The location couldn’t be better! Also really spacious, great facilities and very communicative staff.

The shower water filled quite quickly so it took a while to drain and the bed was a bit hard for my taste but that’s personal preference.

L'appartamento era molto spazioso e luminoso con finestre grandi. Lenzuola e asciugamani pulite, le stanze erano abbastanza pulite. Ottima posizione, facile ingresso con il codice che avevano precedentemente mandato, non ho incontrato i gestori ma erano molto disponibili

Nel bagno, non avendo finestre, sarebbe stato utile avere una ventola di aspirazione

Very good location; easy access; comfortable and well equipped apartment

Cleanliness of the bedroom: there is lots of dust under the bed and behind the nightstands. Apparently hardly ever cleaned. We have brought this to the attention of the cleaner.

Jedynie fakt, że osoba sprzątająca pokój przed nami nie zajrzała chyba do lodówki, bo były w niej pozostawione otwarte produkty po wcześniejszych lokatorach (ser i mleko) i jedna półka w lodówce była brudna, jakby się wcześniej coś na niej rozlało.

Svært god beliggenhet i byen. Litt mange trapper hvis du skal ha større ting med deg opp i leiligheten.

Locatie midden in stad en erg fijn appartement met prima inrichting en bed en douche.

Parkeren is wat lastiger. De dichtstbijzijnde locatie is erg duur omdat je geen dagkaarten kunt kopen.

Emplacement super! Logement confortable, calme, chaleureux, bien pensé, propre. Logement spacieux pour deux personnes. Lit très confortable, au top. Machine à laver bien pratique.

Des détails... Un rideau supplémentaire dans le salon (côté télévision), une planche à découper, un torchon à vaisselle, du liquide vaisselle... Peut-être qu'une table plus grande pour manger serait le bienvenue.

The location is central, quiet and conveniently located for sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. Large kitchen area, but only 2 medium sized mugs and 1 small coffee cup; too few forks and knifes. We ran almost empty dishwasher every day. Door codes were communicated on time before our arrival.

1. The apartment is located on the pedestrian street, and we didn't know where we can park a car to unload our luggage on arrival. Would be useful to have some advanced communication from owner/manager. 2. Apartment #105 is an attic apartment. It has some moldy smell; I was trying to keep the windows open all the time to air it out. 3. My special request was not met/acknowledged.

The location was excellent - close to train and bus station and right in the old Stavanger area. It was very close to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. The entire area was very walkable.

I wish Booking.com would sent check-in information the day BEFORE check-in. Most times I’m traveling the day of check-in and don’t always have good internet access to know the check-in procedure, door codes, etc.. It would help to have this information a day in advance. It also would have been nice to have a microwave in the apartment. This was the only thing I missed.

Es gibt keine Aussicht. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, so sind die Parkgebühren in den Parkgaragen sehr hoch.

Väldigt trevligt boende. Fantastisk öppen, luftig, ljus och modern planlösning. Väldigt bra sovrum och dusch med toalett. Allt suveränt helt enkelt!

Saknades lite lampor och fick inte igång tv-apparaterna vilket inte gjorde oss något gör vi tittade inte på tv.

location was excellent! i love the wooden cabin vibes of the apartment, very cozy! the balcony was great as it allowed us to get a nice breeze in appreciate the kitchen and washing machine as well, very important for us to cook our own dinners and wash our clothes

would be great if more cooking amenities could be provided - e.g. cooking oil, salt (almost out of salt), and a chopping board

Excellent location, spacious apartment with useful kitchenette, check in instructions clear.

1) The appartment has a mezzanine that you can access via a ladder and overlooks the sitting area. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months and had a huge layer of dust on it. Even though we did not go on it, I have dust allergies and was very affected by the dust with crying eyes and nose as soon as I was in the apartment. 2) The bed should be facing a different way, as with the slanted roof you hit your head in the morning when you wake up.

This is truly an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. Although it is located within the city, the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and well maintained. We spent three wonderful and relaxing nights here. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with a high-quality mattress that ensured a good night’s sleep. The management team was always helpful and responsive, answering all our questions and helping make our second stop in Norway a memorable one.

If you are travelling by car, be sure to budget for parking, as the fees can be quite expensive. Fortunately, the management provided us with some useful local parking tips, which were greatly appreciated.

Location. Communication with staff. Washer/dryer. Iron/board. Good self catering facilities.

Bare concrete walls. Dark apartment overlooking inner courtyard. Noisy electrical hum all night which was rectified quickly with a message to staff who were very helpful. Cleanliness could be a lot better -would have scored 10 if cleaner.

A great place to stay for a few days in Stavanger. The location is convenient, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked very well. We also appreciated the heated bathroom floor. The service and communication were excellent throughout our stay.

