The staff were absolutely shining smiles. With 24/7 reception, you always got help with an authentic smile. The place was super clean and it felt like a home very fast. Professional manager called Bruno helped when I dealt with an emergency and everyone were just lovely. Will definitely come back.

Although older people were welcomed and present I did feel like it’s more „destined“ for very young people, and at only 29 I felt old cause it was so crowded with very young energy. But I still met friends my age and loved the stay.

Wenn man sich in diesem Hostel einbucht, dann bleibt man nicht lange alleine - es sind so viele liebe nette Menschen dort und man lernt auf jeden Fall viele neue Menschen kennen. Am Abend sitzen alle zusammen und spielen Spiele miteinander, tratschen oder haben einfach ein tolle Zeit und danach geht man miteinander in Bars oder Discos.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. So kind enough to store my luggage after checking out - A few days after my stay. And I was offered breakfast too even though I wasn’t a guest at that particular moment.

Women’s bathroom was dirty.

Really friendly and helpful staff/volunteers and everybody staying there is very open to conversation. You meet people and not just to drink or party together! Rooms are clean with aircon and curtains and breakfast and dinner is great! Location is great as well, really close to nightlife, metro station and other sights.

Great Poeple and a Great Location

I checked in the mid-night, but the staff was very responsive and friendly. The vibe among people here was great during my stay. One day I had a day tour in the early morning, and I still enjoyed the breakfast at my ease pace because of the understanding of the staff. Overall, it was a great experience. The location is excellent too. There is a quiet meeting room for people who need workspace. That's definitely a plus!

It would be greater if a clean towel was available as part of the facilities.

The common area is small for the amount of people staying in this hostel. In the evenings they have music blasting and it’s tough to have a conversation. But it’s easier to socialize at breakfast when things are more calm. Receptionist was very fast paced on arrival. Services are good but they charge for everything

Je to taký párty hostel, do 23 je hluk v spoločných miestnostiach (potom idú do baru) a neskôr je rušivé keď sa ľudia vracajú. Taktiež nevhodné pre ľudí s obmedzeným pohybom, 2 poschodia bez výťahu

It was clean and social

Didn’t love how they were pretty pushy in locking me into the bottomless sangria package that’s such a rip off especially right after I’d travelled 30 hours with no sleep. Most nights I wasn’t home for the bottomless window or if I was I’d to late so I’d end up buying the sangria individually which was way cheaper. Also the accom in general is more than I’ve paid at hotels and the most expensive hostel I’ve stayed in. So frustrated that they got me into a package I said I didn’t want

The main thing to be aware of is that this is very much a party hostel. There is a difference between being social and having alcohol at the centre of almost every social activity, and I think the balance could be improved. There were occasions where staff encouraged drinking, offered free shots and questioned why guests weren’t drinking. I was comfortable saying no, but I can see how this could be uncomfortable for younger or more vulnerable travellers. I also think the hostel could have clearer boundaries around staff and guests. During my stay I became aware of staff/guest relationships which made some guests uncomfortable, as well as an incident where a guest brought someone into my shared dorm and had sex while myself and other guests were present. I think stronger boundaries and management around these situations would be beneficial. I do think the hostel has a lot of potential. It is modern, clean, very central, well set up for solo travellers, and the communal meals, free tea/coffee and lockers are all great features. I just think the social side would benefit from being less alcohol-focused and offering more ways for people to socialise without drinking.

Great location, friendly staff, nice daily activities

Perfect for 18-25's partying like fraternity or sorority with little or no rules. Stayed 3 nights and checked out early after no sleep. Folks were being loud in rooms till 2-3am, returning drunk and not showering (horrible body odor), and sick dorm mates (active wet coughing). Most hostels I don't expect to sleep till after 1am but this one took the cake. Felt like I paid nearly $400 to stay at frat party dorm room. Plus got an email post-stay saying they are trying for high review scores and to send feedback directly to the hostel (versus posting I guess)

Auberge incroyable ! C’était mon premier voyage en solo et je n’aurais pas pu choisir un meilleur endroit. Le personnel était adorable, l’ambiance parfaite pour rencontrer des gens du monde entier

Prima locatie en fijne sfeer

Veel te luid in de kamer waardoor nauwelijks kunnen slapen. Ondanks hierover met het personeel te spreken, werd er niets aan gedaan. Ik ben twee dagen vroeger doorgegaan wegens het lawaai en heb hiervoor helaas geen compensatie gekregen.

