El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son cómodas al igual que las camas. Debo resaltar la excelente atención de Nogc en recepción, es encantadora, está siempre disponible a ayudarte para lo que necesites. El desayuno es muy bueno y las chicas Tran & Bien son excelentes

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are helpful as well as they helped me with my Grab order. They also gave me hot coffee when the coffee in the counter was already cold.

The hotel doesn't have parking space so I had to cross the street with my luggage which was an inconvenience. I used the next hotel's parking for Grab pick up to the airport.

More effort should be put into cleaning rooms and hotel as a whole. You will see what I mean.

Trung tâm ,đi lại các điểm muốn đến rất thuận tiện, nhìn thấy cầu rồng. Uyên , Yên , Ngọc và cả chú bảo vệ Dũng rất là nhiệt tình . Nếu có cơ hội nhà mình sẽ lại quay lại khách sạn này.

Alles war sehr gut, ausser das Personal.

Das Personal war freundlich, aber die Arbeiterin an der Rezeption gab uns untüchtige Informationen, z.B: "Ihr müsst eine Stunde vor der Abfahrt des Zuges am Bahnhof sein" und dann zwei Sätze später "Ihr könnt das Check-Out eine Stunde vor dem Abfahrt des Zuges machen". Und die Frauen am Frühstückbuffet waren alle auf ihrem Handy.

The room was old, small, and very hot. The buffet breakfast was disappointing, with very limited quality options. I was served a spoiled banana, and when I informed the staff, they simply responded, “Yeah,” as if they were already aware of the issue but still chose to serve it. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not meet expectations and was definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it.

Staff are so lovely and friendly here! We only spent one night here and wish we stayed for a bit longer. The location is very handy and close to Han Market plus the river.

The location near Dragon bridge, Han market and eateries is wonderful for us as we only have a short stay of one plus day to explore Danang. The reception is friendly and helpful. Special mention to the porter Pujong (pardon if his name is spelled wrongly) as he takes great effort to ensure our safety when crossing the street and aligning from Grab vehicles. Thank you.

I was really looking forward to our stay here. I had booked a suite with river view so we would be able to see the dragon bridge from our room. When we arrived we were given the river view room on the 3rd floor. On entering the room we found it was dark, we then went to look at the river view only to find that all we could see was a tree that blocked the view out of the window. We did not have a river view. The hotel said we could have a full refund and we could go somewhere else, Da Nang was very busy and we couldn’t find any where else. I explained that the reason we had booked this hotel was for the view but they said they were not able to move us. In the end we had to settle for a discount to the room. A discount helped but we booked for a river view. We were very disappointed with the room and don’t feel that they should say the room on the 3rd floor has a river view. The photos were very misleading and did not reflect our view. One good thing was that the breakfast was very good.

Location was perfect, many places were within walking distance. If not, a short taxi ride away. Room size was decent, a tad larger would have been nice. The breakfast was amazing. The entire staff was GREAT!! a few names I recall are Tran & Bien - Very helpful, and always willing to assist in anyway.

Everything.Super friendly and helpful staff who made the stay feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had a stunning view overlooking the river. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was very tasty. Highly recommend.

Zentrale Lage, schöner Blick auf Fluss und Drachenbrücke. Wenn man jedoch den feuerspuckenden Drachen in Aktion sehen will, sollte man Richtung Drachenbrücke gehe. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer groß, allerdings teilweise etwas abgewohnt. Personal sehr freundlich, hervorzuheben ist Security Herr Phuong, der wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Lt. Booking com sollte es begehbare Dusche geben. Es gab jedoch Badewanne, welche wohl von vielen asiatischen Gästen bevorzugt wird, aber nicht unsere Priorität ist. Beim Duschen in der Badewanne wurde immer das halbe Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, da kein Duschvorhang vorhanden. Frühstück hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

The hotel is located very centrally in Da Nang with an amazing view over the river and Dragon Bridge. I really enjoyed having a balcony/terrace. It gave my stay a very relaxing feeling. Rooms are modern and very clean! Breakfast was decent!

We really liked our room, we had an amazing view of the river and the Dragon Bridge. In the morning, we had a great view of sunrise reflecting on the river, and at night we watched the River Cruises passing by. The staff were great, especially Phung who assisted us with our luggage and with directions. For someone his age, he had so much energy, and he always had warms smiles for the guests.

Aurora ist ein sehr angenehmes Hotel. Die pinke Kirche könnte ich vom Fenster aussehen. Mit ein paar Schritten warst du schon an der Drachenbrücke. Vielen Dank, ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

We had a very pleasant stay at Avora Hotel in Da Nang. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. It was a very convenient and relaxing place to stay while exploring the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Bien, the young woman working in the restaurant. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again.

The clean room with everything a normal guest needs..The girls in reception were very nice and helpful. The beds are comfortable too.

Die Lage. Das Zimmer lag nicht an der Straße und so war es ruhig. Bad war relativ groß. Umfangreiches Frühstück.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Für eine Nacht ging es.

Buena Ubicación y bien desayuno, aunque me gustaría que tuvieran mejores opciones occidentales. Son pocas, se acaba rápido y no las reponen, varios días tuve que pedir que por favor repusieran porque no tenía nada para comer que no fuera asiático.

Nuestra habitación solo tenía una pequeña ventana que daba a una pared.

The hotel is very well located, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, and eateries. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The reception and bellboy truly stood out — they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang.

Grab pick-up can be a bit challenging, as Grab drivers tend to stop at the sidewalk opposite the hotel. This means guests need to cross the road, which can feel unsafe since traffic does not always stop, even at the zebra crossing.

There was a noise like chairs being dragged across the floor but they weren't, just couldn't find the source. It was mainly in the evening/night and then morning, made it a little hard sleeping. Told the reception upon checkout and they apologised for the inconvenience.

Great location, near the river. Breakfast was ok, multiple asian options, not so many continental options, but even so, with more than enough.

Bedroom is very small, far from the 25m2 mentioned in the room details. Last day we added an earlier check-in and asked if it was possible to have some breakfast in a box to take with us... 4 pieces of sliced bread, plain, without filling... it was not exactly what we expected.

I really enjoyed my stay at Avora, where the location was very good. My luggage was taken care of by an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman who brought it to my room. He even accompanied me to safely cross the street. This thoughtful gesture alone made the hotel immediately feel very welcoming.

The only small downside was that the shower was not fully sealed, so some water leaked out.

The location is near tourist spots, restaurants and markets. Breakfast buffet is great. It offers variety of choices. Staff are friendly and can speak English.

It was located in very convenient area and the price was reasonable. The staffs were very nice, Ms. Suong was extremely kind to me and my friends.

I found some hairs on the bathtub plug. That’s the only thing I wasn’t happy about this hotel. But except this, it was nearly perfect!
