El personal en recepción fue amabilísimo. La chica georgiana un amor. Nos gustó mucho el silencio en la habitación con ventana al lateral de la basílica del Pi. Sin ningún impedimento para dejar las maletas en recepción el tiempo que necesitamos. Volvería

In generale, non ho nessuna critica. Forse la Coffee Station potrebbe essere un valore aggiunto per un viaggio di lavoro.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa i bardzo ładny hotel. Klimatyzacja w pokojach na plus, dodatkowo na życzenie możliwość posprzątania pokoju, więc fajnie przyjść po całym dniu zwiedzania do czystego i pachnącego pokoju. Kilka kroków do stacji metro Liceu, a wokół hotelu piękne uliczki pełne życia. Można za darmo przechować walizki, co jest wielkim plusem hotelu. Bardzo polecam.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu 4 pełne dni i nie pojawiło się nic co nam się nie podobało. Może ewentualnie kwestia tego, że prysznic nie ma żadnej osłonki i podczas brania kąpieli cała podłoga w łazience jest zalana.

The bathroom was not completely clean, there was some air in the shower when we get in and our room 206 didn’t have small freezer.

The location is excellent, the hotel was quite clean and the staff is super friendly.

L'hotel si trova a pochissimi passi dalla Rambla ed è molto vicino ai mezzi di trasporto, quindi comodissimo per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente le principali zone di Barcellona.

L’aspetto che ci ha deluso maggiormente è stata la gestione della pulizia della camera. Ogni mattina, prima di uscire, lasciavamo regolarmente il cartellino per richiedere la pulizia, prevista dalla nostra prenotazione. Tuttavia, il servizio consisteva praticamente solo nel rifare i letti e, in alcuni giorni, sostituire qualche asciugamano. Non venivano puliti né il pavimento né la zona del lavabo e del bagno. La prima sera abbiamo utilizzato le tazze presenti in camera per il caffè e i bicchieri del bagno: sono rimasti sporchi esattamente nello stesso posto per tutta la durata del soggiorno, senza essere mai sostituiti o puliti. Una sera avevo bisogno di un bicchiere per assumere una medicina e, non potendo utilizzare quelli sporchi lasciati in camera, sono andata in reception a chiederne uno. Mi è stato risposto che non avevano a disposizione alcun bicchiere, né di plastica né di vetro, nonostante avessi spiegato la situazione. In un’altra occasione la camera è stata semplicemente riordinata rifacendo i letti, senza sostituire gli asciugamani e senza lasciare nemmeno la carta igienica. Essendo in tre, siamo dovuti andare personalmente in reception a richiederla e ci è stato consegnato un solo rotolo. Anche la dotazione degli asciugamani era sempre ridotta al minimo indispensabile. Segnalo infine, anche se per noi è stato un aspetto decisamente secondario rispetto alla pulizia, l’atteggiamento piuttosto freddo e poco disponibile di una ragazza alla reception. Nonostante ci rivolgessimo a lei in spagnolo in maniera chiara, spesso rispondeva semplicemente con gesti o con brevi sì/no, senza particolare disponibilità al dialogo. Nel complesso, considerando che si tratta di un hotel e che la pulizia giornaliera della camera era prevista, ci saremmo aspettati sicuramente maggiore attenzione, soprattutto per gli aspetti igienici e per il rifornimento dei servizi essenziali.

The location is perfect, the people at the reception were very kind, they let us leave our luggage in the luggage room for free. There was air conditioning in the room.

It’s very loud. You try to fall asleep and you can hear every step in the hallway.

The hotel is excellent, really central location, clean and modern room and most importantly helpful and attentive staff, gave excellent recommendations for the short stay I had.

Un recepcionista se puso hiperagresivo conmigo subiendo a la puerta de mi habitación a gritarme de muy malas maneras por qué llevaba 10 de retraso, y como si estuviera haciendo algo ilegal en la habitación

La atención del personal y la ubicación.

La habitación muy chiquita, la pileta del lava manos también muy chiquita, terminas mojando todo. No tiene heladerita ni tampoco caja fuerte. La ventana hermetica, no se puede abrir, una persona claustrofobica no puede quedarse ahí. No tienen los servicios de un hotel 3 estrellas.

It was noisy even in the mid night. The explanation says two double beds and sofa bed but there was only one double bed and single bed.

Sehr zuvorkommender Herr an der Rezeption. Hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, Fragen beantwortet, sehr freundlich uns immer begrüßt. Das war auffallend positiv.

Struttura in po' trascurata, porta della doccia rotta e pericolosa, la pulizia un po' carente.

Uitstekende ligging en prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Ontbijtzaakje naast en tegenover het hotel, dus daarin genoeg keuze.

Gehorige kamers door dunne deuren. Er sliep een groep jongeren die van kamer naar kamer op onze verdieping. Op zich niet erg als de deuren voldoende geluidsdicht zouden zijn. Dit was niet het geval.

