Great location, walking distance to everything and the staff is polite and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning.

The air condition was working but took a long time to cool the room. We found opening the window to be more effective.

It was very convenient for all my meetings

The room was very small 0 difficult to get past the bed. The lights including bedside lights were located a walk from the bed. The room was very shabby and poor quality. The bed was unportable and noisy. I paid less per night for a 5 star hotel in Dhaka the week before.

La ubicación, que era perfecta. Tienes hasta 3 estaciones de metro bastante cercanas. A través de la de Madeleine puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto de Orly en menos de 30 minutos y sin hacer transbordos. Las instalaciones están muy bien.

Late check-in. Even upon request, early check in was not given. In fact, they made us wait and seemed like they would not give the room even 1 min before 3 PM but in the end, the room was not ready and they gave it late by 5-10 mins. For a tourist, such late checkin does not fit well, one would want to leave their bags, get ready and leave to explore the city as soon as possible.

The location was great for our purposes. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. The air conditioning worked well for the 24 degrees outside. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated hotel and room (is a bit dated though).

We were on the first floor, so, as someone mentioned, were sleeping in the train station with noise and vibrations from trains until late in the evening and from early morning. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was someone else's hair in the bathroom, and the bathroom glass curtain was leaking water on the floor. 16 euro for breakfast offered was a bit steep. Some cups were dirty at breakfast. Kettle but no tea in the room (we could get hot drinks downstairs though).

Location and the personnel of the hotel were really good - always friendly and happy to help. But that’s it.

We booked this room specifically because a cot for our 1-year-old was available. We selected it during booking and, on top of that, sent a message a month in advance. It was confirmed in writing. On arrival there was no cot in the room, and we were told there was “nobody available to set it up” and that it would only appear from the second day. So after a full day of travelling with a baby, we spent the first night with our child in our own bed — unsafe and exhausting. A month’s notice and a written confirmation apparently meant nothing. The room was dirty. Not “a bit dusty” — visibly dirty floors and thick dust under the bed, which matters enormously when you have a child crawling and walking across every inch of that floor. We raised it after the first night and, honestly, the cleaning that followed changed very little. The bathroom is worse. It’s dated, and there is black mould in every spot the water reaches. Showering there was genuinely unpleasant, and I’d rather not think about what our child was breathing in. Every surface in the room has been painted grey (see photos), but the paint and the workmanship are so poor that a supposedly renovated room already looks a decade old — scuffs, scratches and marks everywhere. The paint isn’t even water-resistant; it comes off with the slightest contact. The overall impression is a hotel that took the booking, confirmed the request, and then simply didn’t bother. For the price, that’s not acceptable — and with a small child, it’s not just disappointing, it’s a problem.

O quarto apesar de mais ou menos grande, apresenta um banheiro pequeno demais, muito apertado, ao tomar banho alaga tudo tendo que enchugar, senão é impossível usar o vaso sanitário. O hotel é antigo, mas a limpeza poderia ser melhor. O café da manhã é fraco e a reposição praticamente não tem, sempre faltando alimentos. Não justifica 3 estrelas no máximo uma estrela. Não define às imagens do Site.

Friendly staff. Rooms were good size. Free sparkling and mineral water was a great bonus. Room cleanliness was great. Not suitable for wheelchair users. Lift is tiny.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Maurice at reception, who kindly upgraded our room and even left a lovely handwritten welcome note for us — such a thoughtful personal touch! The hotel is fully air-conditioned, which was especially appreciated in the summer heat. We also loved the complimentary drinking water and hot beverages available for guests. A warm, welcoming hotel with excellent service and lovely attention to detail. We would happily stay here again!

Der Manager, Marcel, war sehr freundlich- Einmal haben wir beim Frühstück etwas vergessen und er kam zu Mittag zu unserem Zimmer und hat uns die Dinge gebracht. Sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

It is a beautiful charming hotel with very good location, close to all restaurants and shops, very close to opera square and Lafayette mall. The staff working in the hotel are very friendly. Mr. Malick and Mr. Jalesh in the reception were very helpful. Lady Naima was super friendly, super clean and super helpful, making her best to make our stay in the hotel comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in the hotel dealing with beautiful hotel staff.

Ужасный отель. Не рекомендую! Были с супругой в отели с 06.07 по 12.07. Отель очень маленький, старый и грязный. Неприятный запах в отели это отдельный вид издевательства. Запах старости и канализации не оставлял нас весь период пребывания. Отель расположен на очень узкой улице, которая совсем не продувается. Окна открыть не возможно по причине шума и вони с улицы. Возле отеля есть бистро. Каждый вечер они выливают грязную воду прямо на улицу и после этого не приятный запах только усиливается. Каждый день в 5 утра приезжают вывозить мусор и стоит дикий шум. Мы бронировали улучшеный номер, а поселили нас в крохотный на последнем этаже. Сам номер больше напоминал чердак. За день крыша накалялась так сильно, что даже с включенным на максимум кондиционером там не возможно было находиться. Несколько раз просили поменять номер, нам вежливо обещали что-то придумать и ничего не делали. Уборка в номерах ужасная. Пыль везде, окна и занавески очень грязные. Один раз горничная принесла нам в номер грязные упакованные стаканы. Каждый вечер мы не хотели возвращаться в этот отель и считали дни до отъезда. Отель испортил все впечатления о Париже. Очень удивительно откуда такой высокий рейтинг у отеля. Если хотите испортить себе отдых - селитесь.

