Reviewed Sep 9, 2026駅より近く、空港までシャトルバスがあること。 最上階の部屋で眺めが良く、静かだったこと。 部屋の備品の場所とWiFi の設定がプリントされてあること。
部屋のライトがどこか一箇所明るくなれば、お化粧する時バスルームに行かなくても良くなった。 アメニティでお茶の種類がもう少し多ければ良かった。個人的には紅茶が欲しかった。 朝食の時にお箸だけしか見当たらず、スクランブルドエッグが食べづらかった。出来ればフォークがあれば便利だった。 やはり、お茶は紅茶があると嬉しかった。

トイレの換気扇の作動音が大きい。 朝ご飯で、お米のおかずの種類が少ない。スクランブルエッグとソーセージしかない。 無料に文句言ってはいけないんですけどね。 ビジネスホテルで過去一質素な朝ご飯でした。 夕飯、夜食も無いです。 部屋内の壁掛時計が傾いていて地味に見づらかった。 ベッドのきしみ音が気になりました。

Bij de reservering werd voorgesteld dat de kinderen (11 jaar) in het bed van de ouders zouden slapen maar een bed van 140cm is toch wel krap om met 3 in te slapen. Wij kozen ervoor om een extra kamer bij te boeken eens ter plaatse.

Staff was helpful even with the language barrier, they were nice. The sample facial cleansers and lotions were great!
The rooms were small compared to what we're used to. Not much walking area around beds and in the room. Beds were too small for 2 people unless it was 2 single beds.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026羽田空港の前入りに超お勧め！羽田空港までの無料送迎バスもあるし、朝食もあるし、何の不安も心配もいりません。近くに飲食店、コンビニ、カラオケもあるので、前夜祭も出来ますし、立地も最高でした。
部屋風呂はしょうがないですが、狭いです。…でも、とても綺麗だったので、決して悪い、という話ではなく、内風呂が広かったら尚良かったのにな、という、欲を言ったらの話です(笑)

The location couldn’t be better, auto check in/out machines make it so efficient and the airport shuttle left on time (as normal in Japan!). Their since room is pretty decent size for Japanese standards considering in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. Good variety of foods. I would stay this hotel again when I fly out from HND.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026コンパクトなビジネスホテルですが、寝具も良くて快適に過ごせました。 羽田での乗り継ぎ時に一泊。朝の空港までのシャトルバスの便が多くてとても便利です。１人でサッと泊まるのにはとても良かったです。 ロビーのエレベーター前に置いてあったアメニティの中に梅昆布茶があり、１つもらって飲みました。到着時の疲れた体を癒してくれました。化粧水や乳液の使い切りパックも置いてあって、お風呂の後に使わせていただきましたが良かったです。 ここの朝食はバイキング形式で、隣の東横INN羽田空港１のほうではおにぎりバイキングの朝食をやっていて、私はそちらでいただきました。（朝食はどちらで食べても良いということでした。） おにぎりバイキングは小ぢんまりした感じでしたが、早朝に洋食は胃にキツいので、8種類ほどのおにぎり＆お味噌汁の朝食が食べられて良かったです。おにぎりはペロッと食べられる小さめサイズなので、味違いでいくつも楽しむことができます。 今回は利用しませんでしたが、ホテルの目の前にコンビニがあるのも、夕食の確保に便利そうでした。
チェックインが自動化されているのですが、初めてだとちょっとわかりにくくて疲れた頭には戸惑いました。それでも問題なく終えることができました。 あとは、お風呂場の洗面台のシンクが小さいのでちょっと使いづらいかな？ あと、おにぎりのお米の炊き加減がちょっと柔らかすぎたかも？ どれも一泊なら特に問題ではないことばかりです。

One of the best things was the free shuttle bus service between the airport and hotel, which made our journey much more convenient. Non-halal breakfast but it is understandable as it is a non muslim country. Would love to have halal or muslim friendly options for breakfast one fine day.

The location was very convenient — it is located right next to Toyota Rent A Car and directly in front of a private hospital, which made everything much easier for our trip. We also really appreciated the free shuttle bus service between the airport and hotel. It was very convenient and helpful for our family. What impressed us the most was the honesty and hospitality of the staff. My mother accidentally left her perfume at the hotel, and when we returned after two nights for another check-in, the staff had safely kept it and returned it to us. We are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed throughout our visit. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