My Barcelona vacation from August 9th to 14th was spent in this hotel with zero hygiene, unfortunately. It was so disgusting; they brought the same sheets with dirt on them the next day, and the same duvet – meaning it hadn't been washed. We covered our daughter with that disgusting duvet without even seeing it in the room at night. Not taking photos was due to my inexperience. There was no soap in the toilet. If you value hygiene, absolutely do not make this mistake. The towels they brought, claiming they were clean, weren't white at all, they had turned gray. I was truly disgusted, and there are exceptionally clean hotels available for that price. It was a bad experience for us, both staying here and not taking photos.

The room is no luxury. However, it is comfortable and clean. Even though we could hear everything from the outside, we had a great sleep. A/C was super cool, and the curtains cut any light from coming in. We had a long trip coming, our nag was momentarily lost at the airport and when we checked in Manel received us with a great smile and amazing positive attitude. He made our stay at the hotel and Barcelona a great experience. I would definitely come back to May Ramblas Hotel. Oh. Location is perfect!!!

Cleanliness. Dusty and the shower could've been cleaned better. Not a huge issue, is not like it was gross, becuase it was not. Is a matter of preference for me.

Небольшая комната. Негде развесить свои полотенца и купальники после пляжа. Кофе и чай , вода не дополнялись в течение всего времени пребывания. Нас было трое но пододеяльников было всего два. На мои просьбы принести ещё один пододеяльник персонал улыбался, и отвечали что принесут, но я так и не дождалась все три дня(. А укрыться ночью хотелось так как работал кондиционер и дул прямо на постель(

Completamente insatisfecho. Recordaba que este lugar tenía una ubicación fantástica, con vistas a la bulliciosa calle Rambla. En realidad, la calle está en obras, polvorienta y ruidosa. Todos los restaurantes y tiendas son regentados por indios y pakistaníes; me sentí como en otro país.

Las toallas del hotel tenían manchas de pintalabios, y las sábanas tenían pestañas postizas que había dejado el huésped anterior, además de manchas de sangre. Lo juro, no miento.Mi hijo olvidó su muñeca en la habitación del hotel, pero ya nos fuimos. Llamamos al hotel y la primera vez dijeron que no la habían visto. La segunda vez nos dijeron que no volviéramos a llamar y que no contestaban nuestras llamadas a las 3 de la tarde. ¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo presentar una queja o demandar a este hotel? Gracias.

The location was fantastic with lots of points of interest and amenities close by.

The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. In the bathroom there was no hand wash dispenser only a few small sachets I sometimes wash my hands more than there were sachets.

Das Badezimmer in der dusche hat keine schiebe Tür oder Vorhang gegeben. Der Abwasch war halbwegs verstopft und ganze Zeit die Wasserhahn hat getropft . Der Shampoo hat so schlecht gerochen, wir waren zu dritt dort und haben nur zwei Klopapier für drei Tage bekommen und wir haben selber nach gefragt. Wir waren vier Nächte dort unsere Bettwäsche wurde nicht ausgetauscht und keine Decke Überzug gehabt.

Staff were very accommodating and polite, answering our queries and ordering taxi etc. Room was good with plenty of space and some extras ie slippers etc. Tea and coffee available

Bathroom shower cubicle not up to standard. The grouting was dirty and looked like some mould on the shower floor. Window shabby rotting in places. Free taxi from the airport. Felt unsafe as taxi driver was texting whilst stopped and whilst driving. .

It was cheaper than a lot of options and I didn’t get bed bugs. Decent location a little off Las Ramblas, so not very loud. Staff was easy to talk with and nice enough. You can see cathedral and Sagrada Família from the shared patio area on the top floor but there was no where to sit up there.

My neck pillow for flying “disappeared” somehow, and there was mold and hair from previous occupants in the bathroom. Tiny room. Tbh booking.com misrepresents this place. It doesn’t show the star level or review average in a prominent place.

Świetny hol, bardzo uprzejmy i wyrozumiały personel. Pokój trzyosobowy był świetny, wyposażony w klimatyzację. Lokalizacja również bardzo nam się spodobała. Do centrum jest stosunkowo blisko, a zaledwie 5 minut spacerem znajduje się targ

Łazienka mogłaby być nieco lepiej utrzymana pod względem czystości. Warto zwrócić większą uwagę na dokładne sprzątanie miejsc, które wymagają szczególnej higieny. Nie było to jednak nic bardzo poważnego i nie wpłynęło znacząco na nasz pobyt

Нямаше нищо супериорно в тази стая! Безумно висока цена за тези условия! Ужасна баня, мръсна, мухлясала и миризлива! Мрачна и тясна стая с най-базови условия и изкъртено управление на климатика! Огледалото в стаята не е почиствано никога след слагането му, направо зловещо! Мръсни и захабени кърпи и чаршафи! Стара дървена дограма, която не може да спре шума отвън, който е денонощен! Не беше почистена стаята нито веднъж, само смениха кърпите, които не може да определиш дали са прани!

The location and the access to different modes of transportation and sights was really good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no tissue and toilet brush in the room and when we ask for a toilet brush they gave us a used one! Not only you could see it was used you could smell it too!
