I came all the way from the us and stayed here during my time in Tel Aviv, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! the receptionist's are the best! The service is great! the the place is clean, there are always clean towels, free coffee, there's a jacuzzi on the rooftop and a rooftop hangout area, the place is clean and I can honestly say I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else! Thank you for my making my stay so amazing!

9 for location, 4 for the accommodation. Our double room was very small, with almost no space to place our luggage. It was also quite dirty, with a lot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed. The door to our tiny balcony was broken and wouldn’t close. Although someone came to clean the room after I complained, it was not what I expected to find. The online photos of the property are far from reality.

Basic and good hotel with everything you need. Close to the beach. Don’t expect to have any luxury. Not the hotel that’s shown on the photo.

For some reason airport security didn't allow me to come to Israel and I was compelled to cancel my trip and to cancel my booking in the hotel. After my appeal via email and Whats Up messenger nobody responded to me about refund from this hotel.I called them but a guy from reception told me not to call but to drop a message.I did that but nobody cares about anything there. I'm very upset about this situation that my money just gone for nothing and I even hadn't spent a single day there. There is an advice from me as a victim-customer : NEVER BOOK a Dream Beach hotel,because when it comes to a refund-THEY WILL IGNORE YOU!!! What a shame!

Staff were very helpful and location is excellent. Room had basics needed if with light luggage (there is limited storage space). Early check in was enabled, and hotel reached out to facilitate. However, there was a strange smell in the room - this was fixed the next day, but apparently this smell is not abnormal for a ground floor room due to the plumbing systems. Room is also a bit worn. There is not 24/7 reception as advertised - however, there is an emergency number to call in the night if any issues. The pool does not look great to swim in, I didn’t see anyone go in there, however since the beach is so close it is not an issue and people do use the rooftop for sunbathing.

Really gross, very dirty place, super noisy, couldn't recommend lowly enough. Customer service was incredibly limited and dealing with the owner was made impossible by them being in Miami and only sending unhelpful prompts via whatsapp intermittently

Price was good but hotel very shabby. room was very small and doors to bathroom and shower open only half way. Good thing I lost weight so I could sneak through. I only needed a place to sleep but would not stayed if I was accompanied by my wife. Description overstates what you get.

People: Art (front desk) and Siberian house keeper were nice and helpful. However carpet badly needs replacing.

.Hi everyone, usually I don't write bad reviews but this time was beyond the normality. Lets start with the fact that there is no lift, there is hardly any light in the hall and in the rooms. there are big spots of God knows what on the sheets. The toilet is inside the room, divided by a glass door which you can see through. The floor is filthy and there is no closet in the room. there is one broken night table only on one side. Noise until 3:30 in the morning by slamming doors. The second and the last night in this horrible place we saw some prostitutes coming to "visit" there clientspimps who were at the entrance of the hotel. On top of it there is no pool, there is no spa!! the spa place is 4 buildings away and there is no car park!! When we wanted to check out the soon as we could 06:30 am there was nobody in the reception they just "closed" and went home, we had to call the guard who told us where to live the keys. SURREALISTIC place but it does exist!! So be aware ,be careful and run away!!!

Rooms are extra worn out. Duble rooms are incredibile small and junior suite is, in fact, a small double. Personnel is very very nice and tries to compensate.

Best location, bathroom could be better

First and foremost, the property is misrepresented in the Expedia Ad. The photo in the advertising depicting the white Hotel (Dan) on the beach is NOT this Hotel. This Hotel sits behind the Dan hotel on an arterial route. The hotel is not clearly labelled when traversing on the street; the only way to identify the hotel is by the street number on the side of the building. The hotel is family owned and operated (what you would expect from a mom and pop shop). The room was relatively clean but very dated. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls, the flooring was very badly damaged and the AC did not work as intended (ran without adjusting to the thermostat). Therefore staying in the room was very uncomfortable as it was either too hot or too cold. Both the room and the bathroom are very dark and dungeon-like with minimal lighting and small spaces. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, but the other staff weren't very personable.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. After booking well in advance for our honeymoon, we arrived only to find that our reservation had been canceled without any prior notification. We spent two hours at the reception, hoping for a solution, but instead, we were met with hostility and even had police called on us. It was our wedding day, and we were left stranded in Tel Aviv at midnight, desperately searching for another room. This was an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons. I would strongly advise against booking here—especially for special occasions. Customer service was nonexistent, and the lack of communication was unacceptable.

