El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente, a pasos de calles principales, y al lado de un pequeño parque hermoso que disfrutamos mucho cada día. Nos quedamos en una habitación privada con aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfecto, el baño era compartido y todo estaba limpio. Las chicas de la recepción aunque no hablan mucho inglés, siempre fueron amables y dispuestas a ayudar. Todo es muy sencillo, pero pensado para que te sientas acogido, hay un mesón en el exterior con agua caliente, café y bananas tofos los días, además de refrigerador y microondas. Cerca hay muchas opciones donde comer rico y económico, también un 7eleven a un par de cuadras.

Mejoraría las almohadas y colchones que son un poco duros a mis gusto. Y las habitaciones están separadas, pero no hay aislación de sonido, por lo que se escucha todo, no hay privacidad.

Very soundproof rooms

We booked Sakura Hotel but were sent to Fuji Hotel instead, which is nearby. We had a lovely stay at this hotel, we even came back a second time. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The owner doesn't speak English (speaks other languages) but we could easily communicate with our phone. Very close to a park where they do free yoga in the morning, and to lovely cafès for a delicious breakfast. It's located at a short walk from the city centre too. It's cheaper if you book with them directly. They provide you with tons of hangers to dry your clothes outside the window and they have a washing machine. If you don't have detergent, there is a small laundromat in front of the hotel that provides it. The surroundings are quite, no noise whatsoever. Water dispenser available at a small free per litre. I am allergic to dust and sensitive to mold but didn't have any issues in any of the two rooms we stayed at. No smells either. There is a fridge in the room. Truly a lovely place.

I think some things that in ny opinion could improve ,like maybe to have a mirror inside the room and the plugs were not working properly. Anyway they werr so kind to let an extra plug to recharge the mobile.

Logement calme dans une ruelle sans issue mais à proximité de la route menant à Wat Phra Singh, au parc et à la porte sud (et son night food market). Chambre confortable, climatisée. Les sanitaires communs sont propres, eau chaude. Des bananes et des boissons chaudes sont à disposition dans les communs. Proche de Tawan rental pour location de vélos ou scooters. Possibilité de laisser son sac pour visiter le matin si départ de Chiang Mai l'après-midi

Pas mal de moustiques (mais c'est comme ça partout dans Chiang Mai). Il manque peut-être d'une lampe d'appoint dans la chambre pour lire le soir.

En realidad reservamos en Sakura y fuimos a Fuji hotel, que es aparentemente lo mismo, están a 150m uno del otro. La ubicación es excelente, dentro de la ciudad vieja. La habitación es amplia, cómoda, con baño privado, aire acondicionado,tiene heladera y pava eléctrica. En la recepción son muy amables.

No tengo críticas al lugar.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in during my last 9 months in Asia. It's in a peaceful part of Chiang Mai, very close to a beautiful park (Buak Had Park) where there are free morning yoga classes every day at 8am ('Yoga in the park' on Facebook). The room was perfect; it had a fridge, air con, a microwave and a kettle. Also the bathroom had a bath so you can fully relax in your own space. It's a 5 minute walk away from a 7-Eleven which was super helpful The staff are super friendly and helpful, I ended up extending my stay 3 times with them! Will definitely return here next time I'm in Chiang Mai :) (Also, you check in at Sakura House, but then they walk you to Fuji Hotel 2 minutes away. So it was actually Fuji Hotel I stayed in )

Great location. The Burmese staff were super helpful and kind. The bath in the room is fantastic. The room is comfortable and clearn. They have good facilities.

The manager didn't spend time to understand my booking situation. He found a solution, which was kind. But it cost me 100 Baht. This is not a lof of money. But he could have saved us both time and money if he had noticed I was trying to tell him something imortant.

We have returned three times in Chiang Mai and every time here. We had not great expectations from the reviews but they were exceeded. The place is simple but clean and tidy, rooms are quite big, there is coffee, tea, water and bananas for free and a fridge and small kitchen to be used. It is true that the walls are thin but it hasn't been a problem at all since most of the guests are respectful. AC works well. The staff is super kind. Position in the centre but in a quiet street. And the best thing was the bicycles at 30 baht per day.

