Room very dirty , left the next day. Would never stay in again .

Le hace falta más limpieza y el desayuno muy simple y no hay lugar en comedor siempre lleno las mesas sucias hace falta personal para estar limpiando y recogiendo platos ,en los cuartos falta más iluminación y limpieza.

Newer hotel clean and comfortable. No pool though or frills . Reasonable price I was content , had a blast in Sonora.

Good location but room in really bad conditions dirty towels with stains dirty floors and walls broken sink it definitely needs more attention to detail.

My husband liked the breakfast. It was nice and quiet . It was nice and cold . It was just the little details like the floor a little crack in the bathroom .

Estoy muy molesta porque reserve Sleep Inn en Hermosillo Sonora, Mexico y cuando marque al hotel me dijeron que ya estaba lleno y no habia cuartos disponibles. Quiero mi reembolso y no me lo quieren regresar, necesito me ayuden porfavor. No es justo y no fue mi culpa.

Las toallas olían mal, la habitación olía mal, se escucha mucho el ruido de las habitaciones.

Buen lugar para hospedarse, nomas que el jugo del desayuno no es natural :( pero incluyen guisos , los chilaquiles muy buenos, nos hicieron limpieza todos los dias, si volveria a hospedarme aqui

An all-around good stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke some English to help in the communications. The only critique I would have is that the toilet is located too closed to the shower wall, making it a bit awkward to sit down.

A pesar de que me quedaba un poco lejos del centro ya van dos ocasiones que los elijo ya que se me hace excelente por el precio y cómodo.

El estacionamiento es una cantina de bebidas embriagantes habia 3 autobuses y la gente con mucho ruido y orinando en cualquier parte ,musoca y bebida en el estacionamiento hasta las 4 de la mañana.NO LO RECOMIENDO.

No se parece para nada a las fotos. No se puede dormir con tanto ruido de afuera. No recomiendo para nada!

Muy bien, lo único el porque 4 estrellas es porque no tenían calenton los cuartos y Hermosillo estaba un poco frío, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien.

I got at the property and the front desk told me that they didn't receive my booking, I was there for a min8ng conference and all the hotels were overbooked, my guess is that the front desk gave my room to another person. They basically kicked me out of the hotel

Bathroom it’s so dark.

Facility was very welcoming upon arrival and staff was great. However, upon getting into our rooms, we noticed that many things were dirty. The sheets still had hair and numerours stains. The bathroom had dirty towels as well. The staff were able to change our rooms which was better. In the morning, breakfast was very stale and lacking of options. We went at 7:30 when breakfast serves at 7:00 and there was already things missing. We change our dates to only stay for that night. I was recommended to stay here but maybe just wasn't a good day for them.

Nos despertaron a las 6 am con ruidos de martillos y taladros, poca presion de agua en regaderas, horrible la estancia para el precio que manejan de sleep no hay nada desaprovecha la oportunidad de jospedarte aqui

Despite language barrier as we have only a little Spanish we were able to get the room with bed type we desired! Excellent hot shower greatly appreciated after five nights without in Mexico!

We have stayed here many times, and have always had a good experience. This stay the weather was extremely cold and we were told the hotel had no heating for the rooms. Made far a very long uncomfortable night.

I didn't like that window was so small like a prisson, and no much soap and toiler paper, very small room.

The hotel is not high end but meets everything you need. I was there for a wedding and spent little time in hotel. It worked for my tight budget

Not what was advertised, not at all how the photos looked. It is older than the images on the site, not comfortable at all, old bathrooms, gross sheets and old pillows. Hallway smells. Not a nice experience and checked out after one night.

El desayuno incluido bastante rico y variado, limpio ,el único inconveniente es que se escucha mucho el ruido de las demás habitaciones.

After my check in I discovered that there was no towels (none) and ask the front desk they just plainly said we don’t have any; not informing about it when one just arrived is completely unethical and unfair. Next morning same issue, no towels; try to talk to person in charge “no way to connect with that person” try online, same thing.

They did not have a reservation for us we did not stay

La habitación estaba algo desmejorada, tenía detalles de limpieza en la ropa de cama y se notaba falta de mantenimiento en la habitación. Otro detalle que no nos termino de agradar fue que el desayuno es asistido y eso está muy bien, pero la persona encargada de servir, se dedicaba a comentar no de manera cordial sobre la cantidad de las porciones que pedían los comensales y el como combinaban sus alimentos, asegurando que eran raras las formas o que ella nunca había visto que comieran así los platillos que se ofrecían en el bufet. Y parecía que contaba la cantidad de comida que pedía cada comensal, cómo si no fuera bufet. Entiendo el tema del desperdicio, aunque asumo que si se paga por un servicio, el deber del personal es asistir a los clientes con cortesia.

Bath towels were stained (not sure if they were clean 😐), no hand towels. Didn't find a way to turn on the AC. Not enough ligth in the bathroom.

I have a pleasant stay , clean, friendly and like the they have a guard to keep an eye on vehicles all night.

I had to cancel my stay. The hotel clerks made it seem that I had reserved a single to justify my room not available until I showed them my reservation details they offered my money back. They wanted me to have a single room when I reserved and paid for a double for our family of 4.