These are only minor points, but a curtain or blind on the glass entrance door could be useful. The door is close to the bedroom, so quite a lot of light comes in if the bedroom door is left open. Keeping the bedroom door closed helps, but then there is less airflow between the rooms.

entrance hall area was dirty with rubbish bags, abandoned oven, broken suitcase. Too many emails regarding the booking. Downloading an app to check in, completely unnecessary and pointless. Nightmare and v expensive parking in Stavanger but that’s not accommodation fault.

We stayed at Nygata 16,Stavanger for two nights to take Lysefjord cruise and Preikestolen hiking. The location is great. The small one bedroom apt with living room/kitchen has oven, pots, plates and utensils, also washer/dryer combo in the bath room which is really helpful to wash clothes in the middle of my trip. Highly recommend!

Absolutt beste beliggenhet!

We stayed in 2 different apartments. Both well laid out and with most facilities you need. Small but well designed so they feel spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Plenty of storage, immaculately clean and in a really good location. Host replied instantly when we had questions. Apartments were private and really quiet and I would definitely stay again - we felt really at home.

One apartment was slightly less comfortable than the other, which had a larger sofa, blankets and extra cushions. We missed these on our 2nd stay. We completely failed to use the tumble drier! Some explanation of the icons would have been useful, though that may not be the host's fault as we couldn't even find them online... very minor niggles - I would stay again.

Było w nim wszystko, co potrzeba. Gospodarz zadbał o takie detale jak suszarka, nożyk do sera, sól, cukier, kawa i herbata. Niby detale, ale to właśnie one robią różnicę.

The apartment had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. Very quiet, but easy access to the center of everything just out the front door. The bed was super comfy, and having a separate bedroom, kitchen and sitting area made my stay in Stavanger feel like home.

Le tende in camera e nell'appartamento non oscurano quasi niente per cui se la luce vi sveglia al mattino dovrete munirvi di mascherina. Piano cottura e microonde integrato al forno molto difficili da capire come far funzionare. Ho trovato due mattine la porta di ingresso aperta nonostante fossi sicuro di averla chiusa non so se dovuto alla app che prima di salire risbloccava la porta o per un mio errore ma non é stato piacevole. Comunque appartamento super consigliato ci tornerei.

An impecable apartment with nice layout, warmly decorated (charming wallpaper). If you love cooking, you'll be able to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and serve all dishes in a convenient dining section. We appreciated the coffee machine with a selection of capsules as well. The bathroom is functional and perfectly lit. The mirror that spans the entire wall is quite impressive. There are plenty of shelves in the bedroom, an additional TV set is a good idea, too. We liked the very comfy sofa and the rocking chair in the sitting area.😄 The location is great - various restaurants and shopping venues are in the immediate vicinity. The Flybussen (from/to the airport) stops just 2 minutes away. Actually, it was the best accommodation (out of 4) during our two weeks trip around Norway.👍👍

The property was very centrally located and had all the facilities needed for a self catering apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there was a washer/dryer.

Veldig sentralt og til tross ganske rolig. Altibox + Netflix, vaskemaskine, moderne kjøkke med nesten alt man trenger. Koselig designet interiør.

Kjøkken mangler iallfall en saks og en sleiv. Ellers manglet det ingenting 😊 For folk som meg som er over 190cm høye er det uheldig at nettopp ved enden av senga kommer veggen, så at føttene fortsatt dytter mot den. Men det er jo ikke mer rom 🤷

Bilocale comodo ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i servizi compresa macchinetta del caffè, lavastoviglie e lavabiancheria. Ottima la pulizia. Posizione ottima, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il porto cittadino e a 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto. Personale mai incontrato di persona ma molto disponibile a rispondere in pochissimo tempo per messaggio

I loved the apartment itself, superbly decorated and interesting design. Great bathroom, nice living space. I also loved the fact that the air conditioning actually worked. The location is unbeatable.

The bed is not perfect. Decent, but not good enough for a good night's sleep. The door is very creepy, with a smokey surface on it. You can make out shapes outside if there is anyone there and that would have freaked me out had I not been with my partner.

Compleet appartement dicht bij de haven en midden in het centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien (behalve parkeren)

Vooraf had wat duidelijker gecommuniceerd mogen worden over de parkeerfaciliteiten. In de straten alleen kort parkeren. De parkeergarage is zeer prijzig als je de auto een dag laat staan.

Emplacement très calme, tout en étant dans le quartier à voir de Stavanger. Logement bien équipé et lumineux. Hôte non vu mais très réactif en cas de besoin même si quelques informations seraient bienvenues dans le logement (fonctionnement de certains appareils, restos recommandés, parking le moins coûteux...)

Mieux vaut savoir qu'il faut monter 2 volées d'escaliers assez raides et que le logement est en sous-pente ce qui peut gêner les plus grands dans la chambre et la salle de bain mais c'est le charme :-) Que des parkings payants et plutôt chers (le plus proche est très cher, le valberghallen nous a semblé le mieux à 300 NOK pour 24h, Sinon voir le Forum moins cher mais plus loin)
