Clean room, kind and friendly staff, lots of parking available and super close to Gotemba outlets. The rooms are massive!

Hotel room was amazing with all sorts of bells and whistles (hot tub, lighting adjustments). It was also big! The outside of the hotel looked a little rough and public transportation is limited.

とても良かったです。たまたま友人と同じ施設に宿泊してる事が分かり、カラオケも利用させていただきました。 とても楽しくて、また利用したいと思いました。

1人で一泊しました 部屋は広くて良いですが、まどを開けたかったのですが、カーテンが無くふすまだけなので閉めると外の明かりが入らず閉塞感があった。 ベッドもセミダブルとダブルの２台あったが、なんかヘタリ感があった

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, un personnel vraiment sympathique, patient et professionnel. Je voulais un bon hôtel pour me préparer au mt.Fuji et me reposer après en être revenu. Je ne me suis pas trompé dans ma réservation, cet hôtel est top !

御殿場アウトレットに近い場所で、買い物の前泊や一泊で最適です。料金も安くリーズナブルです。受付もご親切に対応いただきありがとうございました。また利用したいと思います。宜しくお願いします。

房間很大，我和家人共3人入住，3張双人床，有按摩浴缸，有sauna 室，有按摩椅，房間內提供的咖啡好飲，由酒店駕車去景點也方便。

The facility is nice, though a little outdated. Think of it as a high-end hotel from 10 years ago and you'll get the picture. The rooms are MASSIVE and the big hot tub is a life-saver after the long walks to the hotel (About 30 minutes from Gotemba station). Closest convenience store is about a 15 minute walk so make sure you stock up before you go to the hotel!! I would book here again for my next Hakone or Mt. Fuji trip

サウナ付きのお風呂 大きいベット 広い部屋 毎回快適です

富士スピードウェイでSUPERGTを観戦してからの宿泊でした。ゴールデンウィークでしたが渋滞も少なめで到着出来ました。ホテルは元ラブホ感はありますが 絵本やマンガがたくさん用意してあったり テレビが大きく見やすかったです。部屋にアクアクララのウォーターサーバーや電子レンジもあり、コンビニのご飯を温めて食べました。お風呂はジェットバスで疲れを癒すことが出来ました。また観戦するときには利用させて貰います。

自然観察の一人旅で利用しました。 元ラブホテルの趣はライトやインテリアに少し残るものの、大変清潔で快適に過ごしました。 平日の利用で宿泊客が少なかったのか、お部屋をデラックスツインに変更していただけて、本格的なサウナで汗を流しました。 ウォーターサーバーがあるので、冷たい水が飲み放題。ペットボトルに移してサウナで飲みました。 すっかりリラックスし、夜はぐっすり眠れました。 一つ気になったのがソファーの前のローテーブル。 天板がガラスで、テーブルの脚よりかなりはみ出ていているため何度か角で自分の脚をぶつけました。 これだけ☆マイナス１です。 後は言うことなしで、次に利用する機会があったら朝食付きを検討しようと思っています。

どこにでもアクセスしやすい位置にあって最高です！

Property is showing its age a bit but was obviously a luxury hotel at one point. Everything is very clean and the staff are excellent. We took advantage of the available breakfast every day and it was very good. Here again the staff were great and even offered to package breakfast for my son who could not get to the restaurant on morning. Location is great if you have a car (we did).

방의크기가 매우크고 조명도 밝고 심지어 안마의자까지, 욕조스파도있었고 심지어 사우나까지(사용이 가능한지는 모르겠음) 정문에서 후지산뷰도 좋아요, 모든게좋았음.

The place was wonderful. I loved the view of Mount Fuji. The hot tub was amazing. I will definitely be returning with my wife and me.

御殿場ICに近い

宿泊だけならとても良い宿です。御殿場アウトレット宿富士山観光には持ってこいの条件です。価格がとてもリーズナブルで部屋も広いです。部屋も設備も清潔でした。 ただ、付近に飲食店が乏しいので食料品は事前に調達をお勧めします。

ん〜ほぼラブホのまま。

宿泊するためだけのホテルですね。

寬敞 有洗衣機

エアコンがとてもうるさく、効きも悪い感じがした、 そして、TVもBS放送が映らない！ 食事をとることが、全く出来ず、近くにも、食事をとれる店がない。 ラブホテルを改装した感じのホテルだと感じた。

