We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The riad is beautiful, bright and very clean, with traditional decor, fresh flowers and a lovely orange blossom scent. It was very quiet at night, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent — in the Medina but close to the edge, so we walked almost everywhere: about 20 minutes to Koutoubia Mosque and around 25 minutes to the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and modern restaurant areas. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with Moroccan tea and sweets, gave us great recommendations and helped with parking, which was only a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10.

Staff were lovely, breakfast is very good. Quiet location. 12 minute walk to the medina. Easy to find from the street and drop off from taxi. Felt safe. Just to note, there is a tax you have to pay, didn't realise until we got there.

Our room was very small and wasn't very private being on the ground floor. The whole riad is very small, if you prefer a bigger place where you blend in then this isn't really the place for you. Saying that, that means you get special attention which is also nice. We didn't really like that the cleaner came in and moved all of our belongings. Thought the dinner for 20 euro pp was a bit overpriced, although it was nice. Breakfast for us wasn't actually on the rooftop, it was outside but one level below so we couldn't see much but it's nicer than being inside. We enjoyed our stay, we slept well, just not sure we'd come back.

Amazing Riad, the staff is very friendly and always helped in any doubts. From spacious room to excelent breakfest, cleaning is really a 5 × place to stay.

I spent five days at this riad and, honestly, I can’t say a single bad thing about it. The staff were absolutely excellent and always attentive to everything we needed. They were also very helpful with arranging taxis from the airport to the riad, and everything was perfectly on time. The room was very clean, and there was no noise around that disturbed us, so everything was really comfortable. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this riad.

Personnel agréable, souriant, aux petits soins. J’ai été accueillie avec le thé et la pâtisserie. J’ai demandé si je pouvais diner chez eux vers 20h, le soir de mon arrivée. Non seulement, ils ont accepté, mais m’ont demandé ce que je voulais manger. J’ai eu un excellent tajine à l’agneau. J’étais seule mais la générosité marocaine a fait qu’on aurait pu manger à deux. Un vrai régal. Félicitations à la cuisinière. Idem pour le petit déjeuner. Il était excellent et gargantuesque. Je tiens à remercier Sofiane qui s’est occupé de moi durant mon séjour. Un jeune homme très agréable et serviable. Je tiens également à remercier la dame qui s'occupe de l'entretien et du ménage. Femme adorable.

This riad is the perfect location to explore Marrakesh and everything the centre offers during the day and night, as it is only a 10 - 15 minute walk away. The riad is beautiful inside with lots of traditional features. The staff have been exceptional from the moment we booked the stay to the minute we left, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommended anyone visiting Marrakesh to stay here.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits agréables dans ce Riad authentique situé dans une impasse calme. L'accueil est chaleureux, un peu comme à la maison ou une auberge familiale . Café et thé sont offerts tout au long de la journée sur demande. Le petit déjeuner est complet et délicieux . Le linge de lit et de toilette sont propres et savon, shampoing sont offerts .Le personnel est bienveillant et prêt à rendre service à tout moment. Merci à Marième et son mari pour l'accueil et les échanges.

Breakfast brought to you at whatever time 7am or even 10am. Staff are super friendly and give you a welcome tea and chat as well as constant updates throughout the days you are there for. Staff are incredibly kind and always want you to be happy so don’t be afraid to ask for anything!

Frukosten var väldigt bra och personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Le Riad est très bien placé dans la ville, dans une rue calme, dans un quartier agréable et vivant. La chambre était très confortable, la climatisation est un vrai plus. Le Riad est très joli et très bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse était bon et complet. L’accueil par Marieme et son mari était super !

Riad molto bello, curato e a pochi minuti da Piazza Jemaa El Fna. Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno organizzato la gita e non abbiamo dovuto pensare veramente a nulla. Moustafa meraviglioso e pronto ad aiutarti sempre, Meriem molto educata e cortese, anche le signore che riordinano le stanze e cucinano sono sempre sorridenti e molto gentili. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Se dovessi tornare a Marrakech questo sarà il mio riad.

Nous avons passé la fin de notre séjour dans le même Riad et nous étions très heureux de retrouver Mustafa, Ghita et Aïda avec qui nous avons beaucoup échangé et comme en début de séjour ils étaient très attentionnés et chaleureux. Ils ont le cœur sur la main et sont tjs prêt à répondre à nos attentes pour rendre notre séjour merveilleux. Mustafa nous a appris beaucoup de chose sur l’histoire du Maroc c’était très intéressant. Nous avons égal rencontrés la Marieme, la gérante du Riad qui est égal très agréable et accueillante. Nous reviendrons et recommandons sans hésitation ce Riad à toute personne et famille qui veulent s’immerger dans l’ambiance et l’atmosphère de la Médina.

