Reviewed Feb 17, 2025Awful experience. The room Wifi was not working. The bathroom had only one towel and no toilet paper upon entry. The room smelled of cigarettes. I left the hotel after 15 minutes and asked for a refund. Hotel management did not approve it.

Reviewed May 28, 2022Food was very good. Wifi was inconsistent, and not dependable. Bathroom lighting was sub-optimal, and water drainage was a problem. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Operating TV remote needs special expertise. Help was not prompt, when requested. Limited staff were trying to work hard. They were courteous.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2020I enjoyed my stay very much. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was not able to use the wifi because it was not secure, but I had a friend with a hot spot...so it worked out ok. The only thing I had a bit of a problem with was the burning of incense since I have asthma issues with smoke. But I just left the area and it was ok.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2020Hotel Aira located in the business center of Benz Circle, Vijayawada is strategically located. The hotel room is spacious and clean to live in. Food in the Avista restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent. The daily room service also exceeded my expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay at Hoel Aira.
