Good location and room. Staff were very friendly.

There were no amenities in the room already available u need to request everything , like default ones coffee machine , microwave etc. parking is 80$ then there is 45$ resort fee which would not be useful at all. Coffee mentioned to be available till 10 closed at 9.30. Breakfast included is limited to order of max 50$ credit. The trick is showing lower base price and then charge all essentials.

All service staff were friendly and professional, starting with valet services. Angel and Melissa with Valet were very helpful. Front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Harry, our server at Jane Q was wonderful!

The shower that didn't fully enclose. It was impossible not to splash some water onto the floor.

The pool was closed earlier than said on booking.com. We got a text at 2:30 that said the pool was closed from 3:00 for a private event. They tried to over charge us $150 at check out. The “free breakfast”was just a coupon to their restrant

I attended an event at The Scene (rooftop pool) and had the best early evening experience and the best pizza 🍕 ever of my life! Melissa also made my valet experience seamless with a text. I’ll be back!

I am posting this public warning regarding a severe data privacy and security failure at the Kimpton Everly Hotel. While not physically at the property, I woke up to an IHG app notification for an active stay at this hotel under my loyalty account. Upon logging in, I was granted full access to view the active room invoice, billing details, and stay information of a completely different guest checked into Rooms 0807/0817. Simultaneously, the hotel confirmed that my personal identifiable information (PII)—including my phone number and address—was improperly linked to this stranger's stay. When I contacted the hotel, the Front Desk Supervisor, Natalie, dismissed the gravity of the breach, claiming a third-party booking just "accidentally" attached my loyalty number, and even suggested I just keep the points. Exposing one guest's financial and stay data to a stranger—while leaking my personal information—is a massive data security failure and a major privacy violation. If you value your personal data and privacy, think twice before trusting this property or IHG's current digital check-in protocols until they take data security seriously. A police report has been filed.

We liked everything about this hotel, super modern, clean, comfortable, great service and atmosphere and relaxing. The bar was nice and the breakfast downstairs was excellent.

The hotel was clean and modern. It had a lovely pool and provided a free happy hour daily. It was close to attractions and transport.

We had a really lovely stay at Kimpton Everly as a family of 4. We initially had a standard room booked, but wanted to upgrade and Natalie at the front desk gave us a really reasonable rate to upgrade to the suite. We were very comfortable in the suite, as it was clean, spacious and modern. The property is very conveniently located and we were able to walk to restaurants, attractions, etc. Being able to see the Hollywood sign from the room was a nice perk too. I did use some of the amenities, like the gym, which had good equipment but was too hot (maybe the AC wasn’t working in there?). We loved the rooftop pool too! Overall, it was a great stay and we’d absolutely come back next time we’re in LA!

Brian in valet, Maria at check in, and Becca (not sure of her department) provided me with outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I had all we need to be comfortable. They checked in on us and provided us with toiletries we had forgotten. Please management, give these wonderful employees a raise! They are doing a superb job! Thank you Brian, Maria, and Becca!

I could not be more happy with our hotel stay at The Kimpton Everly Hollywood! Even before arriving I was given the best service. Natalie A. Was absolutely incredible and beyond helpful before and during our stay. She helped us with room placements since we had two rooms. She was kind and went above and beyond. She also greeted us and helped us throughout our stay. I wish more employees were like her! The rooms were very nice, the location is extremely convenient to Universal Studios and Warner Bros., and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks again Natalie! You were great!

Friendly staff, clean and modern feel, 7 min drive to Universal Studios. Jane Q restaurant was delicious! Yummy, healthy dishes with good sized portions. Alan served us all 3 mornings and he really made our day each morning! Exceptional customer service! He is very friendly & personable!

This is barely worth mentioning, we had such a nice stay, but the bathroom did not have a vent and the bathroom door is a barn style slider with frosted glass, felt there could be a little more privacy in that design.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Everly Hollywood! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Jake and Alex, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They gave us great local recommendations, helped with parking and our luggage, and were incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. It’s just a short walk to the Hollywood Bowl, which made attending a concert so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Kimpton Everly Hollywood to anyone visiting the area.

This is a very nice hotel, with a lovely and accommodating lobby. The rooms are comfortable and roomy with great bathrooms. But the star of the hotel is the staff....always helpful, kind and smiling. And the star of the staff is Becca, who has gone out of her way to make my stay easy as possible. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with nice sized rooms for 4 people and they were nice and clean. The bar/restaurant/pool table area was a great place to have a good time. Friendly staff as well.

