Loved the rooftop sauna and cold plunge!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this resort. What a fun experience! The property is beautiful with an amazing rooftop lounge. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. Morning nespresso was also a treat. The rooms are very comfortable. They provided a wonderful breakfast each morning before our day’s adventures. The location is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to offer suggestions. Definitely recommend this property if you have the opportunity to visit beautiful Revelstoke!

Eleven Experience Lodge is a rare find, an intimate boutique property that delivers five-star luxury right in the heart of town. From the moment we pulled up, the service was effortless and personal. Our bags and bikes disappeared from the car and reappeared in our room as we were warmly welcomed inside. The rooms are modern yet cozy, with every detail designed for comfort. The rooftop lounge is a true highlight, an inviting perch to soak in Revelstoke’s mountain skyline, glass in hand. Dining at the Quartermaster is worth the trip on its own. Easily the best restaurant in the region, it’s more than a meal; it’s a memorable experience where creativity meets flavor in every dish. What sets this lodge apart is its ability to blend tranquility with convenience. It feels like a hidden retreat, yet you’re just steps from the energy of town. Whether you come for a few days of relaxation, a culinary escape, or a mountain adventure basecamp, Eleven Experience Lodge offers it all with rare style and authenticity. Amazing friendly staff that work hard in making your stay the best ever!

Room was small for the price we paid in August. New and clean but no closet, bathroom was also def on the smaller side. Despite the small pricey room the hotel all the sudden also tried to charge us an additional 150 $CAD for our daughter staying with us, the room was already expensive so this didn't seam fair, after talking they still charged us 50 $CAD. Restaurant is nice.

Great stay at eleven, the staff were very helpful and even helped us print a camping permit for the following day. The breakfast was very tasty. I have already booked to stay here again

My stay was wonderful from start to finish. I was only there for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel feels modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a warm and personalized touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect—close to plenty of great dining options.

Our stay at Eleven was lovely. The hotel is quaint with only 12 rooms. They are located conveniently downtown close to stores and restaurants. The spa amenities and included made-to-order breakfast made this a great overall value. Staff went above and beyond and were friendly, warm and accommodating to our needs. By far the best boutique hotel experience we’ve had not only in Revelstoke but in Canada.

Property was beautifully renovated. The tour on checkin was a nice touch. Allowed us to ask direct questions about the ammenities and get a bit of history on the building. The staff member was accommodating enough to make us a reservation at the restaurant. I have no complaints about the comfort and ammenties in the room, the only feedback I would have is it would be nice to have a full length mirror available in the guest room.

Eleven Revelstoke Lodge exceeded my expectations. The staff were very knowledgeable of the area. My room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good and my compliments to the bar tender for be an outstanding mixologist. The only negative I had was the limited parking space for the property.

What a wonderful stay we had at this excellent hotel. Absolutely top notch staff from start to finish. Great location in the heart of Revelstoke close to stores and cafes. Hotel amenities were great, particularly the sauna and hot tub area on the roof. Beautiful, clean and relaxing. Had an amazing drink and dessert at the hidden speakeasy in the basement. So cool. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time. I would have paid good money for that alone! Highly recommended.

Very unique property. Very private. The common area on the third floor was awesome. Abby was extremely helpful and went far above expected showing us around the hotel and helping with dining options. She is a very special lady. My wife and I greatly appreciated her warmth and genuine nature.

Our stay at Hotel Eleven in Revelstoke on the weekend of September 22 – 24, 2023, far exceeded all expectations, providing an unforgettable experience that truly set the bar for exceptional hospitality. The staff at hotel Eleven were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome and thorough check-in to the personalized recommendations provided by the concierge, the service was simply impeccable. We were so impressed with Elevens décor, amenities, daily complimentary appetizers, free wine, local craft beers and snack selections. From the exceptional restaurant and games room (for guests only) on the main floor to the lounge, cozy seating area with fire place, hot tub, sauna, deck on the third floor, every base was covered. Upon being shown our room, we were greeted with handwritten note form the owner welcoming us to Eleven. Our room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. The room amenities provided, especially the luxurious down bedding, pillow-top mattress which was complimented with a wool blanket from Nova Scotia. The bathroom was simply luxurious, clean and contemporary. We were also so impressed with the complimentary mini bar, snacks, (which were restocked daily), we were also given two free Eleven ball caps. We would highly recommend Eleven to anyone looking for a perfect, pampered stay in Revelstoke! S & L Phillips

Superb boutique hotel. Ultra clean, cozy, and charming. Terrific amenities including happy hour and breakfast. The staff are all friendly and gracious, especially Kim who checked us in, showed us around, and served us happy hour charcuterie and wine. Dinner at Quartermaster Eatery was also excellent. We highly recommend this place.

