Geen mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. Geen enkele optie om überhaupt buiten te zitten. Kamer van > 300 euro, wij kennen vele hotels ook direct aan het meer mét zwembad, voor iedereen, en plek om aan het meer te genieten buiten de gemeentelijke voorzieningen. Prijs kwaliteit is niet ok.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Nos encantó nuestra estancia en La Locanda del Cantiere. El hotel tiene muchísimo encanto y una ubicación preciosa, literalmente a pie del lago, con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno nos pareció increíble, súper completo y cuidado, y el restaurante también merece muchísimo la pena. Además, hay varias opciones muy bonitas cerca para salir a cenar y disfrutar de Laglio sin necesidad de coger el coche. Todo el personal fue encantador, muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, uno de esos sitios a los que volveríamos y que recomendaríamos para disfrutar del Lago di Como con tranquilidad y mucho encanto.

Garage parking is very limited, but it’s not a major issue there are plenty of spaces nearby. The road is quite busy as well - the rooms do however have great noise deadening.

If you don't have a car you just need to allow enough time for buses and have patience with the public transport in general. Just takes some getting use to, but overall not too bad. I recommend using the C125 bus!!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Lage direkt am See, trotzdem ruhig! Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist gut und das Personal sehr bemüht Und kompetent. Des Frühstück direkt am See war ebenfalls gut, der Kaffee sehr gut. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Hotel eigenen Garage und konnten unser hybrid Fahrzeug laden.
Der See war durch die ständig vorbeifahrenden Motorboote sehr unruhig und hat sich nicht so zum Baden geeignet. Der Hoteleigene Einstieg besteht aus einer senkrechten Leiter. Es ist sehr schwer, mit dieser Leiter ins Wasser zu kommen und tatsächlich noch etwas schwerer, wieder herauszukommen. Das eignet sich tatsächlich besser für junge, sportliche Menschen.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Alles war perfekt! Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Parkplätze in der Garage waren sehr praktisch. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Die einzige kleine Kritik ist, dass die Beleuchtung im Zimmer etwas heller sein könnte. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das ist Motzen auf hohem Niveau.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Schone modern kamer. Zelfs de basiskamer was al heel mooi. Wij betaalden 146 incl ontbijt maar had t idee dat het normaal duurder is. Je kunt heel mooi langs het meer lopen door een prachtige wijk. In het stadje op 10 min wandelen heb je een super gezellige barretje met wat tapasachtige gerechten. Kunnen je prima van avondeten. Auto parkeren in overdekte parking was gratis. Wel smal.

Reviewed May 14, 2026We had a lovely overnight stay at La Locanda del Cantiere in Laglio. The view of Lake Como from our room was absolutely picturesque and made the stay feel very special. The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Both the bed and the pull-out sofa bed were surprisingly comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from and everything we tried was delicious. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was top notch — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. As we were only stopping through for one night, the location wasn’t especially important to us. There isn’t a huge amount nearby, but walking along the quiet streets beside the lake was beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay with stunning views, excellent food, and comfortable accommodation.

Sauna Bereich winzig Klein kostet nur nach VORANMELDUNG 40 EURO FÜR 1 STD. Das geht überhaupt nicht nicht!!!! Bei dem hohen Preis ohnehin. Es ein aussen Pool und Liegewiese im Prospekt zum sehen! Der gehört aber nur zu einem Zimmer! Im TV gibt es keinen einzigen deutschen Sender. Somit tv wertlos. Frühstück ist gut aber,, sehr einfach,, keinen frischen Saft. Alles in allem okay aber viel zu teuer!!!

Reviewed May 6, 2026Die Aussicht auf den See war sehr schön. Spazieren konnten wir nur der Strasse entlang, das war nicht so entspannend, da immer Autos, Velos oder Mofas vorbei fuhren. Die Bäume mit den Andenktafeln für gefallene Soldaten aus der Ortschaft haben uns berührt. Wir wollten aber auch nicht mehr gross etwas erleben, wir waren müde. Im Restaurant haben wir ein super feines Safranrisotto gegessen. Die Nacht war ruhig und in diesem grossen, tollen Zimmer sehr entspannt. Die Zimmer lagen (wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten) gleich neben einander. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man eine erholsame Nacht braucht und dann weiter reist, so wie wir. Oder man plant Tagesausflüge oder Ausflüge auf dem See mit dem Schiff. Das Frühstück in dem schmucken Restaurant, gleich neben dem Haus mit den Zimmern, fand ich einfach wunderbar und sehr schön aufgestellt und präsentiert. Das Auto konnten wir in der Garage parkieren, die in der Nacht geschlossen war. Und am anderen Tag waren wir in einer Minute wieder auf der Hauptstrasse Richtung Como.
Der Lift in den Ersten Stock hat extrem lange (man denkt wirklich, jetzt steckt er fest) warum ist mir ein Rätsel. Aber die kurze Treppe schafften wir dann auch mit den Koffern.

It`s impossible to open the window. 2. The photos show a pool, but it's not available in any room except the penthouse. This wasn't mentioned anywhere upfront. 3. Parking spaces are extremely narrow. I wish, the pillows would be normal, not this New, modern material, you cannot adapt to your neck and Head. It was a problem for Both of us.

Wir hatten im Zimmer 9 ein wiederkehrendes Problem mit dem WLAN, das mehrfach ausgefallen ist. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet – in der Hoffnung, dass der Fehler für zukünftige Gäste behoben wird. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir von ca. 20 Uhr bis am nächsten Tag um 11 Uhr keinerlei Internetverbindung. Da die TV‑Programme über das WLAN laufen, war in dieser Zeit auch kein Fernsehempfang möglich. Das Restaurant ist für Schweizer Verhältnisse zudem eher hochpreisig.“
