随分前に予約したのにBooking .comから予約の連絡が入ってなく、予約がなかったのでトラブった。

Bed linen clean.

The commode was not clean. The lady at the reception was not friendly and helpful at all.

Sam es muy amable, intentará ayudarte en lo que sea y te dará recomendaciones. El personal en general es muy bueno.

La ubicación. No hay nada cerca. Cuando me limpiaban la habitación me limpiaban los vasos solo con agua, no utilizaba ni una esponja, porque los encontraba medio sucios. Algunas veces se olvidaban de reponer el café.

The hotel was excellent. I felt very welcome and comfortable during my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Som, who was always very attentive and truly cared about the well-being of the guests. I would gladly come back!

Great room, very friendly staff

Sam was very friendly and gave clear amd concise instructions and details about anything we needed to know about the property

The mattress was very hard, not sure if this is typical or not but I wasn’t use to it.

It's a great choice, especially for a long stay. Quite cozy, with a well-lit room. The staff is super helpful. There's a big C and ATMs within 2 minutes. Good Wi-Fi connection.

The cleaning service was unpredictable. One week, it was every three days; the next, it was once every four or five days. Be ready that AC doesn't work, only fan.

隔音比較差， 另外床單比床小， 用兩張床單才能， 有點奇怪， 而且床單及棉被好像有嘢咬， 如能更注意衛生會更好

Not many restaurant near by, toilet and washroom not sperate

Everything was perfect. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff. Everyone is very friendly and polite.Manager Sam is always in touch and does everything for a comfortable stay for his guests. All problems, if any, were resolved literally in a second. Local cat Samsi is forever in my heart

Decent location, rooms were modern for the cost compared to others in Thailand. Nice little restaurant attached to it and comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the cat that hangs about - very friendly and nice to have around!

Shower wasn’t great, pressure was good but it didn’t really get that hot but apart form that everything was great!

Sam is really carrying and makes sure that every guest feels comfortable 😊

What I loved about the property was only Sam (the receptionist) other than that i would say nothing

Honestly, the pillows smelled bad, the bed is hard, and the sheets were dirty.

I love the staff there, especially Sam. He is super friendly and a very helpful person when it comes to reliability. They treat us like family there. Very reliable place and feels like my second home there. Defo going back again!

Easy checking in to checking out. The owner was very helpful, even managed to make the bed a little softer. Nice quiet location.

Not really a dislike, but would've been nice to to have a light switch near the bed and a electric socket closer to the bed.

The staff were nice enough

Room filthy, bedsheets covered in questionable fresh looking stains, room generally unclean, stains on the chairs, dust everywhere. Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve found in Thailand, combine an uncomfortable bed with sheets covered in stains, you get no sleep, would’ve been better off on the floor. Checked out early due to getting no sleep and not being happy with the room, didn’t get a refund for the remaining days. Avoid.

When I was evicted, not all the deposit was returned. They said that I lost the second key, even though I lived alone and initially received only one copy. The police were called to investigate. It cost only 200 baht, but it was very unpleasant.

The room was nice, However not the most clean and the furniture was a bit old as well. The receptionist was very heplful and a very nice person. Overall it was a good stay and definitely worth the price. The locality was good and everything was very close.

The guy isin charge Sam is a cheat person. VERY RUDE, absolutely horrible person. Trying to get as much money as possible. Not following SHA + rules even after negative Covid test not allowing cusotmers to check out, threating tourist with the Police. Strongly suggest not to stay in this Hotel, it's horrible manager in charger at this property, this guy must be fired.

La prise en charge à l’aéroport très rapide et très professionnel le personnel de l'accueil vraiment rien a dire une excellente personne qui est la si besoin vous aide dans toutes les démarches nécessaires réservation taxi résultats du test pcr un très bon accueil je ne connaissait pas cette hôtel mais j'y retournerai surement et c'est un hôtel que je conseil rue très calme.

The hostel itself was absolutely fine. The staff were nice and very Accomadating. They even allowed us to move rooms for my online work. Only problem was that after finding out they had a kitchen, we would have to pay 100rmb per day to cook, which completely negates the money saved on cooking for yourself Chalong itself is a bit dull for more than a couple days. Go up to the Buddha and see the pier, apart from that there is just cheap food and one small tourist street. Don't get fooled by Chalong beach, there's sand but you don't want to go in that water. We stayed for 5 nights and were happy to get out of there and move to Patong

looks like a new or renovated place. the stuff are pleasant and are eager to help. location is quite close to the center of town, 4 min walk from the big mall. all in all, a good place to go to.

Nice modern apartment . Clean . Sam the receptionist is the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever had . Amazing price . £180 or so for a month !! Motorbikes there for rent . Brand new moped for a good rental price too . Good location for training .

This is my favorite place in Phuket, first of all the staff made our stay so special, warm welcoming, Sam & Wee are very helpful anytime thank you so much you are the best! The room is very clean and brand new furniture, aircon, tv, big fridge, everyday they clean the room and give new towels. Supermarket next door and very close to AKA gym. Price is affordable. I highly recommend Vipa House.

Located in a quiet area with great parking facilities, laundry and a kitchen area at the reception. The room gets cleaned every day and have tv, fridge and air con.... The staff are nice and friendly. I have stayed here a couple of times and really enjoys it at all times. Great value for money....

This place supposed to be brand new and everything looks nice from the pictures. Sorry to tell but it aint like that. With our room our toilet was quite mess.. the sink's flush left off many times, shower didnt had warm water and everything just fells apart. We told about this to the "reception" plenty times and everytime we got "yeas we check we check". Well it took 18 days and nobody didnt check it. I think the place is too expensive for what they got to offer.. no pool, no gym, no security, no 24 hour reception and so on. Near by there is plenty of places with "full hospitality" and cheaper than Vipa House. And if you wonder why I didnt went there, they were all booked at my time. Also the cleaning in this place is terrible. We had "daily cleaning" on our booking. It should be called "cleaning when we can". Sometimes the cleaning were behind my door 7-8am morning knocking.. sometimes they came like 4-6pm and sometimes never. And everytime when they cleaned they did it like 10-20%.. change one towel (we had two), dont give toilet paper, dont clean toilet, dont change bedsheet, floor is all covered from sand through many days cause they dont wipe it. Overall.. big mess. For this kind of service and hospitality they got way too high price. Thats all.

I am a frequent traveler to Phuket and I've been staying in a few hotel there before. Vipa house is the newest, unbelievably clean and the best thing is with a super cool air-con and also a fan in the room. Very trendy and modern design with house keeping cleaning the room everyday (which is not guarantee in other hotels within the same area) I stay in Vipa House on July 2017, recently one of my friend is staying there as well. The Vipa House staff help me to put a welcome note for my friend without charging any! They are so helpful and friendly, especially Wee and Sam, thanks a lot! Security is good and they have carpark provided, close to the Chalong Pier and Home Villa Shopping Mall, best place to stay if you're there for your diving holiday. Kay

Stayed here 2 weeks. Staff wonderful and helpful. We stayed with a newborn baby, they changed rolm for us to lower lvl to help us, things like that ensure guests return, we certainly will. Such a nice modern clean site. Washing machine facilities onsite too.
