Je peux rien dire, personnels exceptionnels, chambres propres (chaque jour ménage), Check in à n’importe quelle heure… ils nous traitaient trop bien!! Très bien placé, à même pas 5 minutes de Jamaa al fna, 10 minutes à pied de palace Bahia et 10 minutes à pied de la medrassa ben Youssef!!!

Le personnel très disponible, Zouhair a l accueil est de très bon conseil et très serviable. Les chambres sont très propres, nous sommes restés une semaine et la chambre était faite tous les jours. Le restaurant les plats sont copieux, bons et pas chers et les serveurs sont au petit soin pour leurs clients. L emplacement idéal, à 2 mns de la place et 10 mns du point de rendez-vous pour les excursions. Je recommande fortement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Marrakech. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to the restaurant team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the hotel. Honestly, I was not expecting such a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail, and I was truly amazed. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I also had the opportunity to try the traditional Marrakchi Tangia here, and it was absolutely delicious. It was one of the best Tangias I tasted in Marrakech, and I was genuinely impressed by its quality and flavor. The only thing worth mentioning is that the bathroom is shared. However, this did not affect my stay at all, and I had a very comfortable experience. I mention it only for guests who may prefer a private bathroom. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent location, amazing staff, outstanding cleanliness, and delicious food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

La situation de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel fait restaurant avec musique le soir donc beaucoup de passages et de bruit dans le hall sur lequel les fenêtres des chambres donnent... Les ventilateurs des chambres sont très bruyants. Impossible de dormir sans boules quies. Le petit déjeuner est correcte mais loin d'être "typique".

Nuestra estancia en Riad Kennaria fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer la medina y descubrir Marrakech cómodamente. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, fue el personal: increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan una experiencia auténtica y acogedora.

Muy buena la ubicación y la atención y el chico de lentes del desayuno era como mi hermano jaja muy buena la atención fue un 10/10 y los desayunos de todos los días también fueron un 10

NO tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador. En una ciudad en la que hace 40 grados en primavera es insostenible.

Infra dos banheiros, falta local de por toalha, ganchos, escoamento da água é ineficiente ela chega a invadir o quarto após o banho, e em casos fica alagado a noite toda até o dia seguinte!

Petite taille de la chambre, pas de rangement et animation (musique) tous les soirs (tres tard) sur le toit du riad que l on entendait parfaitement dans les chambres du rez-de-chaussée.

The location was great, central but stepped back slightly from the main hussle and bussel. Very clean, and roof top was great.

The rooms were smaller than expected there was hardly enough room to put one suitcase on the floor. I made two booking what I thought were identical rooms, one had air on and one didn’t. The music in the evening was very loud, we were on the ground floor and could hear the music very loud until it turned off around 11pm and then after that people were in the atrium / reception of the Riad talking which we could hear loudly in our room, not ideal when you have very early pick ups for activities.

Normal y camas comodas, ubicacion bien. Personal amable. Relación precio calidad, demasiado caro por lo que es.

La habitacion tenia mucho olor a humedad, por la noche se escuchaba muchísimo todo el ruido de la cocina que estaba arriba, cuando movian las garrafas de gas o cosas de la cocina hasta horas muy tardes. Nos fuimos al tour del desierto y no nos habían dejado el desayuno listo en la hora indicada.

The location was perfect so close to Jemma el fnaa and walking distance to the main highlights and 2 mins from Jemma el fnaa square. Breakfast which is provided was traditional and amazing. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive, they really took care of us and were so lovely.

I just wish the rooms had a mirror ro get ready in front of othee than the small bathroom one. Otherwise everything was amazing.

la ubicacion es excelente, a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza, en una calle ancha y transitada. El personal es muy amable. Las camas son muy comodas. Y tiene aire acondicionado

A la habitación le falta un sitio donde poder dejar la ropa, tipo armario o mueble con cajones.

Top Lage. Weniger Minuten zum Strand und Skatepark zu gehen.

Wir hatten an einem Tag Stromausfall und am nächsten Tag kein fließendes Wasser. Bei Nachfrage, wie lange dies dauern könnte wirkte das Personal wenig interessiert. Nur ein Schulterzucken vielleicht in 1-2H würde es wieder gehen. Keine Erklärung beim Check-in wo das Frühstück am nächsten Tag zu finden ist und wie ihr System funktioniert. Der WLAN funktioniert schlecht bis hin zu oftmals gar nicht. Die Betten im Zweibettzimmer waren durchgelegen.

