Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The place was in a great location, and the rooms were clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, and I especially liked having my own sink in the room, which was very convenient.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the noise. The floors were very creaky, so you could hear people walking around, especially at night when trying to sleep. The doors were also very loud and couldn’t really be closed quietly, so every time someone entered or left a room, you could hear the door slam. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to keep in mind.

Tiene plaza de párking, lo cual es una gran ventaja al estar en el centro de la ciudad. Todo muy nuevo y limpio, sin duda hemos acertado viniendo al Happy Hostal Carrales.
L'as almohadas un poco bajas, pero eso depende del gusto de cada uno.

También está genial para poder aparcar gratis y sin tener que estar pendiente del tiempo, ya que cruzando el río hay zona blanca. El personal es muy agradable y te da recomendaciones para disfrutar la ciudad.
No hay aire acondicionado y en la habitación hace mucho calor, incluso por la noche cuando en la calle hace frío. Las paredes son de papel, no están bien aisladas y se escucha absolutamente todo, y si te tocan unos huéspedes maleducados y desconsiderados que ponen música a la 1 de la mañana, no vas a poder descansar. Por último, las camas no son especialmente cómodas.

Había bichos en la cama, la toalla estaba sucia, las camas eran muy duras y la habitación era estrecha para dos personas. Aún así, el recepcionista fue muy majo.

Habitación bastante calurosa, el ventilador era un poco ruidoso. El baño estaba muy sucio, la tasa del váter tenía excrementos y no fue limpiada en todo día... El colchón de la cama se hundía mucho, necesitaba cambiarse. Un poco caro por la calidad (será por fechas del festival).

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Chambre conforme aux photos, et très bien situé sur Burgos. Vous êtes à 10 minutes du centre à pied, et des places de parking sont à proximité avec des horodateurs. Le stationnement est gratuit de 21h à 10h. Notre hôte nous a bien accueilli, il nous a très bien conseillé sur les activités à faire sur place.

Very classy, all key operated including the lights, shower was nice with cold and warm water, fan in the room!, mini faucet in the room was great to wash face, teeth, whatever, easy to get in and out of, elevator if you need, and located 5-10min walk from town center. Host was quick to respond to emails and great job at chdck-in.

Not a welcoming atmosphere. I don't think the place had been cleaned well. There was no common area or place to lounge. It was basically a small hotel room without staff. I would stay somewhere else next time. Nothing horrible, just not a good vibe.

Por decir algo negativo, se escucha mucho las conversaciones de las habitaciones colindantes. Pese a que hablaban bajito, la insonorización no era muy buena. Pero no me molestó. Es por decir algo negativo porque es difícil encontrar alguna pega. Estuve muy bien en mi estancia.

It was recommended by the staff that I take the river route when leaving. Had I done so, I Would Have missed the cathedral and a place for breakfast. The Camino went through the historic part of town - better than the river route.
