Die Lage war 1 A. Das Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel besteht aus unterschiedlichen Häusern. Das Zimmer über steile, versetzte Treppen erreichbar. Kaum mit Koffern erreichbar. Man bot uns dann eine Alternative, etwas besser aber nicht gut. Handtücher grau gewaschen. Nie mehr wieder!

Petite chambre bien équipée (bouilloire, thé, café) Bonne literie et bien insonorisée Accueil impeccable, on vous accompagne dans votre chambre pour la présenter avec beaucoup d'écoute et d'échange. Un petit déjeuner ou il est impossible de ne pas trouver ce qu'on aime (sucré,salé,produits frais et locaux...., idem pour le service qui est impeccable

Notre chambre avait une partie basse en pente, ça ne nous a pas foncièrement dérangés mais ça pourrait pour des personnes plus âgés (toutes les chambres ne doivent pas être comme ça, juste pour relever un petit point négatif malgré notre satisfaction)

Idéalement situé avec une équipe prévenante et tres agréable.Petit déjeuner varié et frais. Une belle adresse à honfleur

El personal es muy agradable, coincidía con que uno de nosotros cumplía años y cuando entró en la habitación tenía un detalle sobre la cama de parte del hotel.

La pega es que no es accesible ya que no dispone de ascensor.

The location is perfect - you are right in town! The staff are nice and the information regarding where to park was very helpful. Overall comfortable and convenient stay.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the room was a little stuffy. If you are a light sleeper I suggest calling in advance to ask for a quieter room as the room we were in was pretty loud next to the street.

De lugging was heel centraal dus alles was goed te bereiken.

Hôtel très central et particulièrement pratique pour circuler à pied dans la ville. Accueil du personnel : très souriant et très agréable. Nous y étions juste pour une nuit et faire une étape sur notre parcours.

Staff were great. Did a review with the hotel survey but only made a point about a small detail at breakfast. Thought I'd get a cance to add more sorry 🫢. It was a good stay. Our second at this hotel. 4th in Honfleur. This is a quaint lovely property right in the heart of the old town close to the harbour. Clean comfortable rooms with a lovely deep petite bath to soak in. Staff are friendly and bilingual mostly. Any requests are sorted quickly and they are very helpful.

Just a little warning to guests. This is a historic building so prepare for a narrow stairway and no elevator. But not unmanageable if you have some mobility. But also part of the charm.

Need to provide hand rails or similar in the bathroom, especially for getting out of the bath having had a shower. Ideally located as only a few minutes walk away from the historic harbor, many restaurants, bars and places of interest. The Hotel du Dauphin staff were friendly and efficient - a lovely experience.

It’s in the heart of the old town and surrounded by fabulous places to eat and shop. Slick check in and a super team.

The room was pretty small but I’m griping - the building is so old that I shud perhaps have booked earlier and had a better room. Nice location but £130 for a night seems a bit top heavy

The hotel's location is perfect as it is in the center of town. The walkability to everything is excellent. I would not recommend driving to the hotel as the streets are narrow and very crowded. Parking is a hassle although they do have very small parking garages. Make sure to measure your car before requesting a parking garage.

The room as very small which is to be expected in an older building in this location. The stairs are very narrow so large, heavy suitcases are difficult to maneuver.

Nydelig gammelt hotell med flott beliggenhet. Anbefales.

Eigenlijk alles. De locatie midden in Honfleur. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We werden een paar dagen van te voren gebeld om door te geven dat het hotel geen lift heeft. Ondanks dat we aangaven dat dit geen probleem was, kregen we toch een kamer ( invalide) op de begane grond.. Mooie ruime en schone kamer.