I would like to further escalate my complaint regarding my stay at Riad El Kennaria, as the situation is extremely serious. In addition to the unsafe bathroom conditions that caused my partner’s accident and broken wrist, I must highlight the complete lack of communication and assistance from the property. From the beginning, communication has been very poor. Staff did not understand basic English, making it extremely difficult to explain that the bathroom was unsafe for my disabled partner. Despite my repeated attempts to raise this issue clearly at check-in, no effective action was taken. Even after the accident, the level of neglect has been shocking. No one from the hotel has properly contacted me, checked on my partner, or offered any support or assistance during this medical emergency. I have been left to manage everything on my own while my partner has been hospitalized for several days. This is not only a case of unsafe accommodation, but also a complete failure in duty of care toward guests. I ask again that this case be treated with the highest urgency and escalated appropriately. The lack of communication, failure to act after warning, and absence of support after a serious injury clearly demonstrate negligence. I expect Booking.com to take this matter seriously and ensure a fair and appropriate resolution.

In the centre of Medina. Everything you can reach by foot. Also rooms were very clean

Está muy bien situado, a pocos minutos de la plaza de Jemaa el Fna, en una calle animada, con sitios para comer cerca. El personal de Riad, muy atentos y simpáticos. El desayuno está muy rico, lo sirven en la azotea. El último día, que íbamos a una excursión temprano, nos lo prepararon para llevar.

La habitación era un poco pequeña para 4 personas. No hay sitio para dejar las maletas. El cuarto de baño, algo viejo, sin sitio para dejar nada

Tout . Je viens à Marrakech tous les 2 mois depuis bientôt 3 ans et j ai fait beaucoup de riads . C est de loin le pire . D ailleurs ce n est pas un Riad mais un hôtel à touristes naïfs . Petit déjeuner très maigre . Déco pas harmonieuse.

The food was really lame according to other experiences in Marrakesh over priced for a basic lame breakfast We didn’t get also the room that we booked we booked a room with one bed for two people we got a room with two sperate beds and also during the booming I didn’t state that the bathrooms were shared and while the pictures were shwowing that the room had a private bathroom Also there was loud music blasting the whole night until 23;30

Das Zimmer war gemütlich (Erdgeschoss) und für zwei Nächte ausreichend, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Nette Dachterrasse und schöner Innenhof.

Tatsächlich laut von 20Uhr bis 23/24Uhr, durch das Restaurant auf dem Dach. Die geteilten sanitären Anlagen entsprechen wohl nicht jedem Geschmack - für mich aber okay. Eigenes, kleines Waschbecken im Zimmer war gut.

Hotel TRES bruyant (concert le soir jusqu’à 23h, on entends tous les autres clients de l’hotel, ou même les membres du personnel, beaucoup de bruit de canalisations, …) Pas de fenêtres aux chambres Pas de pression à la douche Cafards à l’arrivée dans la chambre Le Taxi aéroport n’a pas suivi les consignes indiquées, il attendait sur le parking dans sa voiture au lieu de la sortie de l’aéroport avec une pancarte (comme indiqué), on a donc attendu un certain temps le temps de réussir à contacter le riad à l’aide d’un inconnu. En repartant, on a entendu qu’une famille a eu la même péripétie, et ils ont du prendre un taxi par eux même…

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt. Umgeben von Restaurants und Shops. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes abschließbares Bad.

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und haben eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Es ist zudem recht laut, und hellhörig.

Hôtel idéalement placé à deux pas de la place jaama elfna. Tout se fait à pied, c’est ideal pour visiter les souks , la medersa, le jardin secret . … Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel en famille , dans une chambre pour 4 personnes et à un petit prix . La chambre est propre, nettoyée chaque jour . Le personnel est adorable , merci en particulier à la jeune fille qui sert les petits déjeuners le matin et aux serveurs du soir, qui se plient en 4 pour vous faire plaisir . Le petit déjeuner , compris dans le prix est convenable , mais peu varié . Attention aussi à ne pas être pressé le matin, il y a de l’attente pour etre servis . Le plus: le roof top, accessible quand on veut et sans devoir commander de boisson / plats

Attention , ne nous le savions pas : le Riad est aussi un restaurant, accessible dès le matin pour des clients qui ne séjournent pas à l’hôtel . Cela induit du bruit, du passage , de l’agitation . Le soir, soirées musicales jusqu’à 23h. Adeptes du calme , ce n’est pas l’endroit qu’il vous faut . Notre chambre était petite pour 4 personnes: aucun endroit pour poser ses affaires / pendre les serviettes , pas de lampes de chevet, ni de sèche cheveux L’ensemble pourrait être amélioré pour gagner un peu en confort !
