الغرف مهترئة مغبرة مكسر اشياء فيها وغير مفروش لايتم تنضيف الغرفه والتأكد قبل تسليمها كانت نسبة الغبار عالية لا تطاق اعتقد سكنت في غرفة لم يتم فتحها منذ سنة كاملة

Reviewed May 2, 2026للأسف من أسوأ سلسلة المآسم اللي مريتها بحياتي كلها مع ان المكان نظيف والخدمات موجوده بس المشكله في الموظف نفسه موظف الاستقبال كان مختفي ماكان موجود اساسا وبعد فتره حضر وكان اسلوبه غير محترم ابدا ويعسر المعامله والحين انا بقدم شكوى في هيئة السياحه السعوديه لانني اطالب بترجيع المبلغ من امس مع اني ماسكنت ولاوقعت ولكن لتعنت الموظف واسلوبه الغير راقي فضلت التواصل مع الادارات العليا لحل المشكله
الموظف يحتاج تدريب اكثر يحتاج ان يكون متواجدا تجربه سيئه جدا

the lights are all yellow and dim... the room looks so gloomy because of the yellow lights.. please add white lights to make the room brighter.. and there's a lil unpleasant smell when you enter room, probably from drainage or something??

التلفاز قديم جدا وغير ذكي والبرمجه الحاليه لاتعممل بالشكل المطلوب واذا كنت من محبي الرياضه لايمكن مشاهدة اي قناة رياضيه ، السرير المزدوج مستهلك جدا واي حركه يصدر صوت مزعج جدا جدا وغير مريح شقه 303 الدور الثالث رائحة الطهي تعج في ارجاء الدور الثالث بالكامل ولايوجد مكرويف بالمطبخ وصوت الثلاجه مزعج تحتاج صيانه
