Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Tout on commence par l accueil arriver vers 00h l accueil avec le sourire exceptionnel malgré l heure tardive on vous explique tt on vous accompagne à votre villa et prenne le temps de vous faire visiter La villa très propre et énorme le personnel de l villa au top Les repas juste exceptionnel un régal Le service du p’tit déjeuner et repas 👍 La femme de ménage 👍 La cuisinière 👍 Les massages et spa un moment de détente à deux con oubliera pas En sachant qu’on arrive à 8 dont 2 adultes et 6 enfants un sacré boulot de ménage et des repas Il font tout pour que vous soyez traités comme des rois vraiment rien à dire Je recommande à tt personne qui veut passer un moment exceptionnel dans un endroit magnifique et au calme On pense déjà a réserver pour l’année prochaine Je remercie tout le personnel et espère revoir tt le monde pour 2027

Seul bemol j ai opte pour un SPA indiquant sur la brochure plusieurs prestations Hammam Gommage Massage incluant un jaccuzzi relaxant avant Massage or on m informe pendant ce moment de detente que le Jacuzzi se trouve dans un autre etablissement....

Prix trop élevé pour ce genre de prestations. Service externes tel que les massages sont nuls. Pas de quoi être livré en termes de nourriture car trop loin de tout. Bcp d’espaces fermés ou vident ( salle de jeux ) Très vétustes de façon globale. Piscines non chauffées mais certaines villas oui. On ne peut rien faire sans faire venir un taxi que l’on doit attendre. Repas du soir très coûteux (30€/personne) Personnel présent et dévoué, mais trop parfois. Pas d’événements ou d’animations sur place.

Tout était parfait si ce n'est que nous avons été un peu déçu du véhicule qui était un minibus pour 2 en lieu et place d'un transport plus intimiste et plus confortable.

Accueil incroyable de la part de Adil, j'ai beaucoup voyagé à travers le monde et franchement c'est un des meilleurs accueils que j'ai reçu, je me suis senti comme chez moi. Les installations sont au top également (piscine, terrain de foot, court de tennis), le tout étant très bien sécurisé, tranquille et à 20 minutes en voiture de Gueliz.

La pisicine chauffer aurait été un bon plus pour pouvoir en profiter à toutes heures car malgré la saison de haute chaleur, la pisicine est quand même fraîche aux heures tardives (même avec frais supplémentaires pas de problème)

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025De rust en privacy van de villa waren fantastisch. Alles was schoon en goed onderhouden. We hebben drie heerlijke maaltijden per dag gekregen, klaargemaakt door drie ontzettend lieve vrouwelijke koks. Het eten was superlekker en de service was echt top. Ook de tuin en het zwembad waren perfect om te ontspannen.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025Great villa with super helpful staff! We loved our stay with my friends. The villa is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the residence is safe. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!
The breakfast was disappointing. It could have had more Moroccan specialties (Khlie, Harcha, etc). Instead it only had mlawi. Keep in mind that the villa is far from the city center. It takes 20-25 min to get there so you need a driver any time you want to leave. I don't think it's a problem because I personally prefer to be far from the mess of the city center.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2017There are no words that can explain our stay, we travelled with young children and teenagers so knew it would be difficult to please everyone but from the moment we arrived this place put a smile on everyone's face! It was a great experience all the staff go out of their way to help and please you, from the office managers to the maid and cab drivers every single person was amazing and polite! We had a cooked meal on one night and what an experience, they cooked us a three course meal in our villa and served us, the food and service was amazing, the chef and server were polite and accommodating, they even made pizza for the kids! I would highly recommend to families as we had our own pool and the kids loved it! The drivers are polite and really look out for you, the only downside was that we wish we had booked it for longer! Really an amazing experience, fantastic choice for anyone! The office manager helped us out with any questions we had regardless of the time. Thank you so much for such a great holiday! We will definitely be returning!

Reviewed Mar 26, 2017The villa is spacious, contemporary and big. The staff are extremely friendly and will go to lands end to fullfil your request. We took out the 8 bedroom presidential villa for a group of 11 and at times we werent sleeping in our rooms. Ut rather crashing round the two living rooms, massive dining room and outdoor pool area. The concierge is extremely friendly available by phone 24/7 or someone in reception. Whatever you need they will try to arrange. From activities to transfers and taxis and the best part ot all gets billed to your villa so just pay it off before you leave. Villa is not too far from the city around 10/15 mins drive. In general the villa is big, spacious, modern and clean. The maid cleans your villa everyday from your laundry to general cleaning. Its close to a lot of stuff and staff are very friendly helpful.
