ホテルのロケーションが良かった。バスセンターに直結しており、鹿児島中央駅から地下通路で徒歩3分で連結しています。

Honestly, the only good thing about this hotel was its location.

One member of staff (who, like me, was foreign) was extremely rude. I tried to check in about 10 minutes early (which is usually not an issue in secondary cities like Kagoshima) and he strongly admonished me. And yet he allowed both of the Japanese men in line to complete an early check-in without issue.

Location was perfect, super close to the station. The building is also connected to the bus station so it's really convenient if you have to move to the airport or other cities in Kyushu. The staff was friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was superb.

今回初めて泊まったお部屋のシャワーの水圧が驚くほど弱くてとてもガッカリしました。シャワーヘッドが重いのに水圧弱いなんて最悪でした これからも利用したいので改善してほしいです。

トイレとお風呂別れていたのがよかったです セキュリティもよかったです。

移動に便利な立地が最高でした。 次行く機会あったらリピート間違いなしです。

가고시마역 바로 앞 지하로 연결되어 편합니다. 숙소 지하에는 야타이 가게들이 모여있어 먹고 싶은 것을 편하게 고를 수 있습니다. 사쿠라지마 전망 객실 선택시 방에서 사쿠라지마가 잘 보입니다.

Location great, moderm hotel.

Shower head was poor and carpet was dirty although could have been due to the volcanic ash.

勘違いでダブルブッキングをしてしまったのですが適切に処理をしてくださり、とても助かりました。ホテルは立地も良く綺麗です。シティビューも桜島側も宿泊した事がありますがどちらも良いです。いつも空港前泊に利用させて頂いています。

Nous avons pris la chambre avec vue sur le volcan. C’est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était très complet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

朝食が少し寂しい感じでした。

高速バスがホテルの下まで来るので暑い時に助かります。 鹿児島中央駅もアミュも地下で繋がっているため便利。

環境のためと言うことでいつもサービスしていただいていたお水(ペットボトル)がなくなっていること。 (各階にウォーターサーバーと各部屋にピッチャーが置いてあるので汲みに行けば問題は無い マイボトル派の人にはめっちゃ量入れられて良いかもですね。 お出迎えの方法がおそらく、セルフに振ったせいでとりあえず案内すればいいというスタンスの方が出迎えにいらっしゃった。アパホテルとかの方が良い感じでした。 元々の雰囲気なのかもですが、もう少し客との間を持ちましょう。

View of Sakurajima was fantastic . The bath / shower area was the best ever and I want to redesign my own to be similar. Location was fantastic. The tv had a live feed for the washers & dryers…awesome!!!

My tv came on automatically at 6:35 each morning and no one could figure out how to fix it. Not that I each a lot of tv when traveling but this set up was terrible so the iPad it was for diversion. Breakfast was really good but I’ve regularly had even better while in Japan.

這家酒店就在鹿兒島JR站正對面，樓下就是便利商店，酒店可以寄存行李，天氣好的時候酒店房間看到櫻島火山，下次來鹿兒島還會無腦選擇這間酒店！

Great location fantastic staff clean room.

When we entered the room, we were immediately hit by a strong unpleasant smell. It was so noticeable that we had to leave the room right away to buy a room spray just to make it more bearable. In my opinion, the hotel should consider replacing the old carpets and carrying out a thorough deep cleaning as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was not acceptable and did not meet our expectations. We would have left the hotel, but our car was already parked in the elevator parking garage, and after a long day we were too tired to look for another place to stay.

気持ちが焦っててGoogle検索できたであろう事(靴の踵の修理の相談)をフロントの方が快く対応してくださいました

四天三夜，有一天突然放晴終於可以在窗外看到櫻島，真是太棒了，房間也很乾淨，沒有吵雜的聲音！讚

Location is excellent, you can walk underground to the hotel. The view is excellent city view and the room is nice and clean. Bathroom is good in Japanese Hotel Standard. Very friendly staff and check in was easy. The best is the breakfast, very surprised, one of the best hotel breakfast I had.

Gegenüber von Kagoshima-chuo, also sehr zentral, Supermarkt und Foodcourt im Gebäude, Öffis vor der Haustüre. Blick auf den Sakurajima war magisch! Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl und Sicht auf Bahnhof und das Riesenrad, Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Badezimmer im Vergleich zum Zimmer riesig!

Zimmer sehr klein, aber funktional.

