It’s comfortable and clean and staff are pleasant.

Breakfast was old style which is a lot slower a Buffett I would have been in and out in no time. This made us rush and run late. The lack of insulation from the top floor to the ground floor we had a very very noisy guest upstairs. Clearly a late flight arrival with kids stomping and jumping about. Not their fault they are not thinking about the room below as they expect the floor to have soundproofing.

Very comfortable room and the breakfast was very good. Also the access to the hotel was perfect being just off the motorway.

The room was small but spotlessly clean! Even though there was a lot of work being done in the main building it didn’t disturb us at all The food was delicious in the evening and the service was wonderful with friendly, smiling and helpful staff

I e been a visitor to the Hotel for around Eight years, it’s always been good but a lot of money has been spent on the rooms recently and it’s now excellent.

My only negative was certain furniture in our room was chipped but this could be rectified by a colour pencil to disguise slight imperfections also it would be better if shower was just walk in not in bath.

The rooms are so close to the A77 that you hear the traffic all night. Our room was very warm and if we opened the window the noise from the traffic was very loud .

Easy access tp Glasgow and Ayr. Staff were more than pleasant. The food in the restaurant was exceptinal nothing was a bother. l have stayed here in several occassions. Never had any issues.

Need more toilet paper in the room. Towels need to be much bigger (ie nath sheet) for the larger figure. But that is thw same with most hotels. Apart from rhat I have no complaints.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Bedroom had a radiator which we turned off but it remained warm all night resulting in the room being way too hot and making sleep really uncomfortable. Could not leave windows open as next to busy dual carriageway and too late to ask for room change. Work being done on reception entrance meant workmen parked right outside our room window (couldn't open curtains in morning) and drilling and banging all through our breakfast. Told reception of our issues but no offer of any discount for unsatisfactory stay other than to say they would inform management. Have stayed her before but will not stay again.

I had an excellent experience with this garage. The workshop was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their professionalism. The staff were friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my car was completed on time with great attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a garage you can truly trust, but this place exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Arrived early was told room not ready but we would be informed when it was, nobody came so at the official check in time went back to reception

Stayed during the heat wave, bar and reception areas were air conditioned but the rooms were not. Noise from nearby motorway when windows were open. We had fans which allowed for a good night's sleep.

Nice room, we have stayed before but it looks like the hotel has had a makeover in the meantime. We got a really good breakfast that set us up for the day,. Friendly staff who were able to accommodate us in the restaurant for an evening meal as we didn't fancy going out because the weather was so awful.

Didn't feel that the evening meal was the best value, in terms of portion sizes, and was a bit light on vegetables (we probably could have ordered veg as sides but that would have made it more expensive still.)

A small but popular hotel with very nice puplic areas, a nice restaurant, decent food, good fair prices and a very nice but small bar. My room had some issues like loose tiles on the floor, due to spillage from a very poor shower (but it worked) but other than that the room was fine.

Bedroom was supposed to be a family room so I expected some space but was a small standard room with bed pushed against wall and a small sofa bed squeezed in. Road noise from adjoining road and smell from adjoining fields made my stay a disappointing experience. Tried to speak to management 3 times without success.

The waitress during the breakfast was exceptional. Attentive and kind and professional.

Decor awful. Room dark. No toilet roll, which only discovered in the middle of the night. On checking in, the receptionist was on the phone and I had to wait 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Nowhere to sit whilst I was waiting. There was a chair but there was a sign on it saying don't sit on this chair!. Lighting in the bathroom was so dark. Floor looked dirty and grimy. The room was overlooking g some horrible area. How much does one have to pay these days for a nice hotel??

Took over an hour to check in despite showing them my confirmation and payment , Staff where hostile , unprofessional and RUDE from the second we stepped in the place. Got to the room it stank of smoke with dirty sheets and unclean toilet ..... was very late at night so and couldn't be bothered waiting anymore time for the night staff to try allocate another room . Woke with cleaning staff at 11.05am who acted more like security /police officers , explained to them I had organized a late check out with night staff - met with one basically shouting well you have to pay - " yes I know that " they accused me of saying desk staff didn't know about late check in ...( again not my fault ) ... didn't even get to use our late check out as I just wanted out the place at this point...got to the front desk and woman who basically accused me us of it being OUR FAULT because we could check in from 3pm ....whaattt!??? Your staff are RUDE including you ...we where at a hospital appointment not that we have to explain WHY we didn't check in at 3pm.....LOL we didn't book to 10pm . I have stayed in thousands of hotels in my life and this has to be the worst one I've ever stayed in simply because every single staff member has an attitude problem !! AVOID AVOID AVOID

It was a bit noisy if you had the window opened, due to being close to the M77, but you couldn't hear it once the window was closed.

The front door was very heavy and trapped my hand with high winds - it hurt a lot. The road was also very noisy but a lot had been done to prevent that

My only complaint was we were charged £25 (should have been £30!) to get into the room early, even though the room was ready & available. I’d understand if the room was specifically cleaned early for us but that wasn’t the case & as the room was sitting ready for guests I felt that it was quite poor to charge.

Very small shower. No proper mirror at “dressing table” , mirror on wardrobe brown and plug sockets at the table not close enough for use the wardrobe mirror. Bed room roasting even after turning heating off and windows open.

Convenient to where we were going.

The reception area was being refurbished and the place was covered in dust, tolls were left lying around and the carpet was moved to cover a small step, which everyone was tripping over including a pregnant friend!! Hotel staff didn’t apologise when she reported it or provide cctv when asked to highlight that the hazard or hidden step was not appropriately identified. Workman in the evening were tidying up and spread the dust everywhere. They should have closed off the main entrance and used the restaurant or alternative entrance or made guests aware.

DINNER WAS EXCELLENT, WITH A LOT OF CHOICE. PERHAPS A BIGGER SELECTION OF FRUIT AT BREAKFAST.