הצוות במלון היה אדיב ולבבי, במיוחד מריוס בקבלה. וצוות שירות החדרים. אנחנו לא הזמנו ארוחת בוקר, בעיקר מפני שלא היו ירקות או מגוון של מזון. אבל הצוות נענה ברצון מדי בוקר להכין עבור אמא שלי ביצה לבקשתה. קפה היה זמין בחינם כל היום. המיקום של המלון פשוט מעולה. לידו בית קפה מצויין מרשת Pret סופר קרפור, חנויות בוטיק. מטרו שהביא אותנו ישירות לאייפל, תחנת הרכבת לדיסני ושדה התעופה מרחק קצר מהאופרה.

המלון מיושן מאוד, קיבלנו חדר לשלושה שהיה מרווח, אולם במיקלחת כיור שבור. קצת איכזב. ממה שהבנתי המלון עובר שיפוץ. מיזוג האויר היה חלש מאוד.

Hyggeligt hotel med venligt og serviceminded personale. Aircondition fungerede godt i sommervarmen. Rengøringsstandarden var høj både på værelset og på fællesarealerne.

Sengen kunne godt have brugt en topmadras, for man lå OK men lidt "på fjedrene". Hvis der havde været hyggeligere i serveringsområdet for morgenmad, havde vi måske spist på hotellet, men vi synes, at det så kedeligt ud og ville hellere sidde på en fortovscafé eller ved en bager.

This hotel is an absolute gem for shoppers. It’s centrally located, making it easy to access all the major attractions. The neighborhood is charming and welcoming. But what really sets this hotel apart is the reception staff. Maleck, in particular, was incredibly professional, helpful, and warm. He made us feel right at home, which is a rare find in Paris. The price is a bit steep, but it’s worth it for the quality of service and the location. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel. Gildas

Excellent stay in a perfect location! The staff were friendly and professional. The room featured practical amenities, and I loved that they provided unlimited free water. Plus, the central location made it so easy to get around.

Excellent location, cosy hotel with very friendly staff. The room was as it was presented on the photos. We stayed for a week with my partner and we recommend you to choose with breakfast option because the breakfast was great. What we appreciated the most is that we could have coffee and water during our stay as much as we wanted free of charge. The hotel is the perfect choice if you want to explore Paris by foot. The hotels is few steps from Printemps and Galeries Lafayette at blv. Haussmann and also 5 minutes walk from Opera Garnier and Madeleine.

De plek, het hotel zit op een fijne plek met heel veel dicht in de buurt. De Seine veel verschillende restaurants en winkels dichtbij en goed bereikbaar. Goed personeel, ze zorgde erg goed voor de kamer ontvangst en ontbijt. Extra dank aan Naima!

Indeling badkamer, er zit een bad in. Daardoor is de ruimte voor toilet en wastafel beperkt.

Igiene e pulizia, hotel molto vecchio, colazione terribile. Per colazione non c’era gran che da mangiare e tutto di bassa qualità, l unica cosa mangiabile dei mini coissant surgelati. Avendo pagato 934 euro per 3 notti mi aspettavo moooolto di più

Location Location Location! Close to EVERYTHING and still in a quiet street. Beds were also very comfortable but the third bed in the triple room, was quite narrow. The 24h free coffee facility was also a bonus! All 3 rooms we booked were also very spacious for Paris standards.

No value for money, although other central accommodations were more expensive.... The breakfast was very basic and rather pricey (€16), but there are numerous places around. The hotel is rather old and it's obvious. Nevertheless, it was in a descent condition and everything worked well.

Great location, large room if you get the triple room, but that’s really it

The photos are a bit deceptive as the rooms are a lot more dingy in reality. Cleanliness of the towels is a huge problem - I return one day to find wrinkly spotted towels with a clump of hair (looks like somebody’s used towels just folded up!), and when I told the manager on duty, he simply said “yes, let me find you new ones”, and tried to dismiss me when I said that while replacing them is definitely necessary, housekeeping should be aware that it’s not acceptable. I felt ignored because he kept cutting me off mid-sentence to say “yes, yes, we’ll give you new towels”. Does that mean he simply doesn’t care, or that it’s a regular occurrence and he’s sick of dealing with it? Either way, it was quite disturbing. I also discovered that the door to the room doesn’t actually lock, as in anyone can just push the handle down and get in without a key card. At that point I was too dejected to mention it as being ignored is not a nice feeling. Housekeeping is definitely not this hotel’s strong point - after using the tea bags on the first day, there were never once replaced over my 5 night stay. The paper cup you get for brushing your teeth is so thin and flimsy that it half melted after 3 nights. There is also nowhere clean to leave your toothbrushes, so I ended up getting some paper cups from the supermarket and arranged my own set up… Considering the cost of the room (€245 per night for one person, even if it’s for a huge triple room), it is really appalling, and I’ve stayed at much better hotels that cost me half of what I paid here.

