海外からの帰国で非常に大きなスーツケースを持っていたので空港送迎バスを利用できることを嬉しく思いました。10分前から到着を待ちました。しかし、バスが第3ターミナルに到着し、乗車の際に、座席の乗車のドアしか開けてくれず、重たい大きいにもつを座席まで持ち上げて行くことを強いられました。座席の通路は狭く、大きなスーツケースは擦られ、後方まで移動させるのに3にんがかりで行いました。１人は腰を痛めてしまいました。後から来た海外のかたを見たとたんにバスの荷台を開け、運転手が降りてきてスーツケースの積込を手伝い始めました。｢最初から荷台のドアを開けてくれなかったんですか、知らなかったんですけど｣と苦情をもうしましたが、謝罪もなかったです。本来、バス到着後すぐに荷台のドアを開け、スーツケースをそちらに積むことができることを知らせるものではないのでしょうか。

受付など手間なくスムーズにできた。

Хороший, комфортный номер, классный кондеционер Дайкин, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер есть и всё вкусно пахнет, так же туалетная бумага, обычная и более мягкая есть, меняют и убирают мусор каждый день,кровати удобные, все что нужно есть, на двери магнитные карты если хочеться подольше поспать вешаешь на внешнюю сторону двери (карты на двери с внутренней стороны) не беспокоить, если нужна уборка вешаешь другую. Ещё добавлю в отеле хороший WI-FI это моё уважение.

Маленький холодильник и он тёк у нас, номер 330, бесполезный шкаф от　LG (моё мнение) попали под дождь, промокли вещи, а на шкафу, перевёл, есть режим сушка на 3 часа, по итогу не работает она, надо сушилку использовать на первом этаже где манга 100 иен 10 минут. Так же нельзя открыть окно, или я не понял как, проветривания нет, только кондеционер это плохо конечно. Не сделал фотографии номера- фатальная ошибка, тут уже минус мой, есть видео, но тут только фото(

Molto divertenti i dinosauri e l'automa. Utilissima la navetta per l'aeroporto, come anche la disponibilità dell'armadio igienizzante in camera.

È impossibile parlare con qualcuno di umano. Moquette in condizioni pietose sia nella stanza che nel corridoio. A causa della bassa frequenza della navetta abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla colazione, pur avendola pagata.

Dichtbij het vliegveld en er is een gratis travel service die je naar het vliegveld brengt. Vending machines op de locatie en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker! En je kan een wasje draaien voor 500 yen.

De schoonmaak was niet echt goed, maar voor een paar nachten was dit prima.

Hôtel très bien placé par rapport à l’aéroport, une navette est à disposition pour l’aéroport. Le personnel a été très aidant pour nous aider à récupérer nos valises perdus par l’entreprise Yamato.

Le fait qu'on doit se lever extrêmement tôt pour avoir la possibilité d'avoir la navette qui va jusqu'à l'aéroport (il y en a 1 par heure...)

The staff member on the evening shift was rude. The check in process is slow and cumbersome and they really need to have a dedicated person to help people during busy periods.

飯店離電車站有一小段距離，但附近有大型超市也有一些餐廳，午晚班機抵達都算方便，尤其有羽田機場接駁車很適合一早航班，也不用和上班人潮擠電車。自助check in遇到問題也有飯店人員出來協助處理。

私本人は予約だけで家族が泊まったので聞きました。 朝食の種類があって美味しかったです。スタッフさんの対応も親切。

良すぎて残念なところはありません。

Cerca del aeropuerto, tiene lo básico para pasar una noche cómodo y poder estar en 20 minutos en el aeropuerto. Limpio. Tiene curioso un checkin con robots, solo se puede hacer a partir de las 15h sin opción.

El servicio de lanzadera tiene plazas limitadas y no se puede reservar, con lo que no lo tienes garantizado y puede que te quedes sin él como nos sucedió a nosotros.

Excellent theming in the lobby - thankfully, the room was modern looking. Very generous space in the room compared to other Japanese hotels I've been to. Close to Ōtorī station. Check-in and check-out was simple.

Bathroom had a strange smell, I couldn't figure out what it was. I only stayed for one night (Planned, not ended early!) so it didn't bother me too much. Marks and scuffs on the wall.

the location was convenient for Haneda. the room was clean. the shuttle service to Haneda worked well - and close enough to the train station for plan B if the bus is full.

the lack of staff on the front desk - maybe this is cost-effective, but it makes it feel like you are bothering them if you need to speak to them. I used the "fabreeze" like deodorising spray on a t-shirt - it smelt terrible and rendered my T-shirt unwearable the next day. apparently, it is supposed to smell like that!

3번째 방문인데 점점 체크인이 어려워짐 첫방문 - 아무 무리없었음 두번째 - 이름 입력을 인식을 못해서 몇번 시도 후에 체크인 세번째 - 직원이 직접 나와 친절하게 대응해줬으나 기계 오류 등으로 시간이 오래 걸림

羽田空港までのシャトルバス。飛行機が6時発で鉄道の始発でさえ間に合わない出発だったので、シャトルバスが大いに助かった。このシャトルバスが決め手で予約した。

シャトルバスが予約制ではないため、乗れなかった場合は旅行ごとダメになるので早朝4時過ぎから並んだ。事前にバスの希望を聞いて、状況によっては便数を増やすなど対応してもらえると良い。

受付のタッチパネルの反応が以上に遅い。 洋服を乾燥？消臭する機械は効果を感じられなかった。 何よりエアコンの排気が臭すぎて気持ち悪くなった。 あの匂いの中、軽食を食べようと思ったが、無理だった、 臭すぎて全く寝付けなかった。 おかげで始発のシャトルバスに一番で並べた。 対応してもらったスタッフは無表情。 トータルの評価は 変なホテルでした。

羽田近くの大鳥居駅から徒歩５分程度。

部屋は狭かった。羽田空港までのシャトルバスは人数全員が乗れないかもしれないので、早めに並ばないとならない。家族１人はのれなかっら。

Het inchecken bij de dino robots ging niet helemaal goed, maar was nog steeds erg leuk. Verder zijn er vending machines met hele maaltijden. En de bus naar het vliegveld was goed geregeld.

