The hotel location is very convenient if you travel via rail or aircraft. The Kagoshima-Chuo is a minute walk and bus for airport two. The hotel offers mostly the Japanese style breakfast which is oishi!!!

清潔、スタッフが素晴らしい

施設側の問題では無い可能性が高いが、部屋に3センチくらいのゴキブリが出たので、退治し報告した。宿泊客や納品物からの侵入ではないかと思われる。とても清潔なホテルで部屋も清潔だったので、ホテルへの不信感には繋がらなかった。

I love all the Toyoko Inn hotels I've stayed at in Japan. They never disappoint me. Good rooms, good service, good and healthy breakfast, always close to a JR station. This one was exactly as expected!

駅から近くお手頃という条件で選びました。期待以上に便利が良く迷わず到着できました。最近海外からの観光客で旅行中ストレスを感じることが多いですが、スタッフさんの素敵な笑顔の対応でストレスを忘れてしまいました。

窓を開けるとほかの客室の窓と向かい合わせになりびっくりしました。景色を期待していたわけではないので、カーテンを閉めて快適に過ごしました。

Location was good. With easy walking more to many restaurants and by station. The included was adequate.

The room was very small and difficult to open two large suitcases. There was one stand but one of use had to put our dirty suitcase on the clean white bedspread

飛行機便の都合で、遅いチェックインになりましたが、中央駅近くでコンビニもあり便利。スタッフも笑顔でスムーズに手続きをしてくださり、気持ちよかったです。 朝食は無料、ウェルカムドリンクもあり、お得感大です。

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for Chuo Eki railway station. Breakfast was good.

空港バス乗継が至便

Le personnel est attentif et même sans parler la même langue nous avons toujours pu nous comprendre (tablette ou téléphone pour traduire, mimes… le tout avec le sourire). Bonne literie, bons équipements des Toyoko Inn. Emplacement parfait: à deux pas de la gare shinkansen et d un arrêt de tram qui permet de rejoindre Tenmonkan, quartier plus animé. Et l arrêt pour le car qui mène à l aéroport est à 5 minutes à pied.

La fenêtre donnait sur le mur de l immeuble d à côté. Avantage: on n est pas réveillé par le soleil levant. Personnellement, j étais peu à la chambre donc cela ne m a pas gênée.

良くなかったということではないですが、ドイツなら果物がちょっと豊富かな・・・・。 あと、足腰が弱い人にとっては、使いやすい部屋があるのかあ・・・と思いました。 以前、鹿児島市に住んでいた者にとっては、ビルが林立した町となり、桜島の眺望を楽しみにくくなったのが残念でした。

The property is located on the other side of Kagoshima, further beyond Tenmon if you come from the port. I chose it for his vicinity to the bus terminal and the airport destination, and overall the facility was very nice, well managed, the staff were very kind (and working hard, one girl and one guy that did the whole round and were there also the next morning, possibly due to Golden Week shifts), smiling and welcoming, it was very nice to chat with them, and I appreciated their patience in listening to me and even helping me with airport times (the girl provided me directly the sheet so I could organize). I didn’t manage to have breakfast because I would’ve missed my airplane, but they were starting to prepare very early in the morning and I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it. On the plus side the bus terminal and train stations are right at walking distance, and you can explore a lovely side of Kagoshima which isn’t as busy as Tenmon but still lively. I also genuinely liked the magazine that was on top of the bed, above the power strip, full of nice things to read and learn Japanese.

I think there was a problem with the bathroom here too, and I think it’s because of the pattern of sink and shower switch combo, which I had also in another stay in Okinawa, but I might be mixing it up as I don’t remember it giving too many problems, just being mildly annoying. The mini table that contains the power strip is genuinely small, either you put the power strip there but have no place to put your electronics, or you put the power strip on the floor but need long charging cables. You can also use the power strip on the table, though that’s quite a mix of electricity sources that I didn’t want to experiment with. Beyond that really no other problem, and I appreciated the staff kindness and friendliness, I admire how long and seemingly continuously they worked to greet everyone and assist.

フロントスタッフ 指導係の女性が研修中の新人に私を担当させたが 手際の良くないこと等は辛抱する。 しかし研修中の新人が担当させて頂きますと先ずは断りを入れるべき。断る権利もあったはず。15時少し前だったため、少し待つように言われた。声をかけますと言われたので15分待っていた。忘れられていた。できないサービスを約束するなと言いたい。時間になったら再度来てくださいで十分。研修中の若い女性スタッフを応援のつもりで勧められた有料の会員カードも作ったがここには行きたくない。
