Reviewed Sep 17, 2026It was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Our host gave us great advice about seeing Slieve League which we took and we were very glad we did.
There wasn’t anything bad about this property.

La posizione del B&B è meravigliosa: si può andare a piedi sulle Slieve (bisogna camminare un po') - si può percorrere tutto quando ancora non c'è gente.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Sehr nah an den Klippen. Ruhig, aber andere Gäste hatten bereits ca. 5 Uhr ihr Auto eingeräumt usw. (Parkplatz war direkt am Fenster). Sehr bequemes Bett, Gutes Frühstück. WLAN gut. Leistungen usw. wie in der Beschreibung. Alles gut.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026L’établissement est très propre et dispose d’un parking, l’accueil est professionnel et les conseils pertinents. L’environnement est charmant : nature, moutons, falaises. Le pub du village est vraiment sympa et on y mange très bien ! Notre chambre était jolie et lumineuse, le lit très confortable et la salle de douche fonctionnelle. En prime, deux lapins jouaient devant notre fenêtre lorsque nous nous sommes réveillés !

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The staff was great, and there was a little hare in the morning ;) Lovely breakfast and owners, as well as great hints for trips and eating. The BnB is located in a perfect, silent area. No large streets nearby, and only ~30 min walk to the viewing spot or the pub. Conditioner, shampoo and body wash were provided. :)
The Wifi was weak - so working for search and some basic searches, but websites with a lot of traffic, e.g., Twitch, YouTube, or websites with videos aren't really working. We guess that as more people are booked in, these websites work less.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Everything was absolutely lovely. The bedding is good quality and smelled nice. The towels are the same, and everything was just amazing. Pancakes and toast were served along with some danish delicacies that were baked in the morning. The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. Would highly recommend especially it the weather is nice - which was for us, so it was a bonus. Walked to the local pub that was cheap and the food was gorgeous.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Amazing location, perfect for hiking or visiting Slieve League. The host was kind enough to give us some information about the area and some tips about how we could visit via the top car park and during which times the gate is not restricted/attended which was new and extremely helpful information in our situation. The room itself was large and comfortable and the shower was hot with strong pressure which was so good after a very long uncomfortable day.
The check-in times are unfortunately not flexible at all. I understand and respect this and we made sure to make it in time but unfortunately it did cause us some stress in a day with a few long drives of several hours and delays due to unexpected motion sickness/heath issues.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The location cannot be beat. Ken was very helpful . He told us to drive up after the rangers leave at 6pm and we were able to enjoy the cliffs with only a few other people around. We also were able to leave our car at the B&B after checking out and hike to the top.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026La Propriétaire qui nous a reçus était très disponible, très conviviale et sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon. (Le petit déjeuner servi est "continental" (c'est à dire pas le traditional irish breakfast chaud avec bacon, saucisses etc.... lequel peut être pris un peu plus bas sur la route dans les locaux attenants au Visitors' Centre). Chambre d'une propreté exemplaire, bien agencée avec un lit très confortable. Une vraie nuit calme sans bruit de voiture. Situation proche des Falaises. Repas du soir dans une ambiance très conviviale au Pub Rusty Mackerel + musique irlandaise en fin de soirée.
Peut-être une ou deux lampes de chevets (bedside lamp), mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment manqué!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The location was amazing, very near Slieve League. There were a couple of places to eat very near. Yhey offered you breakfast for another 10£. The room was basic and clean. We stayed only one night.
The bathroom needs a very good fixing. Everything was either broken or on the verge of breaking. I would not want to stay any longer. This was my room, I do not know the others, they might be OK.

I was able to walk to the summit from the house and the hosts kindly offered to let me leave my car there until I’d finished my hike. Hosts were lovely and so helpful and the property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and great value.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026A truly amazing place, located right next to the Slieve League cliffs, as close as you could possibly get. :) We were lucky enough to arrive just before the storm, which made the whole area even more dramatic and unforgettable. We stayed only one night, but to fully appreciate all its beauty, a longer stay would definitely be needed. :)

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Pulizia e posizione: si può raggiungere le scogliere con una passeggiata direttamente dalla struttura se si è un po' abituati a camminare (il dislivello è poco ma in due brevi passaggi la strada diventa un po' ripida e stretta). La colazione è continentale. Ampio parcheggio nel cortile dalla casa. Il proprietario è prodigo di informazioni. Un Pub è a breve distanza (un po' turistico).
La nostra camera aveva purtroppo le finestre si affacciavano proprio sul cortile dove erano posizionati dei tavolini. Bisognava tenere le tende tirate quando c'era gente e le finestre chiuse quando fumavano.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Me and my friend stayed for one night. Immediately met with super helpful and nice staff, where we got great information for visiting and hiking the Slieve League cliffs. There was no dinner, but a great restaurant was a short drive, so it was not a problem at all. The location is amazing, there is a 20 minute walk to the viewing platform which makes this location a gem, either you want a short or a longer hike. The room and beds were very comfy, and had all the facilities you need. The breakfast was great, and the service is amazing. If you plan on visiting the Slieve League cliffs and need a place to stay the night, this might be the best place to stay!
