Novotel Vijayawada Varun Hotel

Staff are polite but do not listen to customer needs. I booked 3 rooms and ended up not making my guests happy even after I told staff exact details of customer service I need.. Hotel is afraid of customers ripping them off..

Checkin and room service could be improved. Very crowded at most times in lobby and restaurants.

This is a better property compared to a few other properties in the area. Their menu is exhobitantly priced - in fact, they are at par with a lot better hotels in India.

Food place to stay

Great property. Super friendly staff.

No bathtub , no city overview like mentioned Food is not good

After my stay in 2023 I said that I would never stay at this hotel again. But I decided to give it another try. In 2023 the only thing great was the manager and staff in the restaurant. That year the rest of the staff acted like I didn’t exist. Unfriendly didn’t even start to describe the staff in the rest of the hotel. However this year it was an entirely different story. From the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out, the staff actually acted concerned about me. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when I went to take a shower after a four hour ride only to find the hottest you could get the water was not even Luke warm. I asked the individual that was traveling with me if he had any hot water in his room and he said no. He said it wasn’t even warm.

The property was good, decent ambiance and the staff was attentive. But the room and amenities were not to standard. The coffee pot had water from the previous guest and the blankets had stains on them. For being an expensive hotel in the area, the room was not on point.

This is the best hotel in vijayawada.

Everything was really good, except the pool was not available.

Awesome stay

Everything excellent

Great place to stay & amazing breakfast buffet

we ordered egg fried rice and the bill raised for chicken fried rice, we need to look at bill when we are paying.

Facility is good. By mistake did a buplicate booking During my stay staff were nice and I was told that the charges for the second booking will be refunded. After my check out their tone changed and refused the refund for the duplicate booking. Everything else is good but no morals in doing business.

Stay was excellent

Looks good

It was clean

We would not come back stay at Novotel, because it smells bad: sewage leak… after 2 days our clothes smell terrible!

Good

It was a nice place to stay

The check in and check out process is terrible

Enjoyed staying in Novotel Vijayawada. Excellent Services by all tem there. Wish them all the best

Service incredibly slow and unhelpful

staff not helpful

It was a disappointing experience and the rooms were small and uncomfortable. The bedding and towels had lipstick marks on them and it was disgusting. The staff should be more vocal and communicate properly. Not worth the $ you spend. The extra bedding charge is more than the cost of the room itself. The management of Varun Novotel should look into this and contact me if you want to learn more about your stupid operations.

overall, enjoyed my stay at Novotel

Check in took lot of time with only one or two front desk staff

Good food, bad customer service

I like that the hotel is cognizant about the allergens and the staff is able to find out from the chef about any ingredients when we ask about them. Hotel is generally clean and the staff respond to house keeping or guest services. There were a few issues with the room for us, but they were taken care off. The spa services prices are reasonable, they have an amazing view on the terrace, with an infinity pool. I liked the walkpath around the hotel building on the terrace, but the exhaust coming out of the hotel put me off, as they blow directly on the walkers.

Like -,Spacious, friendly Didn’t like- lobby smells of food - price is high - prefer to have partial day check in and check out

Staff needs improve in concierge services. Otherwise it was ok. I had to call few times to have my laundry picked up in the morning. Room was spacious and clean.

Excellent staff and very hygienic

Excellent property. Terreance Swimming pool & walking track are too good

One should be careful when booking for a family. The hotel does not provide any extra bed without additional cost though they take reservation with kids without mentioning extra bed charges and charge at the hotel.

My room is on 5th floor and the elevator doesn’t work.

Neatness and housekeeping is compromised since my last visit. Food taste need to be improvised a lot.

Great Place to stay!!

Excellent

highly overpriced

Prooerty is good but service is disappointing. Not at all expected from Novotel.

There were stains on the sofa and the bed sheets were not clean.

Recommend to stay here

Best hotel in Vijayawada

It's convenient for my shopping

Amazing .. I would just have one suggestion .. please cut down time on check in process .. otherwise rest it is fantastic

staff was just really good and very professional

Good staff,pleasant stay

The hotel staff tried to argue that the breakfast was not included with the reservation, had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Other than that frustrating issue, overall a pleasant experience.

Had a really pleasant stay at Novotel Tarun Vijayawada. The staff were really friendly and quick to respond. The head chef Vinay is a willing and creative chef. Have ordered a quinoa pulav, as a special meal. It was made delightfully delicious. Great attention to detail. Chefs Sai and Purendra have fantastic ability to produce great food. The infinity swimming pool is a big plus. Highly recommended place

Sadly very disappointing. Dirty toilet cover and hair all over when entered,Had to ask twice for this to be sorted, total lack of caring when reported that I was unhappy.

Location is good.Property is neatly maintained. Only concern is with the service as staff took significant amount of time when we ask anything.

The Studio room was more comfy and big in size. This is the 3rd time staying in the same studio room and happy as always.

The best accommodation as usual. Very mm uch comfortable and classy. Adhered to the safety rules.