I have definitely stayed in more expensive places, but I'm not sure that I have ever stayed somewhere that felt as luxurious and with such great personal service. When I checked in and realized that the mini-bar was included and there was a whole floor for lounging with drinks/snacks and an afternoon appetizer (charcuterie board when we stayed) included - I immediately checked my email to make sure I wasn't actually paying 3x the rate we had for a night in September. It's really nice that the hotel is only 9 rooms, and it has clearly been set up primarily as an intimate setting for heli-skiing in the winter and at least as of 9/2023 that high level of service and amenities carries over to less expensive stays at other times of the year. The staff was all really exceptionally nice and helpful, and the attached restaurant was surprisingly excellent with a delicious included breakfast.

We did a 10 day road trip through Canada, staying over in several different places. This was by FAR our best lodging experience. Even better than the Fairmont at Lake Louise. The Eleven staff was incredible, the amenities amazing! We are already talking about returning as we wished we had more than one night to stay at the Eleven and in Revelstoke.

We cannot recommend the Eleven Revelstoke enough! If you are looking for an exceptional stay in the summer you will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10, we wish more boutique hotels were like this!!

I can't say enough great things about this Hotel. The staff was amazing and made special accommodations so that we could watch the World Cup Final in the common (the rooms only have Apple TV). Cool renovation to an old brick building, nice use of materials from the individual rooms to the common areas, wonderful common roof deck where you can sit and enjoy a drink, and view of the town and mountains. And a fabulous free breakfast in the connected dining space to send you off on your way.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee needs to be better! Love Revelstoke; the setting and opportunities for outdoor activities is outstanding.

First time staying at Eleven Revelstoke and will not be our last. We have already booked a night on the way home. FABULOUS

Love everything about our stay here. From the girl at check in, to our absolutely beautiful room. The rooftop patio is excellent, food 10/10. A must if you are passing through Revy.

I look forward to my next stay at Eleven. It was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they offer numerous amenities (pool tables, rooftop hot tub, bikes, good books in the rooms, a white noise machine for sleeping, and more), and I loved the design and decor of the hotel. The chef-prepared breakfast to start the day was another bonus. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any inquiries. Complimentary in-room snacks and drinks were a pleasant surprise, as was a wonderful, complimentary daily apres snack and beverages on the rooftop each afternoon. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I will definitely be returning for a future stay. Highly recommended.

Staff was great, amenities were far beyond our expectations with such nice surprises as no-cost wine and hors d'oeuvres provided late afternoon, bathrobes and slippers in the room and full complimentary breakfast.

Beautiful heritage hotel Great rooftop deck and lounge

The hotel has much charm. I was dismayed at the lack of security as there is often no one at the front desk and people who know about the lounge wander freely upstairs. The hotel however is clean, and contains everything we were looking for ... a nice room and a terrific breakfast bar.

Everything about the room and the hot tub on the roof. The food at the Quartermaster restaurant was exceptional. We had the Sturgeon. The sommelier was informative and knowledgeable. The wait for the entree was long.

Excellent customer service. We were traveling by motorcycle and woke up to a storm. Decided last minute to extend our stay and found thia hotel. Very accomadating. Got our bike piked early and stored our bags for us. Texted when the room was ready. Would dedjnateky stay again.

Wonderful older construction, unique features like exposed wood ceiling trusses and beautiful decor. Very very comfortable bed and pillows, nice rooftop hot tub. Delicious breakfast. Would recommend it all!

The hotel is the perfect basecamp for Revelstoke whether you want to explore the town or the surrounding natural attractions. Breakfast was fresh and local and a cut above the usual. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and quite. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great, modern hotel!