地點非常方便，火車站對面，走地下通道過來就可抵達電梯口， 同棟一樓後面就可搭機場shuttle bus，樓下有Lawson ，Aeon 就在隔壁棟， Lobby在7樓，非常明亮，要不是颱風天，從大片落地窗就可看到櫻島。Staff很友善，早餐很棒，選擇多，新鮮美味。轉角房間夠大，線路開關配置有設計，用起來很順手。靠窗長沙發很舒適，窗外看出去就是摩天輪和車站前， 床頭上方開窗，採光有巧思。

遇到颱風，連住三天，刻意跳過第二天早餐，結果第一和第三天早餐菜色都差不多，只有甜點有些變化。不過，還是很美味。

コンセントの電力不足でケトルが使用出来なく、フロントへ確認して別の差込口を使用した、先に案内して欲しかったです。

Das Zimmer war, wie beschrieben, ca. 18 m2 groß. Aber davon hat mehr als die Hälfte das Badezimmer + WC eingenommen. Also im Endeffekt war das Zimmer WIRKLICH sehr klein und wir wussten nicht wie wir unsere Koffer auspacken sollten... Dadurch auch die Luft sehr schlecht beim Schlafen. Die Aussicht auf denMount Sakurajima war perfekt. Frühstück auch sehr gut!

Super emplacement accessible directement de la gare par le passage souterrain. Petit déjeuner très complet et agréable dans un restaurant très lumineux. Literie très confortable.

La chambre était vraiment petite, impossible de garder des valises ouvertes, il n'y a pas de place. il faut les stocker devant la porte et les déplacer pour sortir de la chambre! La petitesse de la chambre s'explique par la grandeur de la salle de bain qui comprend une douche et une baignoire, un mini onsen privé. La climatisation n'était pas très efficace surtout pour une chambre vue sur le volcan , le soleil tape sur la vitre de très bonne heure le matin, il faut garder les rideaux fermés sinon c'est la fournaise.

Checkin was cumbersome and lost too much time with the machine that eventually didn't work for us; limited English speaking staff.

Located in a great neighbourhood with many amenities and shopping areas around. Room was comfortable, modern, and clean. We also appreciated having the additional facilities like water/ice dispensers and washing machines/dryers. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. The breakfast was also enjoyable (albeit the slightly higher cost).

Rooms were a little smaller than expected; it can be challenging for 2 luggages to be opened up in the room due to the room size.

Fantastic breakfast with nice local options. Restaurant has a nice view out over the station area. Get a Sakurajima view room if you can, it’s worth it! Nice room, comfortable beds. Very clean.

We wanted to be near the station, so the location was great for us. However, it is a little far from the downtown area, so that may be a concern for some people.

Convenience to train station and food outlets. And very comfortable rooms.

桜島ビューの素晴らしいロケーションに感動しました。心地良く過ごせたのはスタッフさんのプロ接客とプロ清掃だと思います。朝食も美味しかったです。綺麗に整えられていたので素晴らしいと思いました。沢山のメニューから選べるので価格は相応だと思います。初めての鹿児島でしたがとても楽しめました。

若干部屋が狭く感じましたが良くないとは思いませんでした。

アクセスも良く、朝食バイキングの種類・味付けはたいへん満足しました。

清潔、バストイレ別々がとてもよい。 建物がしっかりしてるのでうるさくない。

my go to stay hotel whenever i go to Kagoshima, hotel is located within walking distance from train station and technically, it is sheltered all the way. room came with bathtub and lobby is presented with a view of Sakurajima

room is not as big to accomodate 2 open luggages. as eateries is located at the basement, tend to have some rowdy people during the night.

לישראלים יש מעט מאוד מה לאכול בארוחת הבוקר. יש יותר ממטבח יפני רגיל כארוחת בוקר אך עדיין מעט.

החדרים הזוגיים קטני מידי. המיטה צמודה לקיר ובינה ובין חלון החדר אין אפילו מטר אחד פנוי.

מלון במיקום מושלם , זאת הנקודה החיובית , מעבר לכך מלון בסיסי ביותר ברמה נמוכה , חדרים קטנים ולא מתאימים לזוג , ריהוט בחדר מיושן , זרימת מים במקלחת חלשה , לא ניקו חדר אפילו באופן בסיסי של איסוף לכלוך , חייב לצין שצוות המלון שירותי ומנסה לעזור , לסיכום לצערי לא ממליץ