When we arrived, we were given keys to a room that was not cleaned yet. we were giving a second room, which I actually started to cry. It was dark as can be not clean at all to top it off the wall had a hole in it. We were given a third choice which was better and we decided to stay. It was on the third floor, and unfortunately, there was no elevator. The noise from the street and the noise within the hallways kept us up to very very late night, almost till morning. The cleaning crew also did not show up. I had to ask for towels, which I did receive. I actually was very happy to leave this hotel and I don’t really think I will return. But I do have to mention that the front desk was very helpful with the problem we had with the TV more than once and they try to be very accommodating, and they were the nicest thing about this place…

I love the people that own the place. They’re so friendly and welcoming. I had a fabulous time. Things could be updated like the shower. Overall very happy with my stay and will stay again

The hotel is very very bad & very very dirty , rooms are super small , no clothing rack, room smell bad !! air was noisy, rooftop furniture old , bikes are old and rust etc etc staff try to hide my booking from my travel agency so they don't pay commission fee .... only thing is good is the location

It's was ok for 1 night, the location is fantastic and the price is pretty cheap. But you should note that the condition and the cleanliness of the rooms is bad.

The Hotel is in the heart of Tel Aviv and is in a very good location. I booked the suit with the Jacuzzi on photo the room looks different. so be carful when you see some images. the hotel do not have lift and 3 floors with the luggage's needs to get them up in your hands. but overall for 2 nights was good.

Nice rooftop. Rooms could be cleaner!

Floor caused tripping. Wasn’t shown how to work the coffee machine and the employee didn’t know how. No extra blanket available. Shower doors couldn’t close. Door to Spa off room difficult to open and only opened partially. Night employee was very nice and told us where to park.

This is on a side street in Yarkon street with a cool vibe on the next street. A very modern, stylish and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling. Bed was v comfortable.

The room was top quality. You can tell there was a lot of effort designing the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and easy online. In the room we had an espresso machine. There is a small shared kitchen with a kettle, coffee and tea and also cookies which was a nice morning snack. Location is amazing!!! In the middle of Neve Tzedek very walkable and easy. Overall we enjoyed a lot!

Amazing place and location great vacation thanks

My husband and I have allergies and the smell of mold was unbearable. It was horrible and we had to leave, we didn't stay in this terrible place. We want our money to come back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean with a lamp, plug and 2 usbs per person and we had a full length mirror which is really rare in most hostels! Hand soap, shampoo and towels were provided also in our private room and we were given fresh towels every couple of days. The roof terrace was a favourite for us. We spent a lot of time up there in the evenings after long days out exploring. It has fabulous views. Whilst this place was probably a 5 minute walk from the beach and places near center, on exploring we found it was close to things such as the TLV Mall and Sarona food market (which we loved!) The staff were really friendly and helpful

First the details said balcony and laundry facilities. We wanted both and got neither. They make sure to state that your price is non-refundable. So after booking four day stay and getting there to find out we were in a dark, basement like room with dirty towels and a bad smell, we decided to move to a different hotel. I was fine paying for 2 nights but thought they should refund the other two. They didn't even respond to multiple emails after the desk person told us we should email the request. The pictures are really not what you get. I don't know how this hotel gets such high marks. It is cheap but you don't even get your monies worth.

Arthur was welcoming, available and helpful throughout. The room was clean, very comfortable and great value for money. The location was so good-5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the market, a really vibrant part of town.

The room was wonderfully spacious and perfectly clean and tidy, it was quiet and located on a nice quiet street, the other guests I met were very nice and Arthur the caretaker/manager was a very nice and helpful person.

Everything was amazing! The check-in by Alexander, I think, was excellent. He gave us one of our rooms just after 11am, for which I am eternally grateful! The beds were so comfortable, excellent bathroom facilities. Great location, everywhere is within easy reach. The staff were all truly wonderful. I was very impressed. can’t wait to stay here again.

Rooms are amazing, especially the shower. Bar is fun and lively. Restaurant is exceptional. As often is the case, the staff are the best and focused on their guests.