Absolutely excellent hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and prompt. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of the quaint downtown of Revelstoke, so within easy walking distance to many restaurants. The room was lovely - beautiful decor, comfy bed and pillows, lots of natural light. The included breakfast was delicious and generous. The quiche made in-house was our favorite. On the 3rd floor is a common room for breakfast, coffee time and evenings. Perfect at the end of a long day of hiking. Thank you Steven, Maria and Stephanie for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

This is a small hotel with less than 10 rooms. Yet space is dedicated to a common area with a library and bar. It also has a large hot tub. There was a power outage during our stay which canceled our meal plans. No restaurants in town were functioning. Just as we were about to grab a pizza we were contacted by the owner that power was back on and an impromptu community meal was being prepared. My son and his wife were with us. It made my first stay in Revelstoke memorable and an excellent stopover to the Okanagan.

The interior design of the hotel was unique and fabulous. We loved the roof top patio during the evening.

Great little hotel

Stayed at The Explorer's Society as a birthday surprise for my husband! The hotel was so modern and beautiful! The location was excellent and within walking distance of everything in town (have to drive to the ski hill if going). The rooftop hot tub and lounge was unbelievable! The staff used text messaging to check in with us during our stay which we loved. The ski room has boot dryers on the wall to keep your keep warm and dry for the next day on the slopes. Breakfast was served in the rooftop lounge and it was a lovely place to look out at the mountains. One thing I was disappointed with was that hotels.com lists the hotel as having free parking but the parking isn't free if you want to stay in their locked compound. It is only free if you want to park on the street and the street parking isn't very close to the hotel. This wasn't an issue for us when we were they since it was shoulder season but during a busy long weekend I believe street parking would be tough to find. Definitely will be back! Hoping to return at a time when the restaurant is open so I can try out their cocktail menu!!

Loved the room design and comfortable beds, plenty of space in Rooms 8 and 9 which we had for two nights. Friendly staff and amazing food for Breakfast and Dinner from the restaurant downstairs. Would definitely come back again and again.

WOAH! This place was incredible! The room was beautiful, the bathroom - so modern! And great water pressure. Close to everything in town INCREDIBLE BREAKFAST - honestly, I will be dreaming of that for a long time. We came here for our Mini Honeymoon as COVID affected our original travel plans - I can't even be mad about our changed plans because this place checked every box! Thank you so much

Best Hotel in Revelstoke. The rooms were clean and fresh, restaurant had excellent food and the service was professional.

The owner used texting to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had access to him anytime and he helped with restaurant recommendations etc. Nice touch!!

A really charming hotel situated in a great location.

This was a great find. The 'anything you need' service was the great standout for me. Room was freshly done, and nice - fairly small - but comfortable. Great location right downtown. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant - interestingly, serving staff should take service lessons from hotel team ... food was fine but overpriced in my personal view. $45 corkage?? In Revelstoke? Really???

Loved my off season stay here. Staff was warmly welcoming, room was comfortable, location in the heart of downtown was handy. And the best restaurant in town is right downstairs!

This was our second stay at Explorer Society Hotel and certainly won’t be the last. We love the uniqueness and trendy style of this hotel. The rooms are cozy and the beds very comfortable. The owners and staff are all very nice and welcoming. The breakfast bar has everything you need (try the veggie quiche) and the Stumptown coffee is so good! The location is perfect for walking downtown and the surrounding area. The park and the river walk is beautiful.

The hotel has been beautifully created out of an old brick building. The bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed having coffee or wine on the roof lounging area.

Amazing stay! We only stayed one night but regret not staying longer. Staff member Hannah was super friendly and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful and newly renovated a couple of years ago, rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant downstairs was great too. Breakfast was also fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough if you're planning on staying in Revelstoke.

The hotel is just beautifully designed and appointed. There is so much attention to detail. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including fabulous toiletries, a luxurious bed and lots of fresh, fluffy towels. The staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the best burger we've had in ages and the dessert was amazing and beautifully presented.

Several cuts above the other hotel offerings in Revelstoke. Only nine bedrooms means personal service and friendly conversations with proprietor and his team. The historic building has been sensitively transformed into a Bijoux boutique hotel. Breakfast is served on the top floor with views over the town and mountains. The selections of food were not as wide as in a bigger hotel but with very good quality and taste. Fantastic bistro style dishes in the restaurant were very tasty and the atmosphere was buzzing.