Breakfasts were high quality and fresh. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was friendly and sociable and there were lots of activities and social opportunities available, for those who wanted them. I very much enjoyed my time in the Hostel.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Very social atmosphere which made it easy as a solo traveller to meet people. Free breakfast was great.

Wat een fantastisch hostel! Goede locatie, heerlijk ontbijt, prima kamers. Maar het beste: de mensen! Zowel het personeel als de andere gasten waren geweldig! Het was ontzettend leuk om zoveel mensen uit andere landen te ontmoeten en om samen te eten, te drinken of de stad te verkennen. Ik ben al in veel hostels in Europa geweest, maar dit hostel maakte écht alle beloftes op het gebied van 'sociaal hostel' waar!

This was the best hostel ever, the rooms are so nice with lots of space, comfy bed and A/C is 10/10! Loved how social and fun it was with lots of activities and breakfast included. It’s a must stay when in Lisbon!!

It was easy to navigate, the living room and the kitchen were always open and very accessible. The rooms had amazing views and beds were quite comfortable. Roomy showers.

El personal es muy agradable, tratan de comunicarse, hacerle entender. Cómo es un hostel con mucho jóvenes, si se debería controlar un poco más el silencio en las habitaciones en especial en la mañana. Es importante que cuando se ofrezca una dinámica de integración, como una cena, se te den todas las indicaciones. Si hay que inscribirse, se debe decir.

This was my first time staying at a hostel, and it was such an amazing time. The people I connected with here were awesome, the staff was kind, and the atmosphere is incredibly fun. Would really recommend.

Easy access to main places to go in Lisbon, plenty to do around it. Staff very friendly, they keep the place social with lots of activities.

The bed curtains have a gap at the top of them so if you’re staying on the bottom bunk (which i was) the ones on the top bunk across can see through that. I wasn’t massively fussed but when you’re in a mixed dorm it should probably be fully covered.

Amazing hostel, great staff and 10/10 vibes. A great choice for first time solo travellers.

The reception staff were friendly and the hostel was very clean. The location is very good, bar don't stay open 24/7 which is very good. Everything is no more than 15 minutes away. I stayed in an all-female dorm. The only problem I had was with the girls in the room; they kept coming in late, putting the lights on and off. One started packing at 01:00am, and the noise of the plastic was quite loud😅😂.

I like everything and it is easy to find. Thank you and I will stay here again and again. Please don't forget to enjoy the food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Good morning, it was my first time solo travelling and staying in a hostel, and I felt welcomed by the staff. The rooms are clean, and there are lockers to place your belongings. During the day, you can join the hostel for its daily activities, or you can do your own thing. The hostel is located in the heart of the city, so it's easy to get to via public transport or Uber. If I'm back in Lisbon, I'll stay at Good morning again!

I wasn't a huge fan of the dinners.

L'ostello è molto carino, pulito e offre tantissime attività. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile! In posizione ottima per visitare la città totalmente a piedi, vicinissimo anche alla stazione ferroviaria di Rossio. Letti abbastanza comodi.

Purtroppo per me era troppo affollato e c'era troppo rumore, soprattutto la sera. La sala comune era piena di gente che parlava ad alta voce, e durante la notte, anche se c'è indicazione di silenzio dopo le 23, ad ogni ora entrava o usciva qualcuno, accendeva la luce, sbatteva la porta.. dopo due notti ho cambiato ostello perché non riuscivo proprio a dormire :-(

The rooms were really nice, I had a view across the square from the window/balcony. Beds were comfy, with curtains and charging ports. The breakfasts in the morning were awesome! So much yummy food. Staff were super friendly. The women’s bathrooms had plenty of showers & toilets, were regularly cleaned and had tonnes of counter space to do your makeup or get ready for bed etc

It feels like people not staying at the accomodation could easily get into the hostel, some extra door or safety check would be good

