Had trouble with the TV and reception responded quickly and helped us put (even bringing over a different TV).

It was clean and tidy. Lovely staff.

Room was clean when I arrived. Location was great and the owner was helpful and prompt with getting the TV to work. Thank you.

It doesn't get serviced every day. Television was not working properly but owner fixed it for me then the remote wasn't working. Maybe needed new batteries? Heating fan in bathroom was very loud so I couldn't use it. The two lounge chairs are extremely uncomfortable to sit on as the seats were angled and felt like they were tipping forward. Needs a couch in there. There was bright porch light from unit behind mine (rm 26) that shone into bedroom overnight and lit up the whole room.

The whole place was so cute! Loved the look of the place, It's been up kept well. Location was perfect as we had an event in Normanby. Shower was amazing too!!

Unfortunately the bed was too hard, a me issue! 😅

Very clean and comfortable. Big screen smart tv. Lovely country feel. Everything you might need in the kitchen. This is our fourth or fifth stay and we will be back. Didn’t have our little dog this time but it is good to know that he’s welcome if needed.

Master bed was large and comfortable, family room was spacious and included a dining space and well equipped kitchen. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to stay again!

A lovely property, easy to find, friendly staff and a few animals to greet you. Stunning view of Taranaki when the clouds lift. Spacious rooms and bathroom and outdoor space for kids to play. Great stay.

Really friendly and helpful management here. Large 2 room apartment so our 5 adults had space. Well kitted out kitchen. We arrived on a freezing winter night and the owners had put the heaters on for us so the rooms were toasty.

Could do with a new more powerful hairdryer.

So tidy and clean. The heater was on and the motelier was super helpful.

We only stayed one night. It was very convenient to turn up to motel & room already unlocked & bonus the heater was on & warmed up the room. The beds were confortable the shower was amazing, very modern & clean. Everything about the room & environment was was excellent, friendly service as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone starting in the area. Would stay there again.

Was a little chilly in the unit. Could benefit from a better heating solution in time.

The couple who run Kerry Lane are superb. The room was everything I needed, loved the rural Outlook, but on the edge of the town, 5 or so minutes from the centre. The bed was a little firm for my back but no doubt would be ideal for others so these places can't be expected to suit everyone's exact wants. I think they have struck the middle ground well.

Very thin walls. Can hear absolutely everything next door. Neighbours tv, cooking, chatting, shower etc. Sorry but this really ruined the room for me. Neighbours were not being loud just being in their room..

El lugar esta muy bien ocupado. Nuestra habitacion fue perfecta para nuestra familia. Muy limpia y con todo lo que necesitabamos. El entorno no puede ser mejor, vista Hermosa al Mt y super tranquilo. Sin duda volveriamos a elegirlo y lo recomendamos.

Lo unico q no nos gusto pero no es tan malo, fue el.colchon blando. Nada grave para pasar unos dias. Ideal.para ir in familia!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte grosse Anlage, man fühlt sich aber völlig abgeschirmt und wohl. Die Unterkunft ist grosszügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten noch länger hier bleiben können. Absolut empfehlenswert.

The room had no AC, it was far too hot at night on the hotter days and we weren't able to open up doors or windows without many bugs getting in

We stayed on our wedding night, the complementary breakfast supplied was very unexpected and a beautiful touch, even a late checkout of 2pm was offered, would definitely stay again, such a lovely place, we phone booked and the lady at reception went above and beyond to cater for us

Nous avons tout aimé. L accueil, la propreté, le calme. A l intérieur, il ne manque rien pour cuisiner, tous les equipements sont neufs. A l extérieur, un grand pré avec des moutons, un jardin d enfants sur la pelouse. Nous recommandons vivement !!!!
