Love the layout, the pool and the cleanliness of the room. However the pool is a bit dirty because of the trees but the kids sure do had fun.

The tray clear, cereal clear, bread also no refill. Nugget keras pau keras. Makanan no taste. No dessert yg menarik. Before this ada puding, ada cake ada jelly. This time datang, kek kedai speedmart. Gula takde. Reason, today talde gula. Minum kopi takde gula. This time dtg breakfast tak best langsung.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte perchè la mattina successiva dovevamo prendere un volo. La struttura si trova a meno di mezz'ora dall'aeroporto ed è dotata di ampio parcheggio. Colazione ok, le opzioni dolci non sono tantissime ma è sufficiente. Molto più fornite le opzioni salate. Bella piscina per fare un tuffo rinfrescante. Camere spaziose.

Pulizia migliorabile, il lenzuolo era lavato ma erano presenti delle macchie. L'arredamento è in stile industriale, con mobili realizzati in ferro e legno e con tubi in ferro. Purtroppo, soprattutto i mobili in bagno, presentavano un po' di ruggine e andrebbero sistemati, soprattutto perché ci poggiano sopra gli asciugamani.

Verschrikkelijk hotel. Allemaal containers waar arbeiders wonen. Rondom de tuin waren een soort van ronde containers daar zaten wij. Om daar te komen moet je over een parkeerterrein lopen. Heel vaag. Eenmaal in de kamer deed de airco het niet. De deur aan de tuinzijde was kapot. Kregen we niet op slot. Bed stonk. Zwembad vies vol met bladeren. Kapotte bedjes maar liefs 5 stuks. Ontbijt was redelijk. Ik kom niet meer terug. Werd er depressief van.

La situación, está lejos relativamente del centro de Putraya pero con Grab por 3 euros vas y vienes .

Pool dirty

The room setup was as shown in the pictures. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and mini slides. Breakfast was decent, and the location offered good accessibility to nearby amenities. The highlight for the children was definitely having a room with direct access to the pool.

The bathroom could use some upgrading, as the water drainage was slow, the WC appeared quite dated, and the shower head had a minor leak. Breakfast was acceptable, but the service could be improved, particularly during busy weekend periods, as food replenishment was rather slow.

The breakfast buffet is quite good with a variety of foods. We chose the hotel because of its location so we were not disappointed in our choice. The swimming pool is very welcoming especially if you bring kids along.

The room is a little bit cramped so it is quite difficult to perform our prayers inside the room. We parked our car just in front of our room which is very convenient for us. Being on the ground floor also helps.

1. Water supply issue. Tiada air pada masa2 tertentu. The room is paid at normal rate tapi air tiada pula. Patut bagi diskaun. 2. Swimming pool agak kotor. Badan jadi gatal. Need proper maintenance and cleaning.

Pool was not clean, so many stagnant water on the floor. Surrounding was not nice like we stay before. So many things need to upgrade. Plus water supply problems.

First, rasa x berbaloi stay sini. Ruang sempit, katil pun kecil. TV pun x banyak channel yang dapat. Yg paling worse, air tiada 2x selama 2 malam says stay. Dekat 3@4 jam. Spastic dok hotel stay pergi camping. Untuk bilik pool view pun biasa2 ja. Sy punya pool view dapat hanya pinggir pool ja pun. MCM lebih kepada garden pool. Telephone ke reception Dari fon hotel x pernah berjawab. Xtau la function ke tak. Saya terpaksa call guna line hp. WiFi teruk. Air conditioning pun usang ja. Remote pun x elok.

- Love that we could park right in front of the room, super convenient especially with kids and luggage. - Reception, room, pool & breakfast area are all within walking distance, so everything was easy to access. -The kids really enjoyed the pool! There’s a slide and 3 different pool height categories, which is great for families with children of different ages. - Breakfast was good too. Not a huge variety, but all the food served was tasty 👍🏻

The room (314) was okay overall, only downside was the air-conditioning not well functioning, felt quite hot 🥲

I like the location of the hotel. I like the fact that the pool is right in front of the room and very accessible.

The pool is not well maintained. Dirty. The toilet of the unit also looks run down and the floor of the room felt oily.

Perlu ambik perhatian ye...2 Kali saya jatuh dihadapan bilik pool kerana lantai mozek yg dipasang tak sesuai ditempat itu.sepatut pasang la mozek yg kesat supaya tidak licin.besi² karat yang mencacatkan pandangan sekitar hotel,daun² kering berterabutan dlm pool ...air kolam Kotor🤢bahagia batu² kecik dipermukaan pool sgt tajam...bahaya utk anak².bilik lambat siap...towel lambat dapat.tv pun lambat boleh dapat siaran. the room is too small...the bed is small..the aircond is full of dust...should service the aircond.

The security keep questioning me for parking in the compound when i was in and out for several times and when I was talking over phone in the car. totally annoyed.

My kids absolutely loved the pool! It was such a unique experience with the pool straight from our room. Honestly, it felt like having a private resort. The surroundings were beautifully maintained, peaceful, and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room design is stylish and cozy, but the space feels a bit tight for a family.

what i like more is the hospitality that this hotel provide, especially when it comes to welcoming their guest. Kudos to the team at the receptionist area. They make me comfortable already even before i check in into my own room. Thank you!

The chair is dirty. The tv was a bit in weird location. And if your room is in front of the pool, there will be a many flies in the room. Dont know why.

I have paid the breakfast fees during my booking but according to Dash Box, I did not paid for it.

They have live band performance 2 meters away from my room. It was so loud that we have problem to go to sleep.

Air kolam terlalu masih. Badan anak saya gatal dan naik ruam pedih sbb klorin terlalu kuat. Next time tolong pantau kuantiti klorin kolam. Bilik air saya terkena bahagian yang kerap air bertakung.

Suasana macam kampung. Saya datang dari tahun 2019 sehingga sekarang. Tandas awam bersih.

Baru-baru ni air kolam terlampau kuat klorin. Anak saya mandi kolam sampai gatal badan naik ruam-ruam pedih. Dan air kolam masin. Kenapa terlalu kuat klorinnya? Kesian badan budak-budak yang mandi.

its a quiet place to get away actually. even though in the middle of the city.

Breakfast not so much choice.. at RM30 should at least have other than nasi lemak. Got room in front of the construction site... so constant hearing dung dang dung dang.

The room was very clean, and the parking facilities were comfortable/convenient.

The phone in the room was not working, and some of the facilities appeared to be poorly maintained.

Spacious, clean, huge pool, comfortable bed and pillow. My family loves it!!! Walking distance to eatery places. Parking is right in-front your doorstep.