J’ai choisi cet hostel pour ma première expérience de solo trip et j’ai passé 5j incroyables! C’est l’endroit parfait pour rencontrer et partager avec des gens venant des 4 coins du globe ! Le personnel est adorable, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à donner des recommandations (bars, resto..) Les chambres sont spacieuses et chaque lit possède un rideau, ainsi qu’une prise. Grand rangement pour les valises pour chaque personne également dans la chambre. La salle de bain commune (filles) est grande, propre et lumineuse. D’autres salles de bain mixtes sont aussi disponibles. La cuisine est délicieuse. Super emplacement en centre ville! Des activités sont organisés tous les jours ! Location en centre ville parfaite. Je recommande ++++ cet endroit ! Merci pour tout

la ubicación y el personal, me encantó. Las actividades que se hace durante el día y las de noche (ir de bar en bar) con el personal del alojamiento y el resto de huéspedes. Es una experiencia que todos tendrían que vivir, había gente de todas las edades.

Las literas son un poco dificil de acceder, yo que soy alta me costaba subir y bajar sin hacerme daño :(

ik had zelfs een nacht bijgeboekt omdat het zo goed beviel. Ik moest helaas wel van kamer wisselen (omdat het wss druk was), ik verbleef eerst in een vrouwen kamer, en moest helaas verhuizen naar een gemixte. Maar gelukkig was alles oke

Que hospedagem incrível! Banheiro muito limpo, cama muito confortável, ótimo armário individual para mala. Funcionários muito receptivos e acolhedores. Fui muito bem recebida e atendida mesmo com dificuldade no idioma (inglês). Minha primeira e melhor experiência com Hostel até hoje!

It was amazing there, loved the social vibe and the staff was so friendly with everyone. Definitely recommend the “not-so-solo package” for anyone having their first solo travel, or just want to get the best experience out of their stay there. One of Best places i have stayed at, and will come back here on my next travels to lisbon. The breakfast and dinner was lovely, and they rotated the dinner so it was something different every day that fit everyone’s taste. Also loved the social activities they do in the morning, it makes it easy for people to connect and plan something to do together later in the day after the tours with the hostel staff. I have nothing really bad to say about the place, because it is a hostel, there is a lot of noise, but they give you earplugs, and they take everyone out to the bars at night to respect those who want to sleep, so it wasn’t really a problem when trying to sleep.

This property is fantastic for someone who is a solo Traveller, the involvement from the staff to get you introduced and friendliness of them too is fantastic, the whole vibe of this hostel is done perfectly!

One of my favorite hostels I’ve ever stayed that! Such a wonderful community feel. Family dinner was so tasty, and I appreciated how quiet it was at the night for those who decided on an early night.

Je n'avais jamais été dans une auberge de jeunesse, et j'ai été plus que ravie ! Le personnel était super accueillant, une auberge très sociale où on fait vite des rencontres grâce aux activités de l'auberge. Les lits sont confortables.

床很舒服、浴室熱水和水量很足夠、整體空間很舒適不壓迫、人群很友善、提供的早餐很好吃、有很多活動可以選擇參加、環境很乾淨整潔、有提供耳塞、地理位置在中心去哪裡都很方便。

床會因同房者走動而震動，別人翻身也很輕易感受到晃動，但這些是可以忍受的，整體還是很舒適。

분위기, 서비스, 청결도, 조식 모든 것이 좋았습니다.

3층에 위치하고 있어서 무거운 캐리어를 가지신 분은 힘듭니다ㅜ 특히, 여자들은 고생이지요ㅜ

Alles. Es war tiptop!

This was my first hostel experience, and I was blown away! Everything was so wonderful. From the breakfasts, to daily tours together, happy hour, dinner, and going out in the evening, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I met people from all over the world, and some people that lived just a town away from me! Though I travelled alone (and have many times in the past), it was a lovely experience to be alone with several other people. Can't wait to come back.

Me gustó mucho la calidez del personal, que tuviera un desayuno super completo y bebida gratis a la noche!

Me hubiera gustado más encontrarme con algún latino para poder charlar con alguien. Eran todos de habla inglesa o Francesa y no me sentí muy incluida. Después para dormir la ubicación es super ruidosa. El resto todo bien.
