We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a beautiful location by the river with stunning mountain views. The room was spacious, stylish and very clean, and we loved the pool and the peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant served excellent food, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. A special thanks to Flora for taking such good care of us. Great location, beautiful views and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Si queréis intimidad no cojáis la habitación 270° pq algunas ventanas dan la hotel y hay que tenerlas siempre cerradas. No es céntrico, os tendréis que mover siempre en Didi o con la lanzadera del hotel. Si pedís que os laven la ropa debéis tener en cuenta que no la planchan.

So pleased we found this beautiful hotel! The surrounding views are absolutely stunning! The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Any food or drinks we had from the onsite restaurant was delicious. Really could not ask for anything more. It is based a little out of the way from the main town, but there is a free shuttle or taxi / DiDi isn’t expensive. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if visiting Yangshuo; hopefully we can visit again ourselves.

Nice location on the river, a bit offside of the crowded area. Restaurant provides also many western dishes and us open during the whole day. Stuff is very kind and gave tips for trips. Also driving services were excellent even though a bit pricier.

We had a room at the 2nd floor which smelled very moldy. We were moved to another room which was much better, but still think that hotel has issues with AC filters and mold in the building. Our kids had a room at the 3rd floor which seemed renovated and had no issues with smell.

Excellent location, English-speaking staff. Clean. Closer to European standards. The restaurant beneath the hotel is excellent. Although it didn't look like much at first glance, it turned out to be one of the best restaurants of the trip.

Prices are a bit on the high side, and there are signs on everything stating that if you break something, you have to pay for it; I don't think anyone breaks things on purpose, and such incidents are so rare that the signs aren't really necessary. Laundry service costs extra.

Everything was exceptional in this hotel. We had a very large room perfectly decorated with chinese furniture and accents, the whaou effect ! The views are spectacular, on the landscape and river . The staff is extremely helpfull and kind ! a very strongly recommended place for lifetime memories. there is a small shop with refined artcraft.

Amazing view from our balcony and so great to dip in the pool after a hot day out exploring. The restaurant was also great and had good vegetarian options. Really easy to get taxis into Yangshuo and super helpful staff.

This hotel is a rare gem. It has outstanding panoramic views, wonderful friendly staff, and attention to detail everywhere: the beautiful gardens, the décor, etc.

Je critique très rarement le personnel des établissement surtout en asie ou ils sont toujours très agréable.. Mais dans cet hôtel il y avait une réceptionniste (petite présente l'après midi) très désagréable.. Autoritaire... N'aime pas être déranger.. Et avais oublie de nous réserver un taxi.. Nous avons utilisé du coup didi mais elle est venu nous en dissuader prétextant que c'etait impossible resultat didi en 2min.. Ensuite elle nous a déconseillé west street pr manger car il y avait que des restaurant chinois.. Heu c'est le. principe non.. Parce que manger de la. Paelle à yonshuo non!!!! Par contre le reste du personne super... La chambre du rez de chaussee ne sont pas les meilleures par contre.. Et il manque la location de scotter et vélo... La Maison au dessous ne loue que des vélos d'un autre temps.... L'hôtel est qd meme éloigné du centre.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous calm location by the river. We stayed in the family room which was beautifully decorated and large. The staff were amazing and the food very good with western options if wanted. Also great pool overlooking the river. Highly recommend this hotel.

Anche la posizione è ottima: nella natura, lontano dal trambusto della città ma abbastanza vicino da poterla raggiungere a piedi. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di più!

Very helpful staff, hotel is in an amazing location further away from the busy town. Extremely quiet at night and stars are very visible. Rooms are clean and pleasant. The excursions offered are very worth it and the driver we had was great.

Un hotel bellissimo, immerso nel verde sulla riva del fiume. La camera era favolosa, letto comodissimo, doccia enorme molto chic. Ogni giorno riforniscono il kit di accessori personali per il bagno, super fornito. Dal balconcino avevamo una vista stupenda sul fiume. Il ristorante è ottimo, abbiamo mangiato piatti occidentali buonissimi e un ottima anatra all'arancia, come le verdure. La colazione è super, si può scegliere fra diversi menù dolci e salati. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia, a pagamento ma conveniente e comodissimo, abbiamo lasciato al mattino i vestiti divisi in bianchi e colorati nelle buste fornite da loro, ci hanno restituito tutto al pomeriggio lavato separatamente, asciugato e piegato. Abbiamo chiesto il servizio del massaggio in camera, da prenotare almeno un'ora prima, semplicemente stupendo, sono venute appositamente due massaggiatrici con i lettini e prima ci siamo rilassati in piscina con cocktail buonissimi ed economici. Consigliatissimo !!!

