Bedrooms nice and comfy beds. Enough space to move around in (i'm disabled) and use mobility aids to get around, sometimes an electric wheelchair, sometimes a rollator, which i used this time. I did have to go back down to the front desk, as i had put in for an accessible room. Room i was given was on the ground floor and near the front of the hotel, where everything was situated. Problem was, it was a shower over a very high bath. I went back and he quickly gave meanother room, on the same floor but a lot further away from everything. This makes a big difference to someone who's mobility disabled, like myself. It was still a shower over a bath but the bath was much lower and had rails etc i could hold onto to get into it, to shower etc. I asked if all rooms were like this and he said the hotel had 1 accessible room with a walk-in shower but it's on the 1st floor and the lift was out of order! That's just crazy!! ALL Accessible rooms in ANY hotel, should be on the ground floor and not have to depend on whether or not a lift is working! So wrong on so many accounts. There was what looked like a wedding reception in the main restaurant, so it was out of bounds to everyone not involved in it. There was a smaller restaurant in the hotel but by the time i got settled into my room, refreshed and along to this place, all hot food was off the menu, including in the Desserts Section. I had been travelling half the day, from Sauchie in Clackmannanshire, to Kilmarnock and further West, to the hotel, by Public Transport and was really looking forward to a hot meal, after snacking on sandwiches etc all day, so was least pleased to not be able to get into 1 restaurant and only cold food in the other. It wasn't even that late and i didn't know if there was anywhere nearby. We weren't exactly on the main rd or near other places, other than the football ground. All in all, pretty disappointed in the Park hotel.
Please see box above. Put the positives and negatives in the 1 box. Didn't realise above box was for positives only. I'm not repeating myself.
Room was clean as always. Staff polite and helpful. Good location with access to all mai roads
Nothing
Very helpful front desk staff.
I found the beds a little hard.
Breakfast was great so was the room
nothing
Ideal position on the outskirts of town. Relaxing bar area. Nice restaurant and food. Comfortable room.
Only a very small point but would have preferred a room looking out onto football ground and surrounds rather than a small car park at the side.
Convenient location with onsite EV charging. Excellent menu choices in the restaurant.
Some areas are becoming a little tired and breakfast choice didn’t live up to expectations.
Amazing hotel have been visiting this hotel for years with my disabled husband and always enjoy the place and kindness of the staff.
Nothing
The location to where we were going. Staff attentive ,everything you need in hotel .
Not that I disliked ,for a hotel that has football stadium ,you don't have the screens to watch the football .it very unusual . Hotel very good no complaints .
The meal on Friday night was good The barman on Saturday night was very helpful Generally it was good
One lady in particular at breakfast was not particularly cheerful A lot of noise from a wedding, people running up and down corridors and outside late at night Dirty glasses were left in the room after housekeeping had been in and the bed was barely re made after the previous night
Great location, staff were brilliant, bright and inviting reception area
The bed wasn’t the most comfy
the staff were fantastic, facilities were good.
our bedroom floorboards creaked from one end of the to the other. Which woke my husband up, when I got up during the night.
The hotel has easy parking, restaurant with great food on site and great staff. It is fairly modern and well maintained. Despite being next a rugby pitch, on the night we stayed, it was quiet.
No refrigerator in the room.
Great location, free parking and a fantastic breakfast
Lovely hotel and breakfasts.
Room was very warm.
Room was massive, breakfast was excellent. Overall great.
Large room with comfy bed.
The phone was very dirty covered with filth and slime. No switch on the bathroom heater so only maintenance can turn it back on the next day.
The location is good
The room was a bit stuffy.
Very nice room
Perfect location, breakfast accommodated for allergies
Location and everything we needed there.
I found the bed very hard.
Excellent location. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows comfortable. Bathroom toiletries were Arran Aromatics and the towels and bathrobes were lovely and soft. Could not fault the staff for their helpfulness and attitude. The breakfast was beautifully presented, fresh and tasty. Would have liked a longer stay!
Nothing!
Modern clean and convenient location for us.
Bed could have been comfier.
Location
The property was easy to find, staff were welcoming. We requested a cot in our room for our young child which was provided with everything we would need, The room was spacious and had everything we needed

First class from start to finish
Big rooms, friendly staff. Coffee machine in rooms. Water on landing. Good breakfast
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Was bits on floors still. Bed was hard

Habitación amplia, cama grande y cómoda, parking gratuito y buenas instalaciones.
Desayuno caro.
When we arrived the receptionist noticed we both had walking sticks she said that they had allocated a first floor room but the lift was out of order so she changed the allocated room for a ground floor room. The room had bath robes slippers an a nespreso machine for coffee teas and good quality biscuits. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order which was better than our previous visit when it was a buffet. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
All good
Nothing
All staff members are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good, and the room was clean and comfortable. This is my second visit to Scotland and both times I used this hotel, and I will definitely stay there again..