Maybe the bed a bit hard, but it is common in Thailand

バスタブがあってゆっくりできました。

チェックアウト後、宿泊施設から「ドライヤーがなくなっている」と言われ、500バーツのデポジット返金を拒否されました。しかし、私たちはドライヤーを持ち去っておらず、チェックアウト前に部屋へ置いていきました。宿側から証拠の提示はなく、清掃中に部屋のドアも開けられていたため、スタッフや他の人によって紛失した可能性もあります。この件への対応や公平さに欠ける解決方法にとても残念な気持ちになりました。これから滞在する方はお気をつけください。

This was one of the best budget rooms we have stayed in South East Asia in the last five months. We chose a private double room with private bathroom which means you stay in a sister property called Hotel Fuji (for those with a keen eye you can see this in the pictures of the room but we were slightly surprised on arrival). We had lots of space, a small anteroom upon entry with a kitchen style sink and shelves for crockery or food. There was a shower and bath in a separate room to the toilet and the bedroom had a desk, dressing table and sofa. The room also had a kettle, microwave and full size fridge. Self service washing machine was available for a 30B fee and filter water refills were available for 1B/L. Rates were available for short term and more long term stays, although we only stayed three nights it would be more than comfortable for an extended stay. Location is also good in Old Town which is easily walkable within the boundary and a 7-Eleven is close by.

Their were a surprising number of signs telling guests what not to do in both the room, bathroom, hallway, terrace and reception; the tone of these signs does not make you feel particularly welcome as a guest… perhaps these could be reduced in number, rephrased or collated into a welcome ‘handbook’ for the room.

Atención del personal de excelente

Todo está un poco viejo. Dos Los calentadores de agua no funcionan. Le falta pintura en las habitaciones ya que las paredes están manchadas. El aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente y genera frío extremo. Las baldosas de madera del piso están flojas y al caminar sobre ellas se desprenden del suelo y se pegan a los pies.

Perfect place to stay on Chiang Mai. Brilliant location. I enjoyed it so much, I booked some extra nights. My room was very clean and comfortable and aircon works amazing. Staff are very kind and helpful. Bathrooms and showers are great. They are very clean. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided which is very nice. Highly recommend!

Good communication with the host. free coffee and banana for guests during the day. Nice stay.

Quarto privativo muito em conta. De ótimo tamanho, com ar Condicionado e bem Localizado.

Travesseiros altos, o lugar não é bonito, a limpeza do banheiro, em poucos dias, (fiquei 9 dias) ficou levemente a desejar. Estavam cortando algum metal todos os dias, então o barulho atrapalhou um pouco, ja que eu dormia tarde e acordava mais tarde

Clean, comfortable, central, free bananas & coffee! Free products like mosquito repellent, shampoo and sunscreen in the hallway :) Utensils, bowls, cups also available there. Big and clean fridge in room, full of power outlets, washing machine at entrance and 1.5L water refill station at 1baht only! Parking for motorcycles and 7eleven at 2 minutes walking distance. Shower and toilet separated and good hot water pressure!

Wifi sometimes a bit slow and bad smell from the bathroom drain but hey….I loved it there!

Very close to the area I wanted to be in. I love the clarity that they have about their rules and expectations and the value.

They made a particular point for saying no cannabis and it seemed like they had a smoking section. I suppose it goes along way Thailand regulations I prefer they didn’t say that as somebody who, very much enjoys cannabis.

Nice, quiet place to stay. Good showers. Nice staff.

Super hôtel. (Nous étions au Fuji hôtel) Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et bien localisé. Il y a même du café et des bananes à disposition. Une machine à laver est également présente, pour 40B.

Emplacement top, au calme mais dans la vielle ville et surtout le personnel est adorable ! J'ai pu me reposer et prolonger mon séjour! Les salles de bains sont super clean! Matelas très ferme mais j'ai bien dormi. J'étais venue il y a 8 ans et c'est mon deuxième séjour ici, une adresse à garder précieusement quand on aime le calme et le repos. De bonnes petites adresses locales pour manger pas loin de la "maison" Merci à toute l équipe de Sakura house!

