Reviewed May 9, 2026I didn't stay as I booked because it had a balcony. When I arrived this was untrue so I cancelled my reservation.
The customer service is non existent and insisted on charging me a cancellation fee (one night) even though they had inaccurately advertised as having a balcony. I had only booked that evening so there was no loss on their side from the reservation. Apparently you can claim any facilities you like with no consequences and still charge your customers. When these things have happened before at other hotels they've either been apologetic and immediately corrected their advertising or waived the cancellation fee. Here they have gone with denying that there was any false listing at all.

Reviewed May 4, 2026I reached before the check in time and the person at the counter was kind enough to accomodate my request. He upgraded my booking to king size bed. This was an amazing experience. Cleaning was very good. Though I was not in the hotel for full time due to my worl schedule, I did not encounter any issues related to cleaning or any other matter.
Nothing to say at this time.

Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Friendly and helpful staff (named employees praised)
- •Excellent and convenient location
- •Clean and well-maintained
- •Comfortable, spacious rooms
- •Good value for money
- •Varied and tasty breakfast
Areas to consider
- •Parking issues (shared/limited or no dedicated parking)
- •Small pool
- •Occasional poor room sound insulation / limited in-room facilities
- •At least one reported false advertising / cancellation dispute
- •Isolated cleanliness complaint
Cleanliness
8/10Generally reported as clean and well-maintained in multiple reviews (e.g., 'الفندق نظيف', 'المكان نظيف جدا'), though one reviewer listed cleanliness as a con.
Service
7.8/10Staff and reception repeatedly praised by name for friendliness and helpfulness; several positive reports of quick check-in and attentive service, but one severe negative case regarding booking/cancellation and customer service reduces the score slightly.
Location
8.2/10Frequently noted as excellent and convenient (near Intercontinental, markets, restaurants and supermarkets); location is a clear strong point.
Room Quality
7.5/10Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and pleasant by several guests, though one mention of poor sound insulation and limited in-room facilities lowers the score somewhat.
Amenities
5.5/10Amenities are a weakness: multiple complaints about parking (shared or unavailable) and a small pool; some reviewers also noted limited facilities.
Value for Money
7.7/10Described explicitly as good value ('It was value for money', 'قيمة جيدة مقابل السعر') and several guests praised the overall offering relative to price.
Food and Beverage
7.8/10Breakfast praised as varied and tasty by multiple guests ('الافطار متنوع ولذيذ'), supporting a positive but not perfect score.
Overall Experience
6.7/10Most stays reported enjoyable, comfortable and would repeat, but a notable complaint about false advertising of facilities and a cancellation dispute significantly lowers the overall impression.