A good location in the center / but very difficult to find parking nearby. So be prepared to carry you luggage for some distance. And then there is no lift. That in itself would not necessarily have been a problem, but our room was on the third floor and the staircase was extremely narrow, steep and genuinely dangerous when carrying luggage. It was so narrow that two people could not carry a suitcase together. Nobody contacted us before our arrival, either by phone or through Booking, to warn us about the difficulty of taking luggage up to the room. Had we known, we would simply have left our suitcases in the car and taken only what we needed for the night, as we had done the night before when we stayed inside Mont St Michael. Instead, after struggling to find parking and carrying all our belongings from the car to the hotel, we were told at check in: “Do you really need your suitcases? You can leave them downstairs and come down when you need something.” EDIT The hotel's reply is just all lies. We were contacted 2 days before our stay via phone from a person that spoke some very basic english, after we had asked them to inform us about available parking options. Never mentioned in the call about the lift or no airconditioning etc. The room we were asigned was not the one we booked. We asked for the hotel's staff helpregarding the 34 degrees in the room 3 different times during our stay - immediately after check in at 5pm, before dinner at 7.s0 pm, and when we came back at 11 pm, (plus at 3 am at night!) yes the 4th time finally at check out we raised our voices. Thankfully there are online reviews that are exactly similar to ours, so things are simple and clear whatever you choose to reply to your guests.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The room itself was completely unfit to be rented during the heatwave. It was approximately 34 degrees inside, with walls that were hot to the touch. We paid around €180, yet there was only one tiny, almost useless fan for two separate sleeping areas. There were no curtains to block the sun, no portable air conditioning and no meaningful attempt to reduce the heat. The three bottles of water in the room were so hot that you could almost make tea with them. When we asked for cold water, we were given tap water, and they could not even provide ice. The bed had a duvet!!! and, under the sheet, a disposable plastic covering of the kind I have only seen in hospitals. In that temperature, it trapped even more heat and made the bed unbearable, literally sticking on our skin. None of us slept. We had to shower approximately every 30 minutes to cool down and seriously considered sleeping in our car. I stayed at the downstairs lobby until around 3:00 a.m. because I could not remain in the room. Even worse was the staff’s complete indifference. The night receptionist laughed when he realised which room we had and admitted that the upstairs room was “not manageable.” We complained three times, but received no help, apology or practical solution. Management simply repeated that the hotel had no air conditioning, as though that excused renting an overheated attic without proper fans, curtains or even cold water. We stayed in several properties across France during the same heatwave, many without air conditioning. Everywhere else, the staff made a genuine effort to help their guests. Here, they knew exactly how unbearable this room was and continued to rent it for €180. If you are assigned the third floor attic room during warm weather, inspect it before accepting it. In our experience, it was not fit for guests and the hotel showed absolutely no concern for our comfort or safety.

Arrived at the Hotel and greeted with a very smiley member of staff, " We have upgraded your room". Great Thanks. The room was excellent and had lots of space. The location was excellent very near to the centre and harbour, bonus was there was a market on that evening. Breakfast was amazing everything you could want. I will be returning to this hotel next year. Thanks for an amazing stay.

We had a street facing room with noisy traffic early in the morning but to be fair this is a small busy town so not a major problem.

I had a wonderful massage at La Plage spa during my visit to Honfleur. The whole experience was calm, welcoming and extremely relaxing. My therapist was warm, professional and very attentive, taking time to make sure the pressure was right and that I felt completely comfortable throughout. The massage itself was excellent—one of the best I’ve had—and I left feeling genuinely relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend La Plage to anyone visiting Honfleur who wants to take a little time out for themselves. A lovely experience from beginning to end.

De locatie, in het centrum, vlak bij de haven en de restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Kamer was schoon, ontbijt prima verzorgd.

Parkeren. Zou fijn zijn als er een goeie verwijzing zou zijn naar de grote parkeerplaats die op een paar minuten lopen van het hotel is. We wisten dat we niet bij het hotel konden parkeren, maar het was onduidelijk waar wel.

L'emplacement est parfait. Par contre, il vaut mieux réserver les places de parking à l'avance dans l'établissement, elles sont rares et demandées.

Difficultés accès en voiture vu les travaux Ventilation faible de la chambre

Nous avons aimé l’endroit où il est situé, la propreté Et, la gentillesse du personnel

Beaucoup trop cher pour une chambre sans clim, sous les toits, juste un ventilateur. Impossible de dormir avec le bruit des passants durant la nuit,du camion poubelle et du camion nettoyage de la ville . La douche est également trop petite , c’est compliqué de faire son shampooing quand on a les cheveux longs. Ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix.