We had booked a room with good american breakfast for 4 persons. However the breakfast takes place in the restaurant and You have to pay for it, and the restaurant settles it with the hotel. But the amount set for the breakfast does not even cover a minimum of breakfast for 4 persons. The manager kindly settled it for us, so we did not have any trouble. Maybe it is better to book without breakfast and buy whatever You want from the restaurant afterwards. But thanks to the maneger for settling it for us. We found the location of the hotel to be at the far end of the Walk of Fame.

The location was close to the Greek Theatre, which was important for us. Every staff member was pleasant, polite and went above and beyond to help us.

Bedding was lacking. It felt like we had only a flat sheet to cover us. It was not comfy and we were cold. The room itself looked clean, but my daughter's allergies flared up in the room. I'm not sure if it was the carpet, couch, dust mites, or all of it, but the room definitely triggered a pretty bad allergy attack for her. The refrigerator had a half drunk glass of wine, presumably from the previous guest. The bathroom was missing Kleenex (empty kleenex box). Also, the coffee/tea service in lobby was nice, but the hot water dispenser tasted like it had coffee in it previously, so it didn't taste good for making a cup of tea. Overall, more attention to detail is needed for guest experience. The lobby looks nice and staff were wonderful, but the rest of it was meh.

Becca and the whole staff are extra great! Smiles, warmth, support. And the facility is perfect.

Great hotel, we'd definitely stay here again. The accommodations were excellent, and everyone was really nice. Shout-out to Sharla, the valet, for being extra nice and helpful!

Everyone who worked at the hotel was kind, helpful & attentive. Valets Brandon and Angel were friendly & professional. The bed for me was lacking. I would have liked an additional comforter or blanket. Otherwise, the room was clean and functional. The morning coffee/tea is a nice amenity, but please note the hot water carafe tasted like there had been coffee in it, so I ended up having to toss my tea out. Overall, excellent service with a need for a bit more attention to details.

It’s walking distance to the Pantages

$75 parking plus another $15 since I had dual cab pickup. Plus a $7.50 parking tax. $100 is ridiculous. No coffee maker in the room

Location was convenient and that was about the only good thing about this hotel. Also street parking across the road is free between 6pm and 8am as long as you move the car by 10am. Valet parking is 70$ plus tax.

The room was so dated, dirty, old and not well maintained. Nothing like in the photos. We booked a king suite. The cieling had cracks, the bedding was dirty, even the bathroom had hairs in it on arrival The staff weren't very helpful either. There were 3 of us and wede only get given 2 sets of towels and have to call for more and the wait would be a while. On top of this, the towels had a really bad smell. Overall its like a 3 star hotel, would not recommend. There are definitely better options We ended up checking out a day early

Another excellent stay at the Kimpton Everly Hotel Hollywood. The Hotel Experience Team was excellent as usual, great social hour, great pool, The Jane & Written Hand food was delicious. Above all, Brandon the Valet and everyone gave great service.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and many restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was a perfect base for exploring Hollywood and Los Angeles. The room was very comfortable and quiet. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the Hollywood Sign from the room. The facilities were well maintained, and everything was clean and in excellent condition.

The only thing that would have made the stay even better would be having breakfast included in the rate.

Everything was excellent for our stay at the kimpton everly. They took great care of us. They have amazing amenities, I rode one of their well-built bikes and drank their great coffee in the morning. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food. The absolute highlight of my stay was Brandon, the valet attendant. He is kind, attentive thoughtful, and helped us immensely mulitple times over the weekend, I can't say enough great things about him and his service. He had great local suggestions and an amazing outlook on life. He made our stay that much more special. Thank you, Brandon and all the staff!

Really nice hotel for an event. Loved the rooftop. Wanted to shout out the valet service, and Alex in particular. They had to deal with so many cars arriving all at once and they hustled. Very easy and fast to get my car at the end of the night. Thank you!

Location was great for exploring different parts of LA, we felt pretty central. Jaw dropping view of the hollywood sign from the bed! Huge shout out to Jess and Adrian at the front desk, from check in to check out they were always so helpful and kind!

Had a maintenance issue with refrigerator and it was taken care right away. Valet attendant Brandon was wonderful. Front desk agents were nice but were kind of short and no amenities were provided like a water for the fee or being a gold member.

