütlich. Außerdem erwarte ich, wie es in Südtirol üblich ist, für diesen Preis eine Halbpension.

Beautiful location on the slopes! Lovely boutique feel to the hotel.

You have an allocated breakfast table for your entire stay and it's not possible to change it. This did not work for us as we wanted to have a better view during breakfast. It should be first come, first serve. Management of the breakfast restaurant and a la carte restaurant were not the friendliest. The rest of the staff were lovely.
