I stayed in this hotel for one night in September 15,2026 and the behavior of the middle aged women is so cold and arrogant ,, she should treat costumer more politely.everything is good except the staff behavior 😟😟

Nice variety at breakfast. We had two rooms and staff was able to put us near one another. Double was roomier than I expected. Coffee and water available any time.

外装工事中で周りの景色が、見れなかったのが 残念たでした。

廊下の話し声や音がうるさかった。枕の感じが良くない選択できればありがたい。いろいろな音や声がきになって、よく眠られなかった。

駅から遠くなく、レンタカーからも近く良かったです。 また、チェックアウトが午前10時で、ゆっくり出来ました。

改装工事中で、外観が見つけ辛いかった。

＊お部屋の匂いがあまり良くなかった ＊正確12階の部屋でしたのに眺める窓がなかった。お部屋の窓からは隣り壁、そうして廊下の窓には立ち入り禁止のお知らせ紙が貼ってありました。

駅から遠いわけではありませんが、それなりの雨が降ると松本駅に着くころにはびっしょりになります。 スリッパとパジャマに関する案内が、チェックイン時にあると良いなと思います。 朝食のオープン時に限ってのことだと思いますが、ビュッフェの料理の列に並ぶ前に席を確保する人がいて、料理の列に先に並んだ人が料理を手に持ったまま席が空くのを待たざるを得ない状況が生じていました。 コントロールが必要だと思いました。

コスパが良かった

感激もない代わりに 失望もない、良く言えば プライスに見合った 全てに於いて 平均点のホテルと言うのが、率直な感想。

恐らく 殆どの宿泊客が感じられた事と思いますが、朝食のラインナップが余りに寂しかった点に尽きますかねぇ。 むしろ 有料にして、内容の充実を図ったほうが良いように思います。 因みに 何年か前利用した 東横 INN 一関 の朝食は、今回と同じく 無料サービスでありましたが、遥かに充実しておりましたよ。

Lit en pierre, jamais eu aussi mal au dos de ma vie à cause d'un lit ... Douche reliée au lavabo donc si qqn se douche, l'autre ne pas se laver les dents, c'est n'importe quoi... Le personnel qui n'aide ABSOLUMENT PAS... Smocking area demandé (juste non pas de smocking area et point barre, un minimum d'aide aurait été apprécié), pour le Check in on a dû se débrouiller seules (il était 15h hein) alors qu'il y avait 3 personnes à l'accueil mais personne ne souhaitait vraiment nous aider malgré nos demandes... J'ai des médicaments important à mettre au frais impérativement et j'ai dû insister énormément pour qu'ils les prennent le temps que notre chambre soit prête... AUCUN SERVICE ... C'est désolant... Heureusement que nous y restions que pour une nuit... Je fais rarement de mauvais rapports et souvent il m'en faut beaucoup mais là j'ai réellement été déçu pour un 3 étoiles... À croire qu'ils ne veulent pas forcément les garder..

ロケーション　繁華街、松本城に近く、便利 駐車料金は、翌日10時までではなく、14時までであるとなお良いと思う

自動チェックインであるためか、スタッフが会話を避けているように感じた また、部屋に忘れ物をしてチェックアウトしてしまったが、電話しても繋がらず、15分後にロビーに着いたら、ちゃんとスタッフがカウンター奥に控えていた

フロントスタッフの迅速な対応がありがたかったです。

Excellent location. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is under construction. The exterior of the hotel is completely covered. We stayed there for 3 nights without getting any sunlight into the room. Rooms are tiny which is typical based on Japanese standards. We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. Only one towel was provided in each room. I asked for 2 additional towels for the children and was told that I had to pay for an additional towel because I booked 2 single-occupancy rooms. I’ve never heard of anything like this before from hotel staff.