No air conditioning
Nice
Hotel is in a fantastic location for the rail station , football ground
I just wish they did a loyalty card
The breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately we didn’t know the lift wasn’t working and we were in the first floor. My husband has poor mobility so it was a bit disappointing.
the room was excellent, spacious, clean, good size TV and bathroom, comfortable bed
The fry for breakfast was a little stale as if it had been cooked awhile and then heated up, otherwise, the breakfast was excellent. I was sorry that there was not a TV in the bar area as The World Cup and Wimbledon were on at the time.
Lovely hotel, room was a great size with a comfy bed and good facilities (coffee machine and the refillable water jug - filtered tap water available at all times to use) Shower over bath was good, nice temperature and pressure. Opted for breakfast on the last morning, "wee breakfast" came with one sausage, two bits of bacon, fried egg, plenty of mushrooms, make your own toast, and tea/coffee and juice. Dinner one night, lovely fresh food, good portion sizes and reasonably priced.
The noise from the corridor. The bedroom doors aren't sound proof so we were disturbed every night and every morning. Whilst it didn't impact us specifically, the lift wasn't working our whole stay, and the corridor doors were narrow and heavy. We helped some elderly guests a few times to get in and out with a wheelchair, and some other guests with suitcases. Didn't feel overly accessible.
This was a very different environment to any of the hotels we stayed at during our tour of Scotland. To have a football stadium next door or even attached was a bit of fun when we booked but it proved to be very successful. The bedroom was modern and light with an excellent bathroom. We enjoyed a good meal downstairs in the restaurant and for breakfast. The place is lively and we enjoyed ourselves. The staff were mainly young and helpful. Overall, the stay was very good value.
The lift wasn’t working and it was a long corridor to our room.
Nice, big room. Great to have bath and shower. Lovely food in the restaurant. Good value for money.
Nothing really.
The breakfast was superb.
The pillows in my room were too high.
Great hotel, staff friendly and brilliant breakfast
Very clean

We go here regularly for food as we live nearby. You will not get a nicer meal in Kilmarnock, they have 1 restaurant and 1 bar / cafe. The Blues Restaurant has a better menu and The Pavillion is more casual but does a brilliant breakfast. The staff are always lovely. Been on a few nights out here and everything is run very well. I would highly recommend going here if looking for nice food or just for a drink.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and the establishment is very well run and organized!
Food was great
Lovely big room. Very helpful staff. Delicious food. Good value. Attended a function in Wallace suite.
No air conditioning or fan in room. Was uncomfortably hot.
Wooden tables at breakfast look a bit tired
ROOM: Good sized television in the room, comfortable bed, good sized room, heater adjustable to the weather. BREAKFAST: Very good choice, excellent service, very clean, Hot tea but the breakfast fry very dry as if it had been precooked, otherwise very happy
No TV in the bar as we would have liked to watch the World Cup and Wimbledon while having a nightcap drink before retiring to bed.
Room was very well appointed, and very clean, in fact, the whole of the hotel was superb. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, and good value. Food we had was simple, but very well cooked and presented. Sticky toffee pudding was the best that I have had for a long time. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff were very good, and they were polite and professional.
Everything was good.
Was near where needed to be
The lift was out of order got told on the day I use crutch it sore going up down did ask for ground floor but all was booked up .they don’t have walk in showers either had difficulty getting in out bath thought they would have put some in since was here last time
Large rooms, very comfy bed and a12 noon checkout Staff were very helpful
Overall experience
The fire doors were heavy and seemed a lot
Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful
Lift out of action. This was out of action on two separate stays. One one occasion my room had to be moved to ground floor.
Very professional, friendly staff . Spotlessly clean. Very handy location.
Very friendly and value for money
The room was spacious and well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts have plenty of choice to suit all tastes and the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Parking is easy.
Very comfortable, well appointed, clean room. Nice bar and restaurant.
A little worn in places - tape on the corridor carpet.
the breakfast and dinner were excellent and the quality of the food was above and beyond. thank you once again for making our annual trip to Scotland worthwhile.
the coach parties arriving and taking over the hotel.
Everything, staff, rooms, location
The weather lol
Staff were very professional and polite. Breakfast was excellent
Nothing
Ticked all the boxes, staff, rooms, price, location, will definitely come back again
Clean and comfy what is not to like?
A little expensive for a Sunday night.
Breakfast was really nice. Possibly give options for individual hot components rather than full plate as can be too much and is a shame to waste.
Nothing…all good.
The staff wear freindly.
Nothing
Attended a funeral at this hotel unfortunately there was no access for disabled guests to reach the function rooms as no functioning lift. Very dissapointed in the lack of provision for rhe disabled community
Location
Bathroom was stinking , toilet appeared to be dirty but when flushed cleared then quickly looked dirty again , smell was bad , bed was uncomfortable 2 singles pushed together to create larger bed
Very friendly staff
Excellent stay for event at hotel. Good breakfast.