We would like to thank the housekeeping team for the orderliness and cleanliness of the hotel. However, we were not satisfied with the overall operation and management of the property.

First of all, the central air conditioning vents in the room have accumulated so much dust that it is not only visible but has reached a level that may pose a health risk. Dust particles were coming out of the vents into the room. In addition, the carpet and its color scheme do not make guests feel that they are staying in a clean room. We believe the carpets should be replaced during renovation and upgraded to parquet or other hard flooring surfaces. We were also disappointed by the bedding arrangement. We could not determine whether this was due to a lack of proper duvet covers or simply a matter of convenience, but it appeared that two sheets had been wrapped around a blanket. This was uncomfortable both from a usability and hygiene perspective. In a hotel of this category, we would have expected a more modern and professional bedding setup. Regarding breakfast, we paid an additional fee during the reservation process because the room was advertised as including breakfast. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that breakfast operated on an à la carte basis, that guests received a USD 15 credit per room, and that any amount exceeding USD 15 would be charged separately. Since even a coffee on the breakfast menu exceeded USD 15, it is difficult to understand how this can genuinely be described as “breakfast included.” Furthermore, this policy was not clearly disclosed either on the hotel’s website or during the booking process. As a result, we felt misled. We paid extra for a breakfast package but ultimately left without having breakfast. When we raised this concern with the reception staff, we were simply told, “This is our policy.” No effort was made to provide a solution or address our dissatisfaction. The management team appeared indifferent and uninterested in resolving the issue. Considering today’s technology and guest expectations, access to a shared computer remains an important service for many travelers.

Simply Amazing! My husband and I had a bad experience at a neighboring hotel and the Kimpton Everly happened to be around the corner. My husband and I decided to drop by and Becca & Richard at the front desk, we’re sad for our situation and took us a tour of their hotel and room. We did not know what we were missing and so happy we stopped by. They honored the online price and upgraded us for My Birthday since I’m and IHG memeber! 🎉. The hotel is quiet, the foods great, the people are so kind, and the views out to the Hollywood city and sign are to die for! When I come back to visit LA the Kimpton Everly is at the top of my list!! Thank you!!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, einerseits wegen der Nähe zum Freeway, wodurch man überall schnell hinkam, andrerseits wegen der Nähe zu den Highlights rund um Hollywood. Von unserem Zimmer im 15. Stock hatten wir einen tollen Blick Downtown. Personal war freundlich und das Essen lecker.

Obwohl bei booking.com das Frühstück inbegriffen war, erhielt man im Hotel nur gerade $ 50 pro Frühstück für eine 4-köpfige Familie... Da bekommt man in LA bekanntlich nicht gerade für's Geld. Man muss dies ganz klar anders deklarieren!!!

Valet service from John & Jake were superb 10/10 never waited more than a few min and easy calling system. Jane Q food was great and breakfast vouchers made it even better. Comfy bed and pillows but the shower could use a deep clean there was some mildew. Overall good location and experience!

Stayed for only one night but had a great experience and wish we would have stayed longer. The room was clean and comfortable, we loved the clawfoot bathtub and the complimentary bath salt. Staff was all very friendly. When we were leaving Brandon helped us get our car and was very quick and very friendly!

I've been staying at this hotel for business over the past two years, and it consistently exceeds my expectations. Its prime location near the freeway and just 20 minutes from Burbank airport makes travel effortless. Room was comfortable and large although the shower had terrible water pressure. We had a view of the Hollywood sign which was great but be aware that this means also overlooking the freeway which was constantly noisy no matter the time of day or night. Great cocktail service on an evening and the complimentary coffee was appreciated although not always ready for 6am and on one day was cold. Loved Jane Q, had great coffee and breakfast here. Good location for Universal and Griffith Observatory and walkable to Hollywood walk of fame.

Kimpton Hotels are usually terrific, and The Everly is no exception. We loved our stay. The room was so quiet with a beautiful view of LA. The bar/restaurant was excellent. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to top notch parking attendants Brian S. and Brandon! Had great recommendations and very, very hospitable. We’ll be back for sure!

Great location. Right off the freeway. very walkable to all things Hollywood Boulevard. Restaurant is great. Staff is great especially Monse. I was doing a series of nights because I wasn’t sure exactly where I was going to be in LA and I ended up being able to stay in the same room the entire time even though it was my fault that I didn’t have a continuous reservation. The staff really goes the extra mile here. Will stay here anytime I’m in the area.