元々ラブホテルを改修したからかタバコ臭い。 アロマ消臭されては如何でしょうか。 廊下が寒過ぎます。 ルームサウナは非常に楽しめましたよ。

お部屋は広く、お風呂も広くて満足です。 ただ、製氷機がなくフロントへお願いして取りにいかないといけないのに不便を感じました。

カビ臭い

サウナがあり、快適でした。

初めて泊まらせて頂きました。お部屋はすごく広くお風呂はジャグジー・サウナ風呂付きでこの値段でと思いましたが、風呂場はちょっとカビの臭い、ジャグジーのスイッチを入れるとゴミの様な汚れカスが出て来た又、トイレの便座が故障気味でした。

もとラブホっぽかったけど 食事買い込んで、レンジでチンして🆗‼️

We stayed in a double room with mountain view for one night. We hoped to get a good view on Mt. Fuji while soaking in the private Jaccuzi but unfortunately, due to bad weather, there was no view whatsoever. However, the private Jacuzzi was still a very great experience, regardless of the weather. The room was also extremely spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the room was equipped with a huge tv, a microwave, a mini fridge and a water dispenser. You can also change the color of the lighting in the room. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel is a little remote from the center, so we had to walk a few minutes to the next shops and restaurants but in turn, we really got to enjoy the peace and quiet of this hotel. We will definitely stay in this hotel again, next time we visit Japan.

私は広い部屋が好きなので、こちらのホテルは部屋が広くて快適でした。 周辺は何も無いので、食べ物持参が必要です。 朝食(有料)のマフィンは美味しかったです。 御殿場に宿泊する時は、また利用されて頂きます。

このホテルは値段が安く素泊まりなら部屋も広く費用対効果高いです。ウォーターサーバーがあるので助かりますしお湯も沸かせます。 This hotel is budget-friendly, and if you choose room-only accommodation, you'll have spacious rooms with a high cost-effectiveness. They also have a water server, which is convenient, and you can boil hot water.

予約していたお部屋ではなく　デラックスタイプのお部屋をお使いくださいと　言われとても親切だと思いました。 部屋の中に電子レンジやウォーターサーバーなどがありゆっくり　くつろぐ事ができました。 ただ　サウナがある部屋でしたので早速入りましたが、思ったより緩くて　そこは残念です それ以外は大満足でした 又利用したいと思います。

This is my 2nd time to this hotel. Very large room with special amenities. A few mins drive to the outlets.

チェックイン時に対応してくれた方が慣れていないのか説明が分かりづらかったです。 部屋はスタンダードツインでしたが、浴室ともとても広々していて、電子レンジまで備えてあり便利でした。 浴槽はバブルバス・照明（赤とか緑とか変化）とか楽しかったです。 朝食も当初は素泊まりの予定でしたが、チェックイン時に追加オーダー（1100円/人）。 エッグマフィンとサラダ、他にシリアル・オートミール、ドリンクはコーヒー、ミルク、オレンジジュース、カルピスなどおいしくいただき満足できました。 あとフロントで「おつまみセット」（1000円）で販売していましたが、ポテトチップス、ベビースター、あられ、焼鳥缶それになぜかカップラーメンとレンジで温めるご飯という組み合わせ。 自販機はアルコール類はありません。 アルコールはフロントで購入なのかも。

部屋にウォーターサーバー、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、大型テレビがあり快適ですが、元ラブホテルのようで雰囲気はそれなりです。車があればアウトレットまで5分の距離なので便利です

Definitely not a 2 star hotel, i would say easily a 3.5 to 4 stars, the view at the entrance is amazing! Room is big and washroom is HUGE. Overall a very good stay for my family of 3

Wi-Fiが使えなかったのと地上波が映らなかった。

部屋は広く、室内のお風呂も広くて快適でした

房間很大，有雪櫃有微波爐，洗衣房有洗衣機及乾衣機各兩台供房客使用，但就欠缺管理，我有1天先排隊洗衣服，衣服洗好等乾衣機等了快兩個小時，別的房客不依時來取回自己衣服，亦不知道是那位房客，到前枱亦找不到員工協助！應該提供一些房號卡可掛在洗衣機附近，這樣就可以知道誰在用洗衣機可容易處理，不然他一整晚不處理自己衣服其他人就不可用嗎?

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, and very well cared for accommodations. An added bonus was the groovy light system in the room plus the jacuzzi bath.