Hotel is perfect for a goodnight sleep after a long drive. My family and I have stayed here for 4 years every summer on our way to our summer house to Michoacán. Breakfast is delicious as well.

El hotel esta bien para irse a quedar un fin de semana, pero me toco un cuarto donde avia muchos moscos en el bano y no me agrado eso. Pero lo de mas estubo bien.

Rooms was extremely like cold and no heater ,only one thin cover on bed, no blankets, no sheets, bed had only 2 small pillows bathrooms had only one towel with no washcloths , no extra towels and no tissue.

Hotel muy bonito, desayuno muy rico. Y más importante el cuarto está limpio.

After a 10 hour drive, I love that the check in/out process is very easy. They are ready when we get there with the reservation already printed and when you leave you just hand them the key. We had a good experience the 1st time, so we also stayed on our way back. They have a security guard for the cars and the parking lot is well illuminated. The WiFi worked great, my kid was able to take online video chat classes with no problems. I read previous reviews and saw lots of complaints about the towels. This is true. The 1st time we stayed there we got 1 towel for a double room meant for 4 people. The 2nd time we stayed there our room had 2 towels (still not enough) but no shower soap. This was not an issue for us, since I travel with my own towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The breakfast consists of coffee, orange juice, sliced bread, Mexican pastries, chilaquiles, beans, and eggs w/ham (day 1), eggs w/chorizo (day 2), and sliced fruit (papaya & cantaloupe). I asked for cereal because my kid doesn't eat eggs and the chilaquiles are spicy but they said that due to COVID they don't have any. So if you stay there with kids, there isn't much of a breakfast choice for them.

Clean and comfortable. Very Nice staff. Laundry services which is a plus! Will definitely stay there again.

I froze the first night because the hotel did not have any heat. It was in the low 50s outside and probably only in the mid 50’s inside

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk check in was not rude, but not welcoming either. The room was very cold and the heater didn't seem to work at all. The bed only had a thin blanket and sheet, so it was a but chilly for my liking. The breakfast was reasonable.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE! The service is terrible. Our first room had a leaky ceiling and had to change rooms. In the morning we came out to a broken car window and items stolen from our car. The hotel was complacent like, that's a shame. Manager never showed up for the situation. An employee of the hotel told my husband that this happens here very frequently and still they don't put any security in the parking lot. There are many other hotels in the area...I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Mostly clean place (more later). Upon arrival neithe room had towels and the night time staff severely lacks common hospitality courtesy. A visitor arrives and I have to put on shoes to sign them in at reception. It’s not enough for the desk to call and confirm, they require the guest to present ID, take copies, etc. For a visitor. Upon leaving, the receptionist stopped our party and required us to retrieve the card keys from the rooms and turn them in at reception. The floors, bathrooms are very clean. What’s not are the comforters, which are not changed in between guests and they do not use flat on the bed, which means you’re basically sleeping in the he same unwashed bed as the number of guests who slept there before you. I will not return for both reasons - ignorant hospitality and the unclean beds. If you can get past those things and clean, but beat up and frayed towels then this is your place.

The lock was broken on our door which resulted in us being locked out of our room for 2 hours in the middle of the night. We had to sleep in the lobby for 2 hours while they “fixed” the lock. By “fixed” I mean they cut a big hole in the ceiling and broke in to our room with a broomstick.

The bathroom was not clean but other than that our stay was ok.

It was a good location for us. It is a new hotel, everything worked fine and lots of USB charging plug-ins. There were flies in the lobby and dining area, but it could not be helped. There were flies everywhere in Hermosillo at that time.

It is a nice clean place near shopping and food, only down fall the dish was not active for 2 days or more

It was simple, clean, good for sleeping (not to spend too much time in it because its small). Very good for the price, if you are going to be busy during the day and need a place to sleep, this is s good choice.

USA style hotel. nice comfy bed. AC and cable. Right across is a shipping center.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room had a great a pleasant decor. Only one sheet on the bed, breakfast not served till 7 A.M....a little late for travellers going long distances. 6 or 6:30 would be much better. Silver ware was upside down in containers, thus having each patron touching parts that would go into your mouth. Cereal was "kid" oriented, rather than bran flakes for senior travelers. But the bed was a good one for a good nights sleep!

Second time staying here and it is perfect for an overnight stay if you are traveling and need an overnight spot. Room was comfortable. Price is good and breakfast is a nice bonus. Access from the Hermosillo loop road is very convenient.

Small but comfortable place to have a nice rest

We stayed for one night in this hotel and started regretting it almost immediately. To start, the sheets were stained black when we first arrived. The heater was broken and it took the staff about an hour and a half to confirm for us. They forgot to put towels in the bathroom for my wife and me to shower. Overall, we were very disappointed because it seemed as if the staff did not care at all.

Clean, modern, great parking... best sleep in a week during our trip!!! Great breakfast included and wasn’t expected.

Excellent Service and Super Friendly staff: from Front desk to Security officers all very polite and professional. I left my 2016 Dodge Ram open by accident one night and nothing was removed from the truck at the parking lot, it tells you how secure the place is. Breakfast is very good also. Did not want to leave the hotel;, but need to return home. This hotel just became my home away from Home.
