There wasn't hot water at nights. I tried at 6:00- 9:00pm several times but we had a shower with cold water in our last 2 days. The breakfast was a toast or a croissant with a glass of soft drink or coffee at the nearby cafe. If I had known this, I definitely wouldn't have ordered it. The street is really dirty.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Dieses Appartement befindet sich im 4.OG eines Wohnhauses einer sehr verschmutzten Strasse nahe dem Bahnhof und ist daher zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Unseren PKW konnten wir auf einem öffentlichen kostenpflichtigen bewachten Parkplatz etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gut abstellen. Die Rezeption der Residenz befindet sich im 1.OG und ist tagsüber personell gut und freundlich besetzt. Von dort haben wir die Zimmercodes erhalten. Die Sanitäranlagen - Dusche und WC - waren sehr sauber und in Ordnung. zwischen den zwei Schlafzimmern befand sich ein großer Aufenthaltsraum mit dem 5 Bett und einer vollständigen Küche , was sehr angenehm war. Für das Frühstück haben wir einen Gutschein für eine Frühstücksbar um die Ecke erhalten , den wir zwischen 7.30 und 10 Uhr morgens bei der freundlichen Bedienung für ein italienisches Frühstück einlösen konnten; das war eine gute Lösung. Für eine Übernachtung für eine Nacht war das eine gute Lösung.
Leider sind alle Betten sehr ausgelegen , sodaß wir nicht sehr gut geschlafen haben; durch die Zimmerfenster dringt Tag und Nacht der gesamte Lärm von der öffentlichen Straße in die Zimmer; diese Zimmer-Aussen-Fenster sollten einen besseren Lärmschutz erhalten.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Apartament zgodny z opisem. Doskonała lokalizacja. Codzienny bazar rano w niczym nie przeszkadzał. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające. Nie było problemu, aby wcześniej się zameldować i można było zostawić w ostatni dzień bagaże w recepcji. Dla osób szukających miejsca do wypadów na miasto jak i poza, miejsce idealne.

Es gab keine Informationen / Billets zur Stadtrundfahrt, welche im Preis der Unterkunft inbegriffen gewesen wäre, laut Website der Unterkunft.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Excellent apartment, spacious enough and with a balcony. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen, clothes drying rack, iron, and hairdryer. There was a washing machine on the floor. The staff was excellent, and communication was quick and hassle-free. A big plus was the breakfast (coffee and pastries) available at a café on the neighboring street. The bus/train station was just a 10-minute walk away, and there were two supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Excellent value for money.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La colazione si tiene in due bar vicinissimi alla struttura, ottimi e ricchi di dolci e salati. Non c'erano però prodotti senza lattosio. Molto bella e grande la stanza, praticamente un miniappartamento dotato di vari confort.
Forse nelle camere sarebbe opportuno sistemare una scopa e uno straccio per pulire quando si soggiorna per un tempo lungo. Il phon non era molto efficace.

Les équipements ne sont pas entretenus. L’hôtel propose des machines et sèches linge à tous les étages mais en très très mauvais état. Ne sèche plus, ne lave pas correctement. Ne pas y mettre les vêtements blancs !

Smjestaj je jako prljav, pod pogotovo. Iako je lokacija u centru,ulica je jako nesigurna te se navecer okupljaju beskucnici i alkoholicari. Tijekom noci se stalno cuje razbijanje i vika na ulici te nije moguce spavati. Buduci da je trznica odmah ispred smjestaja rano ujutro pocinje buka( vec od 5 sati ujutro)

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026El alojamiento es amplio, limpio y además cuenta con cocina por si alguien quiere preparar alguna comida. Cuenta con unas escaleras antes de coger el ascensor y este es de puerta muy reducida. A tener en cuenta para persona con movilidad reducida. Las chicas que nos atendieron excepcionales. Por desgracia nos quedamos mochila olvidada en el avión e intentaron ayudarnos a encontrarla. Si vais en coche, hay un parking al lado(precio 12 euros desde la tarde a la mañana siguiente). El centro está a pocos minutos. El desayuno te dan unos tickets para desayunar en una pastelería cafetería a pocos metros y puedes elegir varias cosas.
En principio el lugar que daba como inseguridad pero luego te das cuenta que no hay problema. Obviamente todo esto no afecta al alojamiento.

