Le lit wow, c'était le plus confortable que j'ai eu depuis longtemps. Je crois même qu'il était plus confortable que celui à la maison! Cuisine au sous sol tout équipé. Gentillesse de l'hote à la réception Proche du métro, quartier animé.

Il y a une terasse sur le toit, mais aucune chaise/table. Donc cela ne sert à rien d'y aller. La lumière de la salle de bain fermait souvent tout seule, comme s'il y avait un court circuit avec le système. Elle a aussi ouvert tout seule durant la nuit.

For context: we were travelling with a 3 and 5 year old and we had no issues. Our family of four, new to Seoul, had a comfortable stay at YOLO Guesthouse. The facilities were exceptionally clean. Sure, the room was a bit snug, but considering we were out exploring a majority of the time, it didn't worry us at all. The check-in process (even out of office hours) was smooth, the communal area was accommodating and clean, there is a 7-11 within walking distance - and coffee and other restaurants. The train station was very close to take you to any location and the major shopping district (Myeongdong) across the way was bustling.

A little lamp - or light - in the top loft area would have been useful. We turned off all lights when putting the kids to bed so relied on phone light! Not a huge issue, just a suggestion!

Convenient location If you want to cook there is a kitchen & eating area. There are washing machine/ dryer that you pay for. All information when you check in is online.

The young man at the desk (I believe the owner’s son) was not very helpful. He basically said all info is online. He was a bit rude.

La habitación no tenia aire acondicionado. Era septiembre y hacía calor pero no recomendaría ir en verano verano. Habitación pequeña y con mucha luz desde temprano. Personal poco amable.

Great location, just a few minutes from Myeongdong Station. There is a short uphill walk to reach the hotel, but it's well worth it given the convenience. We stayed as a family of four. The room and bathroom were small, but for the price offered excellent value. The beds could be a little noisy when moving around, but they were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels provided daily when needed. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were supplied. The communal breakfast area includes a fridge where guests can store food and drinks, and there is also a small fridge in the room. The basement laundry facilities were a huge bonus for a longer stay. There is also a lift, which is helpful when travelling with children and suitcases. There are several restaurants nearby, and the area felt extremely safe throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a great location and practical facilities for families or longer visits. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Beaucoup de points positifs lors de mon séjour! L'emplacement est idéal, je n'ai eu aucun problème pour accéder aux transports en commun et les restaurants sont tout près. L'endroit global est extrêmement propre (chambre individuelle et espaces communs). Tout est très bien expliqué dans leur manuel. Le personnel est également très gentil.

Rien en particulier que je n'ai pas apprécié.

Esta es ya la quinta vez que me alojo aquí y, sin duda, uno de los  motivos por los que  vuelvo es por la hospitalidad que tiene Shin . Su disponibilidad y facilidad para ayudar caben a destacar : está dispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier cosa que necesites y siempre lo hace con una amabilidad y la mejor disposición. El alojamiento está siempre muy limpio y realmente consigue que te sientas como en casa. En la cocina tienes a tu disposición cubiertos, platos, tazas y todo lo necesario. Es un lugar muy acogedor y reconfortante al que regresar después de pasar el día recorriendo Seúl. También transmite mucha tranquilidad, ya que todos los huéspedes respetan las normas de silencio, algo que se agradece muchísimo después de un día rodeado del bullicio de la ciudad. Estas son solo algunas de sus muchas cualidades. Lo recomiendo totalmente a quienes quieran disfrutar de una experiencia de «sentirse como en casa» en pleno corazón de Myeongdong. ¡Sin duda volveré! This is my fifth time staying here, and without a doubt, one of the main reasons I keep coming back is Shin’s wonderful hospitality. His availability and willingness to help truly stand out: he is always ready to assist you with anything you may need, and he does so with great kindness and the best possible attitude. The accommodation is always spotlessly clean and truly makes you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, and everything else you might need. It is a very cosy and comforting place to return to after spending the day exploring Seoul. It is also wonderfully peaceful, as all the guests respect the quiet hours—something you really appreciate after a day surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city. These are just a few of its many wonderful qualities. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a true “home away from home” experience right in the heart of Myeongdong. I will definitely be back!

Das Guesthouse ist sehr sauber, das muss man wirklich hervorheben. Das Zimmer fand ich schön und auch ausreichend groß. Die Duschen sind so ins Badezimmer integriert in Südkorea, war auch überhaupt kein Problem. Die Lage fand ich sehr gut. Personal war freundlich und höflich. Ich fand die Anleitung, die man bekommen hat gut, da man nicht extra alles nachfragen muss, sondern einfach nachschauen kann. Ich fliege nächstes Jahr wieder nach Seoul und würde jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer dort buchen.

Über die Regeln lässt sich streiten. Der Besitzer kann die Regeln so festlegen wie er möchte, das finde ich in Ordnung. Das Einzige, was ich bemängeln würde ist, dass die Regeln nicht VOR der Buchung ersichtlich sind, denn man sollte schon die Möglichkeit haben zu gucken, ob das mit den eigenen Vorstellungen übereinstimmt.