De airco zou (op een lage stand) aan kunnen blijven als we de kamer uit zijn. Nu was het telkens erg warm als we terug kwamen. Maar ook binnen 10 minuten weer afgekoeld, dus minor detail.

La chambre

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement proche de l'aéroport, et le service de navette gratuit mis en avant dans l'annonce. Or, après réservation et suite a notre demande, il nous a ete répondu que la navette n'avait lieu qu'une fois par heure et " premier arrivé premier servi". Cela ne présageait rien de bon. Nous nous sommes présentės un quart d'heure avant a 4h25 du matin pour un depart à 4h45, il ne restait plus de place . Il doit y avoir 7 places pour un nombre de demandes 3 fois plus important. L'hôtel se trouve à qq minutes en. Voiture. Donc un service de navette digne de ce nom fait des allers retour lorsqu'il est proposé par l’hotel.Visiblement ce service 'est un argument pour attirer les potentiels clients mais pas de volonté reelle de mettre en place un tel service. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement suite à cette publicité mensongère, qui peut conduire à des situations tendues. Le personnel est inexistant, vous êtes accueillis par des robots...

送迎の運転手さんが、赤信号で止まった時に 隣の車の人に注意されていた。前に入られたのが気に入らなかったみたいです。予定通り空港につかないのではと焦りました。1番早いバスは混み合うと言われたので早めに並びましたが半分以上空いていた。

羽田空港までのシャトルバスがありがたかった。朝食もおいしかった。レセプションは、恐竜のロボットだった。びっくり。周辺にはスーパーマーケットやレストランもたくさん。大鳥居駅からも近い。ばっちりのロケーションでした。

The location is great! It's only a few train stops away from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the station. There is a konbini nearby and the hotel also has vending machines for meals, which I think is an interesting concept (I had never tried pasta in that format before!) and makes for a very convenient late-night dinner option. Something I really appreciate was being able to store my luggage before and after check-out so that I could continue with my planned activities without having to carry my things around. Once I was able to check in (the window of opportunity is open from 3pm until 11h59pm), the self-serve machine was easy to use and it was fun seeing the dinosaur animatronics "interact" during that time. This hotel is a great spot to stay for a night or two either when landing in Tokyo or at the end of a trip before flying out.

These are not huge complaints, but rather some aspects to bring up so that others are aware. First, the walls are rather thin, as I could hear people in the hallway and in the rooms next door. Perhaps some of these people were particularly loud, but I got the impression that it was mostly due to little soundproofing. Second, the pillows are stuffed with a bizarre material that was reminiscent of bean bags. It didn't majorly impact my ability to sleep (mostly because I was so tired) but it was an odd choice that I can see other people potentially having a tough time getting used to.

The location was convenient for an overnight stay between flights, it was a safe area and had a convenience store nearby where we could buy supplies. the room and facilities were very clean. They had a shuttle service to bring us back to the airport in the morning.

Check-in was automated which is a bit impersonal - but we had issues with it so had to have a staff member help us anyway. There was a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel but it didn't start until 7.30pm and we arrived at 6pm so we took a taxi instead.

I loved the innovative check in process and the minute we experienced an issue the staff was immediately there to assist. The facility was very clean and organized with your easy access to in essentials you needed for your stay. I love the projection style TV to free up space in the room for an actual TV.

The rooms were small with limited space for luggage.

My only complain was that they sent a message saying they had free shuttle from/to the aiport, so I changed my original plans to take the metro and waited 45 minutes until the schedule time. I made sure to be on the right pick up location (asking multiple airport staff if I was on the right place their map was indicating) but the shuttle never showed up and I ended up paying 18 euros to take an Uber since I had already lost a lot of time waiting. I don't know what happened there but instructions should be clearer.

Hotel proche de l'aéroport d'Haneda. Métro à quelques minutes à pied. Cependant le matin de notre départ, nous sommes descendus juste à l'heure pour la navette (bus jaune) qui nous a emmené directement. Très pratique avec les valises. Lits confortables.

安かった。空港からまぁまぁ近く、フライト前にちょっと泊まるには十分かなと思った。 部屋は狭かったが、色々考えられていて、1泊する分には問題なかった。

スタッフの方は一人も見かけなかったが、シャトルの運転手さんはロボットよりも無愛想だった。 受付のロボットは子供が喜ぶかなと思ったが、異様すぎて怖がっていた。 部屋が狭いのにクリーニングクローゼットみたいな巨大な機械があり、すごく邪魔だった。

The price was unbeatable and the proximity to Haneda airport, with a free shuttle were excellent.

It was fun having a mechanical dragon and a plastic woman at the front desk, but I arrived quite tired late at night and found the non verbal check in system a hassle and stressful since no human seemed to be around ( I found a call button and got help though soon enough ).

Es ideal para dormir la última noche antes del vuelo en Haneda. Autobus gratuito al aeropuerto.

Much like the name, this hotel was WEIRD, but in the best way. I reserved this place relatively last minute because it was near Haneda airport and was arriving at 1am. I wasn’t expecting to be great by animatronic talking dinosaurs but it was a funny and welcomed experience. Check-in went smoothly and the room was perfect for a brief overnight stay.

Getting the projector to work properly wasn’t easy so much so that I gave up. It wasn’t a huge deal as it late anyway.