Nothing good about this place. I booked this place because of the high rating, but now I'm not sure if I can trust this rating anymore. The place was absolutely horrible. I will give you specifics in a bit. For the price that I paid, which is 900 bath/night I can find something much better knowing what I know now.

*The room was extremely small. Luckily, I was traveling alone with only a single carry-on suitcase. For a couple with larger luggage, the space would feel as cramped as an airplane bathroom. * If you stay multiple nights, there is nowhere to put your clothes or hang a wet towel after showering. Essentially, you get a small square room with just a mattress. * The bathroom was dirty. It reminded me of Thailand 40 years ago, when people used squat toilets and the entire bathroom floor would get wet after showering. * If you wear contact lenses, as I do, be very careful. The shower, bathroom, and sink are shared. The handles were rusted and looked unhygienic, which was very unpleasant. * Guests are asked to remove their shoes at the entrance of the building, yet the floor is very dirty. After walking back and forth in the hallway just a few times, my socks were completely black. * The walls are paper-thin, as the building was not originally designed to be a hotel. I could hear people talking in their rooms and even someone brushing their teeth down the hallway. * Men and women share the same bathroom, shower, and sinks. There are only two sinks shared among eight rooms. * The area is not safe for a female to walk alone at night because it is in a dark and deep alley.

Su tranquilidad , esta cerca de todo pero es una zona excelente para poder descansar bien una calle que esta prohibido circular vehículos a motor y tiene bicis para poder alquilarla solo por 30 bhat el dia

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in einer ruhigen Unterkunft trotz sehr zentraler Lage. Alles in der inneren Stadt ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war gut...nicht zu weit entfernt. Waschmaschine für kleines Geld benutzbar und Trockenmöglichkeit außerhalb des Zimmers vorhanden.

Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe, man hätte genauso gut auf dem Boden schlafen können. Die Steckdosen (ein Mehrfachstecker am Fußende eines Bettes) funktionierte nur bedingt. Fenster verzogen, ließen sich nicht schließen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht vernünftig. Die Luft im Zimmer war immer abgestanden. Es gab Regeln ohne Ende, aber nichts zur Nachtruhe. Es wurde bis weit nach Mitternacht geduscht, sich laut unterhalten, Türen geknallt. War für uns nur eine Notlösung, weil wir nichts anderes gefunden haben.

Great location in the old town, tucked in a quiet corner, but very close to everything. Comfy room and clean bathrooms! Also nice to sit outside! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not too much! Struggled to get some of the showers hot, but one worked well.

Malgrés une réservation pour deux nuits, l'hôtel nous a mis dans un autre hôtel à 100 mètres, pas agréables, très décevant

La localisation était top, proche d’un parc très mimi. Le personnel : très gentil, les douches: propres. Le lieux est facilement accessible, nous n’avons pas eu de problème avec les service de pick up pour les excursions. Lieux calme et tranquille mais proche de tout, du 7eleven, des restaurants, des laveries même si il y a une machine à laver. Bref un logement parfait !

Rien en particulier. Mais s’il faut dire un truc se serait les matelas très très dur mais c’est tout.

Rooms were clean, location is great can be to the other side of the old town within 30 mins walk, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff are friendly.

Shared bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. A fair few mosquitoes in the bathrooms.

Great location, friendly staff and a clean room.

The room was very comfortable and the whole area too. It is quiet place in the old town, close to everything and close to park - great place for excercise and jogging and hang out.

Le lit très très dur, isolation inexistante : on entend littéralement tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur, ce que font les autres voyageurs dans leur chambre. Obligé de dormir avec boules quies et masque et encore ça ne suffit pas...!

The location was great, and the room was a good size.

The property was clean, but there was a slightly musty smell in the room, and it could be a bit noisy when people were talking outside. The bed was also a bit hard.