Très petit. La mezzanine est très petite et biscornue on y étouffe et on se cogne même seul. On est oppressé dans cette chambre vue sur le mur à 3 m. Pas de rideaux occultant . C est en fait un espèce de système air. Bnb où vous êtes écrasés par 50000 règles des l arrivée et la pression qu on vous mets en enregistrant.

Personnel très froid et limite méprisant, aucun effort d’échange, de communication… Pas de ménage durant les 4 jours, on doit demander papier toilettes, changer les poubelles … nous mêmes!!!

La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir andando a la Seúl tower si te gusta caminar y no es verano, las instalaciones están muy bien, es bastante nuevo, para familias con niños es bastante recomendable.

Que le hace falta un armario aunque sea pequeño para poner la ropa y que aún teniendo terraza no se puede utilizar más allá de las 22.00, en pleno verano con el calor que hace en Seúl.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The property has a lot of potential and makes a very good first impression. A great feature is the rooftop terrace, especially in good weather.

The terrace has a lot of potential but is practically empty. There is not even anywhere to sit, so it is difficult to actually enjoy it. It is a shame, as with a small investment it could become a really pleasant space for guests. The bathroom is very small and there is no properly separated shower area or shower tray. When you take a shower, water gets all over the bathroom, which is quite inconvenient. The biggest downside, however, is the atmosphere at the property and the way guests are treated, particularly by the receptionist. There are a huge number of rules at the property, with a very strong emphasis on following them. I have been travelling for many years and, honestly, I have never experienced this kind of approach before. At times, it feels like there is a complete lack of trust in guests and a lack of basic common sense. I understand that a manual with all the information and rules is sent to guests in advance. I actually think this is a good idea – having everything clearly explained in one place can be very helpful. However, guests are often on multi-week trips, visiting many different places, and may not have the time to carefully read and memorise every single rule of every property they stay at. Most people know how to behave in hotels and accommodation, and basic rules are usually self-explanatory. Therefore, having a manual in the room or sending it before arrival is perfectly reasonable. The problem is not informing guests about the rules, but the excessive emphasis placed on them during the stay, the way they are enforced, and the fact that penalties are specified for individual violations. I also believe that when running a property like this, you have to accept that there will always be some level of risk. Not every guest will behave perfectly, and that is simply part of running a hospitality business. Of course, rules are necessary, but they should be balanced with a certain level of trust and common sense.

De jonge man achter balie was super vriendelijk. Heeft mij geholpen met het zoeken naar een aantal plekken, was zeer chill en stoorde ook niemand. De kamer was perfect voor een eenpersoons, mensen zouden kunnen zeggen dat het een rare indeling is. Maar als je alleen bent is dit normaal. Het hotel lag op de perfecte plek naast een 7/11 en op 3 min stappen van een tramhalte + heel de myeongdong winkelstraat. TOP!

Good location

It was super clean and had good amenities for a guesthouse. I also liked that it was in a very convenient spot in Seoul so that I could travel to my heart’s content!!

Ein modernes Appartmenthaus mit Hostelcharakter in super zentraler Lage. Praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Und obwohl immer gesagt wurde, es ist nicht immer jemand da als Ansprechpartner, war immer jemand da. ;-)

員工友善，地點方便。

God og meget central beliggenhed. Stedet er pænt og rent og der var et dejligt opholdsrum i kælderen. Gode vaskemuligheder. Værten var hjælpsom med sen udtjekning mm.

Der kunne eventuel være nogle stole med ryglæn og et lille bord, så man kunne bruge gulvpladsen bedre og ikke behøvede sidde i sengen. Bare et forslag. Ikke at det var et problem for os.

Location is right next to a very nice view of the Namsan tower. The rooms are very clean and new.

This is not really a hotel, more like an airbnb so the room service is quite limited. But it did not cause any problems.

Customer service is bad, not welcoming tourist at all. explanation was bad for everything, and the first thing was told us that is their house, and is not hotel!

位置、個人隱私和規劃良好的動線與公共空間，該有的都有，非常滿意的一次住宿，下次不管是和朋友來還是個人旅行都會想再住。

真的沒有⋯三個大人住家庭房可能要注意行李要輪流打開的問題，其他都很滿意。

整體環境很乾淨，床也很好睡，住起來非常舒服。地下室的廚房設備很齊全，而且都維持得很乾淨，還有飲水機可以隨時補充飲用水，這點真的很加分！ 因為我們不懂韓文，當時需要叫計程車時，還特別請老闆幫忙輸入韓國地址並協助叫車，真的幫了我們很大的忙，讓整趟旅程順利許多。 很感謝老闆的熱心與幫忙，讓我們在旅途中感受到很多溫暖，也因此有了一趟愉快又舒適的住宿體驗。很推薦這間住宿！

La doccia non era delimitata da un piatto, per cui si allagava tutto il bagno, già piccolissimo.