Il manquait la climatisation il faisait vraiment très lourd mais un ventilateur avait été mis à disposition Et surtout pas très content du service pour l’eau en bouteille il faisait très chaud et au comptoir une bouteille d’eau christaline vendu 2,50€ c’est abusé de vendre à ce prix là à un client sachant que cela vaut au prix d’achat 30cts enfin je préfère le dire je ne suis pas à 2,50€ prêt mais c’est un service surtout lors de forte chaleurs

Curățenia și atitudinea personalului. Toate informațiile de pe booking sunt reale. Nu am luat mic dejun, deci nu pot spune nimic legat de acesta.

Non c’era l’aria condizionata e rumori di prima mattina nella strada sottostante e dovendo dormire con le finestre aperte impossibile non svegliarsi

Trois gros bémols : - le check-in trop tardif (17h) - du personnel moyennement aimable, qui nous inscrit au petit déjeuner à l'arrivée en nous indiquant qu'il est inclus dans notre tarif, puis nous réclame de le payer le lendemain. Grosse incompréhension sur ce point - ledit petit déjeuner qui est d'une qualité moyenne et très simple pour le prix (16€)

La stanza era veramente troppo piccola. Attorno al letto si faceva fatica persino ad aprire le valigie. Nessuna mensola né spazio per appoggiare nulla, un armadietto miserrimo. Per fortuna ci siamo stati solo una notte. Tra l'altro zona centrale e trafficata, abbiamo dovuto trascinare le valigie dal parcheggio. Per me scomodo, non ci tornerei

No AC, no elevator. We had to carry our suitcases to the second floor on a narrow steep staircase. They did provide a fan in the room, but at 34C that was not enough.

Hotel tipico in ottima posizione pedonale,

Stanza in sottotetto con abbaini senza zanzariere ne climatizzatore, molto molto calda, ho dovuto chiedere un secondo ventilatore in reception. Quasi invivibile fino alle ore serali (agosto). Vasca con doccino mobile scomoda, parcheggio oltre il centro a pagamento ( caro). Sconsigliatissimo se vi muovete in auto. Scale ripide e strette, attenzione coi bagagli.

La posizione é perfetta rispetto ad Honfleur. L'albergo è in una strada silenziosa e le stanze sporgono sul retro. La biancheria è buona ma non altrettanto il materasso che declina sui lati

Nella prenotazione era specificata la presenza di scale ma non di scale particolarmente ripide (42) scalini, specie per caricare il bagaglio. Nella stanza nessuna aria condizionata e nessun frigorifero in presenza di temperature vicine ai 30 gradi

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM. Check-in was scheduled for 5:00 PM, so we asked the reception if our room could be prepared a little earlier if possible. I am a person with a disability, and we informed the staff about this. They told us they would do their best and call us as soon as the room was ready. Instead, we were checked in at 5:30 PM, which was even later than the official check-in time. The next disappointment came at breakfast. We had barely sat down and started eating when a staff member immediately asked whether we wanted to pay for breakfast for the following day. This felt very inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable. The room also had maintenance issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water drained very slowly. During our two-night stay, we received only two small bottles of water on the first day, and they were never replenished. Surprisingly, the room was stocked with four cotton swabs, but something as basic as drinking water was not replaced. Overall, we expected a much higher standard of service and much more attention to guests’ comfort. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations.

Great apart hotel in a fab location. Perfect for a few nights as a family of 4 to explore honfleurs

Parking and driving can be complicated but that’s to do with the area and not the hotel.. park in the recommended car parks a short distance away and walk up with luggage…

La ubicación.

El alojamiento se presenta como un hotel de tres estrellas, con precios de tres estrellas, y nada más lejos de la realidad. El hotel es muy antiguo, tenía muchísimo polvo, no hay aire acondicionado ni ascensor. La habitación olía a cerrado y a humedad y estaba llena de mosquitos. La almohada una auténtica basura.

Splendid location only minutes from Honfleur harbour. We had a lovely apartment overlooking the central square.

The breakfast was nutritious but somewhat basic.