Room carpet a bit stained & furniture marked by cigarettes.
No aircon and really noisy floorboards in room.
Room Great Comfy Double Bed Shower Brilliant But best of all was Breakfast the Large Fry 1 of best hotel breakfasts I've had & I've had plenty Lookin forward to going back 💥💞
Great food in the restaurant and incredible service in the restaurant. Room was large and well equipped.
It’s a little tired in places.
A lovely place and wonderful and helpful staff
Nothing
Welcoming, with excellent staff and a comfortable room
It was clean comfortable and well located with good amenities.
Nothing
Didn't have breakfast, the room was perfect...spotless, spacious & very comfortable However the real stars at the Hotel are the staff, everyone we dealt with was just superb, especially our young restaurant service lad.
Nothing to dislike at all...👍👍👍
Very comfortable, big clean rooms, food choice was tasty. This is such a lovely hotel!
Being told off by a waitress for not sitting at the right table at breakfast.
Very good stay
Nothing
Large clean room, very large and very comfortable bed
The hotel is in the grounds of a football/rugby stadium and whilst we were there a martial arts competition was underway involving 100s of people, so parking spaces were few and far between
Spacious rooms, kept extremely clean. Excellent restaurant with a wide menu choice.
Unfortunately we were awoken on our last night at 4.40am with someone (night porter?) knocking loudly & persistently on what we thought was our door (126) but was actually on the door next to us. We just showered and left. The front desk had a sign saying it wasn’t manned (it normally is)so unable to get to the bottom of the untimely and concerning disturbance.
Couldnt fault the place. Staff were always on hand to help in any way they could.
It was clean tidy and comfortable
Breakfast was not at all what we expected very basic and limited Didn’t enjoy it at all and we where made to feel uncomfortable and treated abruptly with little or any care or attention poor customer service overall
It was light and airy with a warm welcoming feel
No kettle in the room. Coffee machine hot water isn’t hot enough to Make a decent cup of tea.
Greated warmly at reception. Lift out of oporation so as my sister and I have mobility issues we were allkcated a room on the ground floor and given clear directions on how to get there. Beautiful good dized room with tea and coffee facilities, we asked for extra teavags which was not a problem. Very comforable bed. We were attending a funtion at the hotel so great to be staying on site. Staff very attentive and friendly
There wasn't anything on this occassion.
Comfortable
Impossible to access the shower gel and shampoo
Nice spacious rooms very comfortable
Breakfast was not good very basic staff where not welcoming poor customer service
Staff were excellent, great service and great food. Location was perfect for our needs.
The bed was too hard for me but that is clearly a preference and you won't always please everyone.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room lovely.
Stepping into the bath for a shower was high for anyone with mobility issues. A step might help.
Clean and lots to offer restaurant/bar lounge
The location
Breakfast was expensive for what you got … getting a bit tired with tape on carpets and walls needing painted
It was central to where i wanted to go,i was made very welcome from start to finish
Staff were lovely. The event we attended was great and well organised. Main entertainment Jai Mcdowall was phenomenonal
Life out of order.
Stayed a few times now, I always look here for availability before anywhere else, ideal location and super fireindly staff
Were to start. The outside is impressive. Loved the Kilmarnock FC Truck outside!! The foyer is soo spacious, bright, clean, tidy. Already felt welcome before we even booked in. The staff were lovely and genuinely seemed interested in why we staying with them and why we were travelling around Scotland. Our room was on the ground floor and it has huge. Nice to have a table with 2 chairs. The bathroom was large and had a bath as well as an overhead shower. Lovely to be able to have a soak. The room came with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bath robes and slippers. A Nespresso machine. Not coffee drinkers but thought we would try it. Such a lovely touch. We had booked an evening meal. The menu did not disappoint. A fantastic range. Nice to stay somewhere that had a good choice of chicken and vegetarian dishes as well as other meats. Waited a good while so we could indulge in desert. We booked for breakfast which again did not disappoint. Everything you could ask for was there, cereals, toast, fruit, yogurt, croissants, pastries, juice, tea, coffee and the menu for cooked food. What a perfect overnight stay. Nice to have an 11am checkout, no rush after breakfast. After checking out we had a look at the memorial garden and watched a few players doing some training. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.
For us on our overnight stay, everything was perfect.
As a solo traveller I felt safe and secure. Double locks on the doors. It is clean, inviting and food is great. The staff went above and beyond during my stay and I cannot thank them enough.
Great rooms nice and big. The meal at dinner was delicious and the staff in all areas were lovely. Nice coffee shop/ bar to sit down at as well. Breakfast was great.
Being on the ground floor the noise from the above room was very noticeable and was unfortunately a nuisance for many hours into the night and early morning.
Staff were very friendly, good facilities and food was good