I loved that there is a little drop off door for food. Shower room is amazing. Entertainment provisions look pretty cool. Definitely coming back. :)

室内の湿気が高く、とても快適とはいえませんでした。 清掃も不充分でホコリが多く、ハウスダストの為、くしゃみが止まりませんでした。 朝飯もひどく、コンビニ弁当にしました。

過去のクチコミで元ラブホというのは分かっていましたが、行ってみると思った以上にその名残りがありましたので行く相手によっては注意した方がいいかもしれません。 しかし、朝食が部屋の配膳口で受け取りというスタイルはコロナ時代の旅行としては、他の旅行客やスタッフにも直接会わないので、ある意味ちょうど良いのかも？と思いました。 さすがアメニティグッズなどはとても充実していました。

過去の口コミからおおよそのホテルの知識は持っていたのですが、リセプションの対応、アメニティー、朝食のサービスについては大変満足いくものでした。 時節柄新型コロナウイルス感染の心配も無いといえば嘘になりますが、実際入室後のホテル側の準備に不安は払拭されました。

建物が古く、部屋が暗い。

房間設施齊全，女士落妝爽膚水都有，房間大，有浴缸。吃早餐送到房問口，有魚或雞set,照顧周到，值得再次光臨的酒店。

富士山が目の前に見えて綺麗でした。 御殿場アウトレット、時之栖のイルミネーションに行きやすい場所です。 朝食は、順番遅かったので、補充してないものが多く、少ししの中から選びました。それぞれ個室になってるのはよかったです。 部屋は一階だったのでお風呂にテレビは無かったです。 文章だけなので、よく分からず写真の様な部屋は選べませんでした。 場所は観光にちょうどいい場所です。

今回で３回目ですが、毎回快適です。

Unlike the majority hotels in Japan, the rooms are spacious. Restaurants with 5min driving distance are opened till mid night. Highly recommend if u you are going to Gotemba premium outlet and shan’t to stay somewhere near.

이호텔은 이가격에 진심 돈을 벌생각이 있는 호텔일까라는 의문이 들정도로 좋았어요 모텔을 개조한호텔인거 같은데 조식 룸 크기 룸안에 스파욕조까지.. 그리고 방안에 노래방기계..ㅋㅋ 세탁기 건조기 다 무료이용이네요 그리고 한국 와이프를 둔 일본직원분 진심 좋았어요! 고텐바 아울렛까지 차로 5분걸립니다. 진짜 강추합니다.

部屋が広くてよかったです。朝食会場が少将戸惑いました。

ツインの部屋に泊まりましたが 部屋、ベット、お風呂が広くて驚きました。 朝食もブッフェではないけど…しっかり美味しく頂きました。

以前の事を気にしなければ、最高です。 備え付けの物もその辺のホテルに比べれば、最高です。

Large rooms, excellent staff, clean, good Japanese and western breakfast.

I feel that this is a has been hotel, very nice large rooms which is unusual for Japan. It was clean and reasonably comfortable, but what let this hotel down was that it advertised an Italian restaurant, even to the point of a illuminated sign outside saying "LEONE OPEN"! However the restaurant had long since closed and was now used for the buffet breakfast only. Not only was there no restaurant, there was no bar or ice machine either! The only saving grace was the fact that there was room service food available.

元の施設に対して偏見がなければリーズナブルな宿泊施設だと思います。 周辺には何もないが車を利用してアウトレットモールや箱根など観光するのに場所は良い。 朝食を食べるところは少し狭く感じました。 スタッフの皆さんは親切で気持ちよく対応してもらえました。

Stayed in a smoking room by accident which was not ideal but I'm sure same room non-smoking would have been lovely. Our room had mood lighting settings, karaoke, Jacuzzi tub, and other amenities like that.

Huge hotel room for the deluxe double we were in. Huge jacuzzi and even a sauna room inside the bathroom! It’s a lover hotel with huge TV and unlimited movies (incl those that... excite a couple), but I think kids can totally stay there too. Small selection of breakfast spread but that’s ok. We stayed there for the proximity of Mt Fuji, and it was a fun drive up the mountain roads. Location is in the middle of nowhere but just off the highway so it’s best for those who drive.

Roomy in Japanese standard. Vibe is more like a love hotel.

book a double room. and the room is huge with 2 sofa, 1 king size bed and huge toilet. overall the room is comfortable just that the toilet has a weird smell upon entering

Symba Resort Hotel is an excellent place for an overnight stay if you plan to spend the day in Gotemba Premium Outlets. The hotel provides an amazing collection of current movies in the in-room entertainment system and a wide range of toiletries. The breakfast set is also well presented and delicious.

Delighted with EVERYTHING. The manager was kind enough to give us a lift to the station. We had a superb dinner in the hotel restaurant . Large comfortable room.

This is a nice hotel ( also you can rent rooms hourly i think) near 2 parks in Gotenba. Large but a lilttle dated rooms nice queen size bed and bathroom ( size of iur tokyo hotel room) with soaking jet tub is nice also. If you stay with children be aware tv has few free AV channels ( just turn off tv cable from the back no problems) and you have a nice hotel. Its a bit far from the main station about $10 usd in cab fare ( 3-4 min) or 15 min walk
