Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Das Frühstück ist zwar kein Riesenbuffet, aber absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist unweit vom Zentrum und ruhig. Die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Alles in allem eine nette Pension, wenn man nur etwas zum Übernachten sucht und den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.
Die Regiokarte wurde erst am zweiten Tag ausgehändigt.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The owner Annie is a super kind and helpful person in every aspect. Very peaceful location few minutes from the main bus stop ,town centrum and Zell am see lake. The road to the hotel is slightly uphill . Beautiful views and amazing tranquility in the pension garden. Very clean ,well maintained and nice room. Decent breakfast with all what you need to start your day. I am counting down the days to come again.
I hope a small minibar will be available in the room next visit .

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Läget var det bästa om man vill ha lugn och ro men ändå bara en kort promenad till centrum eller tågstationen och en ännu kortare till kabinbana. Det kändes som att vi var gäster hemma hos Anni. Så hemtrevligt och gästvänligt. Vi åt en rejäl frukost som vi stod oss länge på. Anni kom med tips och information när vi frågade om något. Som värdinna är hon outstanding! Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende! Här skulle vi bo igen om vi kommer tillbaka någon gång.

Colazione abbondante, con buffet sia salato che dolce, con scelta di pane buonissimo. Anni gentilissima, fornisce indicazioni preziose su che cosa fare in paese e nei dintorni.

Vlaky a autobusy zdarma s kartou hosta, takže lze dělat spoustu výletů (soutěska Sigmund-Thamm, Kitzbühel, Krimmelské vodopády, Kaprun apod.). Vynikající síť cyklostezek v okolí.
Placené koupaliště, možnost platby pouze na celý den. Neplacené vstupy do vody jsou, ale je třeba jít 1-2 km od centra. Voda má maximálně 20 °C

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Skvělá lokalita blízko centra, přitom klidná cca 70m od vleku. Velice milá a ochotná majitelka. Skvělé snídaně formou bufetu. Pokoj malý, vše ve skvělé čistotě. Perfektní výchozí bod pro letní výlety po okolí. Vřele doporučuji.
Pro mě měkké postele, ale manželka byla spokojená. Téměř nefunkční Wi-Fi. Pro někoho by to mohl být problém. Používám data operátora, mě to nevadilo. Jízda zručnosti na parkovišti, kde je opravdu málo místa na vytočení. Pro mě ale nic z uvedeného není důvod proč bych nepřijel znova.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Het pension is op korte loopafstand van de stad. Ook de cabinelift (CityExpress) is vrijwel aan de overkanr van de straat. Ontvangst is bijzonder hartelijk.
Ik had verwacht dat de Zeller Sommercard inbegrepen was. Dit bleek echter uursluitend de Gastecard te betreffen.

Her love for detail and passion for her guest is exceptional. For example there is sun cream on at the breakfast buffet so you don't get burnt by the sun in the mountains. Really exceptional. Reviewed Jun 12, 2026I had booked a stay in Zell am See for 3 nights and decided l would like an extra night on the Wednesday. I was unable to extend the stay with the original hotel and this was available at short notice at a very good price so l booked it.
The room was smaller than l usually book but then so was the price.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Tolle Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage! Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – das Zentrum, der See, Restaurants, Geschäfte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Auch ohne Auto kommt man problemlos überall hin. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer gute Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme gerne wieder!

The single room was perfect for a short weekend stay and conveniently located near the bus stop for the cable car. The mobility ticket is included with your stay so you get free transportation in the Salzburg area. My balcony overlooked the stream behind the inn and it was so peaceful listening to the water with the mountain view. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very friendly lady, good English speaking, nice and good breakfast. Smaller single room but with balcony is OK Parking place foreseen for motorbikes

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Amazing stay with the perfect location! The property is conveniently within walking distance of the slopes, making it ideal for skiing at both Zell and Kaprun. The owner was incredible, preparing a delicious homemade traditional breakfast and attending to every detail, all while accompanied by the cutest dog. The area itself is absolutely stunning, and we really appreciated the included sauna and storage, which were very handy after a long day on the slopes. My mum and I had a wonderful time. The town is picturesque with plenty of great places to eat and enjoy après-ski. Truly a 10/10 experience!
The only things to keep in mind are that there is no fridge in the room for storage, and if you want extra tea or coffee, you need to go downstairs.