Pessima accoglienza da parte dello staff alla reception. Più che ospiti, ci hanno fatto sentire parte di una relazione meramente contrattuale. Al nostro arrivo, il proprietario ha precisato che se non avessimo letto la sua "guida" della struttura, ci saremmo trovati male; peraltro non si è dato la pena di illustrarci la sua "guida", riservando a noi l'onere di leggerla. E ha riservato a noi anche l'onere di fare il check-in: mentre lui aspettava seduto il poltrona, noi, appena sbarcati da un volo intercontinentale, abbiamo dovuto scrivere i dati in piedi e usando il wi-fi a nostre spese. Come se non bastasse, ci ha chiesto di mandargli una mail in modo da trovarci in mezzo a tutte le sue mail, cosa da cui abbiamo dedotto che non avesse preparato il piano di arrivi della giornata.

We consider the stay a success, an interesting idea with a manual with photos in which everything was described in detail: how to use the hotel and its facilities, friendly service, very good location, quiet neighborhood, close to the subway, nice view of the Namsan Tower. The room was very clean.

離地鐵站近，交誼廳大且設備齊全，連微波爐、電磁爐和調味料都有提供，要煮飯應該也是可以的，還有要特別注意帶外食回住宿吃要在B1交誼廳喔 住宿須知有特別強調注意音量，所以整體很靜謐舒適，但本身隔音沒有到很好，有幾天遇到其他遊客凌晨嬉鬧兩小時左右，他房住宿旅客素質這點就比較看運氣了 老闆本人（應該是吧）英文很好，英文流利的旅客不用擔心溝通，但我英文不好所以用翻譯機交流，也是順利的👌

我們住的303號房廁所燈會突然跳掉，住宿八天發生數次，可能是線路接觸不良導致的，一開始在凌晨發生時有被嚇到，後來就習慣了，住303房的旅客要注意一下 同時提醒各位，從明洞車站3號出口到住宿地點都是斜坡，路途不長但拖行李箱會需要一點力氣喔，如果有帶小孩或長輩需要考慮一下體力

Beliggenheden var god, tæt på Myeongdong centrum og subway station. Masser af spisesteder og butikker rundt omkring. 7-Eleven er 2 min gang fra Yolo. Der var rent og det man skal bruge. Husk det er ikke et hotel, så der er ikke samme service og betjening som et hotel. Super fint til unge, par og familier som er vant til at bo på Guesthouses.

Der var for mange regler til at man kan huske dem. Vil være en fordel at have tingene skrevet ned og hængt op rundt omkring. Regler er fint, og skal respekteres, men når man har for mange, kan man ikke forvente at alle har terpet på det hjemmefra og husker dem :-) Toilettet/badeværelset er meget lille. Der mangler flere kroge og knager til at hænge sit tøj op.

地點靠近明洞，就在童趣街內，相當好拍照，房子整理相當乾淨，很用心在維護，住起來相當舒適

The host was incredibly kind, especially the elderly couple. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Myeongdong Station, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a very convenient place to stay.

We booked this accommodation for the N Seoul Tower view, but whenever it rained, water leaked from the ceiling near the window. The host placed plastic bottles to catch the leaking water and asked us to keep the blinds closed, so we had to leave them closed for almost half of our stay, which felt quite disappointing. There was no wardrobe or chest of drawers, so it may not be an issue for a short stay, but it can be inconvenient for longer stays as there is very little space to organize your clothes. The bathroom floor also did not drain well. After every shower, we had to use a floor squeegee to push the water toward the drain.

Great room. Took a family room with terrace for myself and son. Gave us both space. Shared areas so useful . The owner and his parents were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rule book is eady to read and sensible. Helps you when you cant remember things like washing machine. Great location.

La ubicación es excelente, apenas a 5 minutos andando de la zona de Myeongdong.

El personal era poco amable, incluso brusco en el momento del checkin. A la hora de hacer el checkout ni nos dio las gracias. Cero cortesía y amabilidad. La habitación era tal cual las fotos, un colchón tirado en el suelo, apenas a 1 metro del techo, no recomendado a claustrofóbicos.

Große küche im untergeschoss, wo man gemeinsam sitzen und essen kann. Eigene sachen kann man auch in deb kühlschrank packen. Eine waschmaschine und trockner verfügbar(waren aber sehr oft belegt, wrnn man waschen wollte) tolle lage. 7minuten vom namsan cable car entfernt

Momentan ist neben dem hotel eine baustelle, ist recht laut, wenn man mal länger schlafen möchte (da kann das hotel selbst natürlich nichts für) dachterrasse ist ansich schön aber es gibt weder stühle noch tische, sodass man sie im Endeffekt nicht nutzen kann. Zimmer sind für 3 personen inkl großen Koffern sehr klein. Der hotelmanager/herr des hauses is recht gewöhnungsbedürftig, um es mal nett auszudrücken. Man hat das gefühl, er hat nicht wirklich bock auf seine gäste...würde es alles in allem kein zweites mal buchen

The guest rooms and public areas (kitchen, lobby, etc) are both clean and comfortable. The location is even the best of the best. It only takes 5 mins walk to arrive Myeongdong subway station. The owner（Shin) and his parents are incredibly friendly and hospitable. Shin even successfully helped us find singing lollipops. We were so happy and grateful to choose the YOLO as our accommodation in Korea. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Seoul! 👍🏻
