Large spacious rooms in a very good location. The hotel is situated on a main road so request a room at the back of the building. Had to change room 3 times - first room aircon did not work / 2nd room felt like the traffic was in your room. Once in the 3rd room at the back of the building - everything was perfect 👌 and would stay again - only if a back room was available.

The place is old and dated. Though the rooms are a great size. A little expensive for what you get though the location is great and the pool on the roof is perfect to cool down in.

Cleaning staff excellent. Room and bedding immaculately clean.

Room too noisy Pool overdosed with cleaning agent. Nipping eyes and leaving bad taste. Too expensive

Excellent small hotel , adjoining an Irish bar and restaurant , very comfortable great staff

Nothing much , could do with a lick of paint in a few places and refurbishment of gym would help . Wi fi ok but sporadically cuts out in bedroom .

Staff were excellent throughout my stay, polite, helpful and smiling. My selected room was perfect and the restaurant very good.

The rooms were big and airy, the bar/restaurant O'Garas was excellent. Good food and happy hour all day 99 Baht a pint.

The studios where I stayed are by the main road which is very noisy. You will hear motorbikes until 3am

This hotel just to bee good, but now its really shit. Noisy, dirty and only very hot water in shower or only cold. Will never stay here again.

Big rooms. Good location. Probably ok for a short (1-3 night) stay.

My initial room had electrical issues. The A/C wasn't working, and I had no hot water (tankless above the shower ceiling). The circuit breaker in the room tripped multiple times each day, including while I was away, so came back to no A/C & cold showers. The staff did address the issue each time, but it's apparent that this hotel has under-invested in basic maintenance. They eventually moved me to another room that was better. The rooms are big, but dated, and not as nice as the photos show. Given the price, I was expecting a far better experience. One of the front desk staff was friendly, the other was disinterested, surfing on her phone rather than helping..

The room was very nice with a large lounge and balcony with views to the sea. The pool area was relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was handy have the bar ans restaurant next door with a 10% discount for residents.

Large and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Quick and friendly cleaning ladies. We liked the building itself with big balconies and the large staircase, next to the elevator and inner courtyard.

Very poor internet, showers were sometimes hot, sometimes cold, water temperature changed all the time. Noisy. We could hear traffic noise all the time as the street in front of the hotel is very busy almost 24h. At night, crazy foreigners accelerate with their powerful motobikes and make terrible noise!

No sea view as quoted or even city , gym equipment did not work , English not spoken as good as it should have been, difficult to communicate .

The breakfast at O'Gara are still very good and stable, enough for breakfast. The pool still very nice and quiet, good water quality.

The furniture still in good condition but already old.

We had no TV working for all our stay in both living room and bedroom Told reception numerous times odd job man came 3 days in a row but couldn't fix the problem Also when Aircon was switched on very noisy until it had been on a while Not enough utensils only 2 of knifes spoken and forks

The restaurant

Should be advertised about the very very busy road.

The hotel provide no breakfast but you get discount at ground floor at Irish pub, breakfast ist good and you can choose on different dishes what you want to have even extra things, everything taste good, friendly staff, overall very good and will come again. At the reception everything goes smooth and very fast.

In the moment there is nothing which I have to say there need some different or change. only that the rooms already a little bit old but the staff keep it in a good condition.

I've been going to Terra Court since 2011. I loved the Minestrone and I decided to stay at Hotel this trip. Paid well in advance. was given 1st floor unit. every one knows first floor units the Mosquitoes are licking their chops. the balcony at night was off limits. the couch smelled like urine. they sprayed it and put a sheet over it. A total disaster.

The pool was unusable because it was full of algae! The apartment was exceptionally noisy. Toilet was blocked on arrival. Tile grout in shower of one bedroom was unclean.

Good location if you want to spend a family time , plenty of massage shops, super cheap food court with European food . Also, sauna , walking distance to the sea . First floor has a good restaurant which is a super convenient. Rooms are super spacious and have everything for your daily needs.

It’s very clean and our two bedroom suite was huge. The restaurant is very nice.

The noise from the street is very loud. I don’t know if there is anything that can be done about that. Just way too many motorcycles, trucks, more motorcycles.

It was ideal location for my visit. Refer too ratings previously. Nice Christmas meal. Friendly and helpful staff.

The cost, seemed to increase each day I looked. Probably more than I wanted to pay, guess influenced by supply and demand for time pof year. Minor point, no ironing board available when requested.