ベッドが硬すぎた。

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We accidentally booked a smoking room and, of course, we acknowledge that this was our mistake. However, we were extremely surprised by the condition of the room. The cigarette smell was not simply that of a room where smoking is permitted, it was extremely strong, deeply ingrained and present throughout the entire room. The smell was so overwhelming that it gave me a headache and made it genuinely difficult to imagine sleeping there. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked. We then asked if anything could be done to properly deodorise or deep-clean the room, but unfortunately no satisfactory solution was offered. The reception service was also very disappointing. The staff were not tourist-friendly at all. Whenever we needed help, we were simply directed towards a machine, with no assistance, guidance or real willingness to help, and very little friendliness or even a smile. We also asked for help booking a Japanese restaurant because we had to call to make the reservation. We do not have a Japanese phone plan and we do not speak Japanese, so we asked the reception for assistance. The response was simply: “Sorry, I can’t.” Fortunately, the only male receptionist we spoke to was kind enough to actually help us and take the time to assist with the reservation. We really appreciated his help, but unfortunately his attitude was completely different from the rest of the staff. The bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made the stay even less pleasant. Finally, the breakfast was very unappealing and honestly did not make us want to eat there. We completely understand that the smoking-room booking was our own mistake. However, this does not excuse the lack of friendliness, assistance and hospitality, nor the lack of any real effort to address such an overwhelming cigarette smell.

登山の前泊及び終了後宿泊便利

東横インとネットで検索したら別のサイトから予約になり。東横インの自動チェクインができなかった。 金額も高くなっていた。

松本駅から近く、近くにコンビニや居酒屋もあり、ここを選んでよかったと思います。登山の前泊に使いましたが、扇沢駅までも1時間ほどでした。また行くことがあれば、利用しようと思います。

出入り口が2箇所あり、少しわかりにくかったことぐらいかな。

Le lit était dur et très inconfortable. J’aurais aimé être prévenu qu’il y avait des travaux avant mon arrivée au lieu d’être prise au dépourvu, et la chambre donnait….sur un mur…

バスルームのミラーの拭きが甘い！窓の外がすぐ隣のビル！！

チェックイン、チェックアウトがシンプルなのでスムーズでした 大型バイクの駐車場（5台ほど）もあり、屋根付きでしたので良かったです 松本駅まで徒歩10分かからない、松本城へは徒歩10分ちょっとと立地は良いと思います

泊まった部屋の窓からの眺めは隣の建物でしたので部屋によっては景観は期待しない方が良いと思います。個人的には問題無しです ベッドは硬めでした。個人的には硬めが好きなので問題無しです。 コンセントが便利なところにあまり無かったかなと。

禁煙室が取れず喫煙室だったのですが そんなには気にならなかったです 駅に近く、松本城にも近いという 良い立地でした

良くも悪くも朝食場所が狭すぎる その為お弁当にして部屋でという案は ゆっくりできて良かったです が、一度部屋に戻っているので バイキングなのにおかわりは めんどくさくて出来ないですねー

市内の観光地に歩いていける距離で，とても便利でした。

ホテルの会員になっていたのですが，ホテルの予約が公式サイトからのものではないということで，３泊したのにも拘らずポイントもつかず5%の割引もなかったので本当にガッカリしました。 会員になった際に説明して頂きたかったです。 また，部屋は綺麗だったのですが，窓からは隣接したビルの壁しか見えない暗い部屋だったのがとても残念でした。

朝食が無料ながら充実していました。 また座席数が少ないこともあり、部屋に持ち帰って食べることができゆっくり食べることができました。 湯船も思ったより小さくなく良かったとおもいます。

朝自販機の500mlのお茶が全て売り切れていたこと。

松本駅に近く利便性が高い

こちらのミスもあったのですが間違って喫煙を選んでしまいました。禁煙に変更をお願いしましたがネット予約の為応じてもらえませんでした。もう少し融通を利かせても良いのではと思います。

古いがコストパフォーマンスは良い。 過去に有名芸能人が宿泊している。 部屋は広い。

立地！ 駅からも近く 観光もしやすく とてもよかったです。

駅に近いが今回は関係なかった。

AACRに出るために輪行で利用。松本駅から徒歩数分。しかし完成車で部屋に入ることはできないため、毎度袋に入れなければならず、その点は不便だった。駅に近いよりも完成車でへ部屋に入ることができるホテルの方が便利。

Centrally located. Typical Japanese small hotel room - all available, but no extra space. Extra tip about Matsumoto area. Take a local train to Shiojiri, one can walk (25 min) or take local bus (every hour, 100 yen, can use IC-card or cash) to wineries for wine tasting