The room was very large (family room for four people) and the view better than expected. We had a "Mountain View Balcony Family Room", but we could still see the river. The beds were comfortable. The temperature in the room was easy to adjust. The staff was extremely helpful with anything you needed. Their English was better than most hotel staff we have met in China (have travelled extensively). The pool was nice and clean (open 09:00-21:00). The restaurant was good and not overpriced.

It was a little bit far off from Yangshuo town. Not that much to do or see within walking distance of the hotel. But then that was also part of the charm, that it was quiet and beautiful. However, we would have liked a small supermarket or something nearby. The free shuttle car to Yangshuo could have been more flexible. It had a few fixed times/day. But then,we were happy that there was such as service at all.

Hotel davvero splendido, caratterizzato da camere ampie e da una vista spettacolare sul fiume. La piscina è perfetta per godersi momenti di puro relax. Molto buono anche il ristorante interno, che offre un menu internazionale ricco e variegato. Un plauso speciale allo staff, sempre gentile, premuroso e di grande aiuto nell'organizzazione delle attività.

La ubicación es muy buena. A menos de 10 minutos andando del muelle donde te dejan los cruceros. Si vas sin maletas y la temperatura acompaña,lo puedes hacer andando. El personal es maravilloso. Además, creo que ha sido el único hotel de todas nuestras vacaciones donde hablaban un inglés correcto todos. La habitación inmensa y bien equipada (309) con agradables vistas. El WiFi funciona bien. La piscina buenísima. Justo a la temperatura de 31° que me gusta. En muchos hoteles en China enfrían el agua, aquí no. Muy buena idea la de añadir todos los días una representación de baile de cambio de máscaras a las 7:30 pm. Si estás varios días a lo mejor les pillas el truco.

La comida está demasiado adaptada al gusto occidental. Se nota que es un hotel donde van pocos chinos,pues en nuestros platos eliminaron casi todos los condimentos picantes. Casi parecía un restaurante chino de España. Creo que no costaría mucho preguntar al turista si le gusta o no el picante.

The location is quiet, private with amazing views from our room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they speak very good English. Great food in the restaurant we had breakfast, lunch and a dinner there over 3 days. Our room was large with a balcony, nice linen and towels. The swimming pool was a bonus with the warm weather.

une chambre magnifique avec une vue dégagée sur la rivière juste en contrebas, au milieu de la nature. L'atmosphère est très calme. La chambre est très belle, décorée avec goût et très moderne. Le petit balcon est parfait pour contempler la rivière. Le personnel est très gentil et parle anglais. En 20 minutes de promenade au bord de la rivière on est dans le centre-ville.

This is such a gem of a hotel. It’s beautiful and tranquil, in a lovely setting and with wonderful staff. It has a beautiful pool and the restaurant has a large menu with Chinese and Western offerings. Our room had a balcony with a spectacular view of the river and karsk mountains. It’s about a 25-minute walk to West Street. The staff, including Flora, Selena, and Doris, were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We wish we could have stayed longer

Lovely swimming pool and great staff. Rooms were very spacious. As it’s a few kilometres out of town it was very peaceful. They provided a free shuttle service into Yangshuo several times a day. Would definitely come back.

Lovely location by the river, just a 10-minute drive from the city centre. The hotel also features a restaurant serving excellent quality food. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the staff: exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was really beautiful and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed for my brothers birthday and the hotel organised a lovely surprise for us which made our stay really special. The pool area was great and they had a wide selection of food and drinks. They also offer many different excursions and have discounts for the light show. Theres a free shuttle bus that runs 3 times a day into town which is really helpful. They have a little gift shop at reception with some nice trinkets. The room was really spacious, the beds were comfy and the AC worked. We got the cruise to the closet port and the hotel was a short 7-minute walk, its a great way to arrive there.

