Convenient location close to the port. Spacious and comfortable room with two balconies and sea view. Great air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Receptionist was friendly but uninformed about the local area and uninterested in finding out basic information for us. Room was not cleaned - we were told after the fact that we would have needed to specially request it. Hotel has a restaurant attached which had a loud live music event on the terrace until midnight on our second night - we were not warned about this.

Keyifli, temiz bir konaklama yapmak istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. vapur iskelesine yakın olduğu ve çantalarımızı bırakarak gezmek istediğimiz için tercih etmiştik. iyi ki dedirtti. yemek yemedik gezi içerisinde yiyeceğimiz için ama personellerin kibarlığı ve ortamın temizliği dikkatimizi çekti.

Misrepresentation of the Hotel. Despite a good location as in proximity to the ferry landing and taxi service on the island and fair view very dated in every way. Refrigerator not working, no water bottles in the room, air conditioning is a wall unit that blows on the bed, impossible to run all the time unless you want to get sick, towels old and hardened with wash, no iron in the room and extra charge for ironing clothes. (We would have ironed out own clothes if it were in the room but it requires the involvement of the front desk thus extra charge ) Breakfast between 9-10:30 in the morning as the staff cannot get to the island before then. It is unheard to wait that long for breakfast in any hotel. Big downer....And the worst of all was the ripe smell of mold and sewer that was present in the rooms. The staff was friendly but as soon as we expressed displeasure with no water bottles or half used toilet paper in the room and no iron present there was attitude and a reply of "that's what we do here; take it or leave' .That was not acceptable. We will never go back.

Great location and staff. Historic building is well maintained

Odalar standart, deniz manzarasi oldukça keyifli. Otelin oda servisi yaninda bulunan madam sofiadan geliyor. Kahveleri cok lezzetliydi. Pizzasina diyecek sozumuz yok, muhtesemdi.

Wi-Fi was not operating during 50 % of my stay.

Gerek lokasyon gerekse hizmetler itibariyle gayet tatmin edici bir deneyim yaşadık. Personelin kibarlığı, odaların konforu ve temizliği memnun ediciydi.

Konumu güzel, güler yüzlü tüm çalışanşar tek sıkıntı banyodan giderden koku geliyordu beşki genel bi sıkıntıdır ama genel olarak güzeldi iyiydi herşey. Teşekkürler herşey için.

Otelin konumu çok güzel çalışanlar güler yüzlü ancak odalar resimde gözüktüğü gibi değildi. Oda içi serindi.

The location is excellent - literally two minutes walk from the pier, just next to the clock tower. Surrounded by small restaurants and souvenir shops

The breakfast is very small and boring compared to the price they charge for one night. The TV is not smart and only has local channels. The room is pretty standard and not even cozy. It is definitely over-priced.

Otel malesef tadilattaymış, malum ustalarımız erken saatte çalısmaya basliyorlar. Rutubet kokan ve buz gibi bir odada vasat bir konaklama ile 2 günlük tatilimizi 1. günün sonuda sonlandırdık. Kesinlikle bu fiyata alternatif butik otelleri tercih etmenizi öneririm.

Odamızın manzarası mükemmeldi. Kahvaltısı çok yetersizdi, fakat otelin reatoranı Madam Sofiadan hayatınızın en iyi pizzasını odanıza sipariş edip yiyebiliyorsunuz. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Balkonlardaki masa ve sandalye çok rahatsız sadece onların değiştirilmesini öneriririm

Das Zimmer war leider viel zu teuer. Bei diesem Preis war der Standard von Zimmerzustand, Personal, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Ausblick etc. absolut inakzeptabel.

Odanın rutubet kokmasından mı bahsedeyim; rezervasyon yaptığımız ücretten 70 tl daha fazla çekmelerini mi anlatayım; yüklü bir miktar vermemize rağmen balkonsuz ve rutubetli odayı tahsis etmelerinden mi yakınayım bilemiyorum. Otelin ismi var, kahvaltı hizmeti belki diğer rakiplerinden iyidir diye düşündük ama hiçbir artısı olmayan herhangi bir restaurantta yapacağınız kahvaltı buranın kahvaltısı ile hemen hemen aynıdır. O kadar boş oda varken -koridor içerisinde yürürken kapısı açık odaları görüyorsunuz- en kötü yerdeki odayı vermeleri MÜŞTERİLERİNE NE KADAR ÖNEM VERDİKLERİNİ GÖSTERİYOR.

Location Location is great in central arround hotel all restorents cafes bars ice cream and the gates for ferry . We spent 1 night in Deluxe Double room reception was nice with us they give us the best room with sea view and balcony. Hotel clean, quiet. I only faced one issue is the breackfast was very traditional and normally so i got my caffe and some cheese then i went to restorant in front of the hotel and got great breackfast by 30 lira

Kablosuz internet hiç bir yerde çekmiyordu. Yatak fazlasıyla rahatsızdı ve yan odadan tüm sesler sanki yan yanaymışız gibi net bir şekilde duyuluyordu.

Being in such a central location is good but a lot of street noise comes with that. Our room was probably the smallest in the hotel and an odd shape. Bathroom was newly renovated and clean.

The view was amazing and the room was awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here over any other place on the island.

Great staff. Room was lovely but needed general maintanance, curtains fell off and bathroom shower was leaking all over etc. Fridge was warm hence warm drinks and No Safe. Sea view was lovely and had a great balcony too.

Very central and therefore very noisy. Room was spacious but bathroom was smelly.

The hotel was very pleasant. The breakfast sufficient! Only disadvantage was it was a noisy as it was a room overlooking the square. Otherwise definately recommend.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money on this hotel. To be quite honest, I probably would not stay at any other hotel on this island in the future from what I have seen in my travels around the island. I would recommend staying in Istanbul and doing a day trip to the island instead. I feel lucky that I did not catch some sort of disease during my 3 day stay. A really miserable experience. Not worth any amount of money.