The location

The property refused to handle a legitimate request under force majeure circumstances. I had to leave after one night due to unexpected travel disruptions caused by the geopolitical situation affecting flights. Despite this, the hotel insisted on charging the full stay and has been unresponsive to Booking.com’s request for a resolution. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service in such an exceptional situation is very disappointing.

The hotel is excellently located, very close to most attractions, all within walking distance. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. A comfortable mattress and quiet nights ensure a very pleasant stay. For Paris, it’s truly a gem at this price

Nous avions réservé une chambre double supérieure avec vue sur la ville. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre donnait en réalité sur une cour. Pire encore, le bruit du métro faisait vibrer toute la pièce. Nous sommes descendus à la réception pour demander un changement de chambre, car la vue ne correspondait pas à celle annoncée et le bruit était très dérangeant. Le réceptionniste nous a indiqué que l’hôtel était complet et qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. Il a même ajouté que si nous voulions une vue sur la cour, il fallait le préciser — ce qui est incompréhensible, puisque nous avions justement réservé une chambre avec vue sur la ville. Nous avons ensuite échangé avec le directeur de l’établissement, qui s’est totalement dédouané de toute responsabilité et a semblé peu concerné par la situation. Le seul geste commercial proposé a été une bouteille de champagne, que nous avons refusée car nous ne consommons pas d’alcool. En résumé, une expérience très décevante.

It was very central to the opera district and shops. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Room was clean, water in fridge everyday and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very small (expected) and basic rooms. No iron/iron board in room, aircon only went down to 17 so room was very warm and hard to sleep in. Room keys kept deactivating every day so you had to keep going down to reception to get them activated.

Odanın penceresi bina boşluğuna bakıyordu dolayısıyla oda karanlıktı ve bunun bilgisi bookingde belirtilmemişti. Asansör çok küçüktü, en fazla 2 kişi binebilir. Asansör freni çok ses yapıyordu ve gece sürekli bu yüksek makine sesi ile irkildik.

We stayed in Room 204 and had an amazing stay while visiting the city — everything is conveniently close by. The metro can be heard at night, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. The reception team, especially Jalesh, gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at ease. The hotel is a little bit old, but overall we had a pleasant experience. may be when we come next year the hotel will be renovated as mentioned by Jalesh ...

The location was great and the room pretty big

The photos on the website make it look a lot smarter than it is. It was slightly underwhelming and a little tatty in places. We could not lower the air conditioning enough at night.

Das Hotel liegt an Perfekter Lage um Paris zu erkunden, egal ob zu Fuss, mit dem Bus oder der Metro Sehr freundliches Personal, kleines aber feines Hotel

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum wie auch am Empfang war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren super bequem. Die Lage ist super, viele Meteostationen sind in Gehdistanz. Die Galerie Lavayette ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 1. Stock und man hört leider die Metro die vermutlich unter dem Hotel durchfährt. Ein paar Dinge im Zimmer könnte man mal richten. Der Vorhang hängt nicht richtig und der Holzboden im Bad hat schon zu viel Wasser gesehen.

Die Lage nahe beim Place Concorde. Bushaltestelle und Metro nahe gelegen.

Unser Zimmer hatte Sicht auf den Innenhof. War aber nicht schlimm, da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y rodeada de tiendas, bares y restaurantes, También hay supermercados cerca. Además, las conexiones de metro, tren y autobús son muy buenas, lo que facilita mucho moverse por la ciudad. Nos pareció un gran detalle tener café disponible en todo momento, junto con croissants y pains au chocolat para los huéspedes. La habitación era básica, amplia y cómoda, con una cama confortable y un baño también espacioso. La limpieza fue correcta. Dispone de una pequeña nevera y dejan botellas de agua, algo que se agradece aunque el agua del grifo sea potable. La nevera resulta práctica para guardar algunas compras durante la estancia. El edificio es el típico parisino, con escalera estrecha de madera y un ascensor pequeño. No es lo más cómodo si se viaja con mucho equipaje, pero tiene su encanto. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente Sidi, que nos atendió de maravilla.

En nuestra habitación se notaba una ligera vibración cada vez que pasaba el metro por debajo. A nosotros no nos afectó al dormir, pero puede ser relevante para personas más sensibles.