The wifi wasn't the fastest but we've found this is common for this area as theres lots of mountains around.

Девушки на рисепшн проявили максимум клиентоориентированности, помогали с поездками по Яньшо. Предоставляли все, что нужно. Гостиница предусмотрела даже такие мелочи как спреи от насекомых, зонтики, воду с собой, полотенца, переходники. Очень рекомендую эту гостиницу!

Very comfortable rooms, and all employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and we also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant. The hotel is located outside the city, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. They offer a shuttle service, although we did not use it because we rented a scooter, which turned out to be the perfect way to get around. Very quiet place, for sure we would choose it again

Ótima relação qualidade-preço, suficientemente perto de Yangshuo mas estrategicamente situado fora da cidade, o que permite estar longe da confusão e aproveitar plenamente a natureza. O quarto era enorme e decorado com um extremo bom gosto. Era também muito silencioso e a vista é deslumbrante! O pessoal do hotel foi sempre muito amável e sempre disponível! A piscina é ótima e tem muitas opções de pequeno-almoço deliciosas. Jantámos 3 vezes no hotel e a comida estava excepcional! O melhor hotel onde ficámos hospedados na China!

Stayed for two nights, the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff were very kind, and always eager to help us. They were very helpful in organising a tour for us last minute and the ruyi peak was one of the best things we did in china.

Lovely river and mountain views with a great pool for cooling down after a day’s exploring.

Dinners were lovely but room for improvement on breakfast (western options). Difficult to find a taxi/Didi on arrival from LiRiver cruise - given the location offering and promoting a free pick up service would be of great value.

Our room was big and comfortable, with tea/coffee and milk (top ups available upon request). Good restaurant so you can eat all your meals there if you wish! They organised a massage therapist to come to our room which was very good. Amazing swimming pool, great playground and playroom for our toddler.

The door closed noisily (beeped and slammed).

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the room was very spacious and clean. What made the experience so good was the staff! their hospitality and service was the best. They made sure we were comfortable and even helped us with bookings! The staff speaks good english.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en fijn hotel. Het heeft een rustige ligging met mooi uitzicht, goed eten en een fijn zwembad. Er zijn veel verschillende activiteiten te boeken bij het hotel.

La struttura era immersa nella natura ed era molto caratteristica con una bella atmosfera. La stanza era molto grande e dotata di ogni comfort. Lo staff molto gentile e attento e con un buon inglese. Molto bene anche la presenza di un ristorante in loco.

Purtroppo la stanza non aveva la vista che speravamo, ma può capitare. Ovviamente le immagini che pubblicano offrono sempre le viste migliori. La stanza per alcuni particolari aveva bisogno di una rinfrescata (rubinetteria da sistemare, tende da sistemare, muri da ridipingere, condizionatori rumorosi ecc…) ma ovvio che in un posto così immerso nel verde la manutenzione debba essere impegnativa. Una mattina ci siamo svegliati con un grosso ragno peloso in camera… non proprio rassicurante… da qualche parte sarà entrato e noi siamo stati attenti con le finestre perché era pieno di zanzare… sono intervenuti immediatamente e certo non dipende da loro. Peccato che la notte dopo il sonno sia stato interrotto da un piccolo lombrico sul collo… forse precipitato dalla bocchetta di ventilazione che era situata proprio sopra la testa sul letto.. ma anche questo può accadere in un posto così e non dipende certo da loro. Ma meglio essere chiari per chi non ama così tanta natura 😉

Amazing place with friendly staff and a beautiful view.

What a paradise. This is by far the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful, and the food is delicious. We loved being able to work out in the gym and then cool off in the swimming pool afterwards. Everything is so spacious and clearly designed with great attention to detail. Comfortable beds and pillows, huge soft towels — even the toilet paper was silky smooth 😅 My husband and I are newly married, and the staff decorated our room for us and surprised us with a bottle of red wine. Such a thoughtful gesture. We are a group of 8 people ranging from 70 years old down to 3 years old, and every single one of us loved this place. We truly didn’t want to leave ❤️

The food is great, the location has a great view and it’s quiet. We’ve had a great stay.

There was dust here and there and the AC was way to loud.