Nije nam se dopalo to sto smo posli na odmor, a svako jutro u 5:45 obzirom da se smjestaj nalazi pored pijace, ljudi koji rade na istoj su prebucni i nije se moglo odmarati. Takodje vlasnici je obracena paznja za to, a ista nam nije ponudila drugu sobu sa unutrasnje strane. Sve u svemu, nista specijalno.

A massive marketplace right at the bottom of the building. The sellers were noisy, I guess that's the price of being in the city centre. Not suitable if you prefer a late morning nap. Breakfast was a croissant and a coffee for each.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Duży przestronny apartament z klimatyzacją, cichy dobrze wyposażony w samym centrum Katanii wszędzie blisko dworzec kolejowy, autobusy, metro, sklepy ,bez problemu późniejsze zameldowanie polecam każdemu jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócimy to z pewnością zatrzymamy si e w tym samym miejscu 🙂 Large, spacious apartment with air conditioning, quiet and well-equipped, located right in the very center of Catania. Everything is close by — the train station, buses, metro, and shops. Late check-in was no problem at all. I highly recommend it to everyone. If we ever return to Catania, we will definitely stay in the same place again.🙂

The apartment has all the facilities needed and very clean. For breakfast you will be given a voucher and the coffee bar is just round the corner, No specialities just coffee and some pastries.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Duży i przestronny apartament z balkonem. Codziennie odbywal sie targ ale wcale nie bylo glosno. Blisko do dworca autobusowego i kolejowego oraz blisko do głównej ulicy Via Etnea. Codziennie pyszna kawa i świeże crossanty serwowane w kawiarni obok. Polecam.
Za malo papieru toaletowego 🫢, mogłaby być jakaś szafa w salonie lub stoliki nocne przy sofie.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Frühstück gab es in einem kleinen Restaurant ganz in der Nähe. Nur ein Toast oder Croissant mit Kaffee, aber für uns ausreichend. Das Appartement ist groß, sauber und ordentlich. Es hat nichts gefehlt.
Ich hatte die Unterkunft gebucht, weil "Parkplatz" ausgewiesen war. Als wir ankamen, war es nicht möglich, mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft zu fahren. Es war dort Markttag und wir mussten in der Nähe einen Parkplatz finden, was schwierig war. Maximale Parkzeit sind 3 Stunden. Ab 19 Uhr konnten wir umparken, allerdings nur für einen Tag bis früh 5 Uhr, dann war wieder Markt und Parkverbot. Vorsichtig sollte man mit dem Aufzug sein: Sobald man die gewünschte Etage wählt, schließt die Tür.

Le lit canapé n'est pas utilisable par des adultes, le matelas n'est pas assez épais pour compenser les barres de fer. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas au sol. Bruyant le soir et le matin.

Myggor inomhus, märken på väggarna där man slagit myggor med skor, inget duschdraperi, man fick inte använda toapapper för täpps toan enligt en lapp på väggen.

Difficile d’accès si vous arrivez un samedi: il y a un immense marché sur la rue et les rues avoisinantes. Nous n’avions pas été averti

Esperienza purtroppo molto spiacevole. Il materasso era vecchio, scomodo e di qualità scadente. L’appartamento è risultato molto rumoroso già dalle 6 del mattino a causa del mercato giornaliero che si svolge proprio sotto l’abitazione: la camera non è insonorizzata e si sente praticamente tutto. Inoltre, non sono presenti serrande né scuroni, ma solo tende che coprono parzialmente le finestre; di conseguenza, la luce entra già dalle prime ore del mattino. Anche la pulizia generale dell’appartamento non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Colazione scomoda perché viene servita in un bar convenzionato a circa 100 m dal residence. All'arrivo avevo pagato l'intero importo della stanza ma ancora non mi è stata consegnata la ricevuta fiscale da me richiesta.
Il.telefono che compare sulla prenotazione. Su tre lunghe telefonate ha risposto un unica volta. Questo ti.mette ansia.dovrebbeto essere piu professionali e rispondere con maggior rapidità.