A really cosy accommodation in an excellent area, close to many restaurants and bars, but still in a quiet location. The accommodation is well organised, the hosts are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but very clean and we had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was in a nearby nice and pleasant café. For us this was a perfect choice.

The hotel is nicely located and has all the amenities. We were also upgraded to a suite which was a nice touch and we had a really nice room.

Good location (close to beach but also next to busy road and an Irish pub). Building is run down. Beware false advert on hotels.com - the “suite” is not a suite, it is a windowless room (literally, no windows), just a door leading to an outside area, which is definitely not a balcony. Also, there are no free bikes. My main complaint is really the false advertising by hotels.com

A bad dream / nightmare. Avoid at all costs. The location is good, everything else is bad. I booked via hotels.com where reviews are mostly positive. These positive reviews,like the photos and room description, must be fake. I booked a "suite" which in fact a windowless bedroom with tiny bathroom. The floor boards seem lose, there's no wardrobe, and the balcony is not a balcony. The pool is tiny and by the main road. The rooftop Jacuzi was full of dirty grey water. It's without doubt one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I have submitted a formal complaint to hotels.com regarding the false advertising. AVOID!

Excellent, pleasant place to stay!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities. It has a superb location where you can walk everywhere including the Jaffa area. It is a great place to stay if you are not looking a party vibe of the hostels, as the place attracts more mature guests.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights because the reviews and rating was nice (in Booking). When we arrived, everything was extremely unpleasant. Horrible smell, dirty bedsheets, nobody spoke English... We left in 15 minutes to airbnb, so please be careful with this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Artur. We arrived late at night, but had to return to the airport to get my sister-in-law arriving from Brazil at 4 am. Artur made arrangements for a cab for us with a great smile. The hotel is a boutique style, very unique. The breakfast is a voucher to a local restaurant with no expiration time for the day, so you may sleep as long you wish. And the breakfast was simply fantastic, so much food we couldn’t finish all. Since we arrived early in the morning, we slept all morning waking up just at checkout time. They were very happy to accommodate us for our lateness shortly after checkout time. Wonderful place.

Location is great by the beach sea, stores, restaurants, bus stations. Room has great desing. Breakfast is wonderful, best breakfast I ever had, plenty non meat options, good coffee. Friendly staff, you get a welcome cocktail from the bar.

DO NOT STAY HERE NO ALOJARSE AQUÍ NE PAS RESTER ICI Las opiniones que hay en el histórico para este hotel con un 10 de 10 son falsas, no es un hotel de 300 dólares la noche que se rebaja a la mitad (siempre), no es una boutique ni un spa. Las fotos que podáis ver llevan a una confusión total. Recomiendo ver la película Barton Fink, de los hermanos Cohen, para hacerse una idea del esperpento en el que uno puede hospedarse. Vale, el area es muy buena, al lado de la playa y de servicios, el personal de la recepción te trata bien al llegar, faltaría más vista la estafa del lugar, pero el resto no hay por dónde cogerlo. La habitación es minúscula, a la ducha del baño cuesta entrar sin ponerse de lado(suerte que tu piel no roce los azulejos), la cama es un colchón viejo sobre una especie de sofá-cama, los cojines no han hecho el esfuerzo ni de gastarse 3 euros en el Ikea, la cabeza se te hunde.....las sábanas tengo dudas de que estuvieran limpias, las paredes están forradas con un papel gris que está medio levantado, horrible. Y vuelvo al baño, es sin duda lo peor de la habitación, cuando entramos el suelo del pie de ducha estaba lleno de arena de playa, y desprende un olor continuo a humedad que es nauseabundo. Llegamos un viernes por la tarde para una sola noche y no nos quedó otra que quedarnos, al haber empezado ya el parón del Sabbath. Básicamente intentamos no pasar más tiempo del necesario para dormir. SE DEBE REVISAR LA NOTA DE ESTE HOTEL EN LA WEB, ES FAKE

Stay Clear! horrible service, the worst experience i ever had with a hotel! everywhere in the world... The manager yelled at us for not paying Tax after the ad stated that taxes and fees were included, then kicked us out and left us stranded! find a better option!