Very good riad with very good people. We felt at home. Thanks to Meriam, Mustafa, Rita and Aida! This riad is clean and in a very good location. We’ve never lost in narrow alleys and we felt safe as two women.

Il Riad è veramente bello , ben arredato e ben tenuto, pulito e con il servizio pulizia in camera. Ottimo come vicinanza per visitare tutta la medina con piacevoli passeggiate. Le camere sono veramente belle, con aria condizionata e delle belle terrazze. Noi abbiamo usufruito della colazioni e devo dire che sono state ottime e ricche. Tutte le visite le abbiamo prenotate tramite la struttura, per non dover pensare a nulla, sono andate tutte bene e la proprietaria Marieme si è sempre accertata che tutto fosse andato nella maniera giusta, senza nessuna problematica. Ci teniamo a fare una nota di merito a tutto lo staff, la proprietaria, le signore in cucina e il grande Mustafa! Sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutare, anche quando , per colpa di una mia incomprensione, l'ho svegliato alle 6.30 del mattino...tutti gentili e sempre col sorriso.

Le Riad est très calme, très bien décoré pour une immersion totale. Légèrement excentré de la place mais à seulement 10 minutes de marche, c’est un quartier très paisible. Le personnel est chaleureux et d’une gentillesse remarque et toujours présent et porte une attention singulière à tous les clients. Les petits déjeuners et dîners sont délicieux et préparés par le personnel. Pour les amoureux, vous pouvez vivre un super dîner en terrasse dans un cadre romantique oriental. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Nous n’avons pas d’adjectif négatif concernant le Riad et le personnel, vous pouvez y venir les yeux fermés.

Lovely breakfast, very accommodating staff, room was lovely and cool on arrival, with water which was fabulous.

I had hoped that we would have breakfast on the terrace as advertised on the booking however was still lovely.

The best was Mustafa, he made our Day Better. Everything was really clean and the cooking incredible , but on top of everything, he help us with everything

That we didnt have Hot water at the room, sometimes at night we wanted just something Hot, and we had to go outside, nothing too bad.

Par nature, les chambres localisées ds un riad peuvent être un peu bruyantes mais on le sait auparavant. Cela n'est pas particulier à cette localisation.

Realmente la atención fue excepcional. El Riad es muy bonito y cómodo. Muy buen desayuno. Mustafá está siempre atento a los huéspedes y Nour siempre pendiente de todos los detalles.

O rooftop poderia ser mais aproveitado

Estuvimos alojados mi mujer y yocon un un grupo de amigos en Riad Bab Tilila del 01/04 al 06/04/206. Todo el grupo del pais casco exepto yo que soy marroqui y afincado en Euskadi. Todos, sin exepcion, hemos tenido una estancia mas que agradable en el Riad. La atencion del personal era muy buena buen y especialmente Moustapha. Moustapha ha sido atento en todo momento y cordial. Todo el grupo , cada mañana, disfrutaba del desayuno como niños. Para la despedida. La ultima noche pedimos una cena en el Riad que todos la hemos disfrutado . Pollo al limon . ( no quedo nada en los platos). La ubicacion es la edonia si se quiere esta cerca del Souk, jamaa lafna. Andando se puede hacer recorridos interesantes.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné. Bien que situé au coeur de la Médina et à max. 25 minutes à pied des principaux lieux de visite de la ville, le riad se trouve dans une ruelle très calme. Le déjeuner servi à table (et éventuellement sur le rooftop) est très copieux et très bon, avec quelques variations quotidiennes. Nous avons dîné sur place à une occasion et c'était délicieux. Sur demande, le riad peut organiser des navettes (aéroport) ainsi que des excursions.

La salle de bain est un peu petite (c'est dû à l'agencement du riad) mais c'est inconvénient minime

Pasamos tres noches en este Riad, en realidad en uno anexo que tienen al de recepción a 3 minutos andando y no pudimos salir más satisfechos con la estancia. Desde el recibimiento hasta el trato de Mustafa, siempre pendiente e incluso saliendo a comprar algún dulce sin gluten para el desayuno de mi mujer. Los desayunos son espectaculares! Y la ubicación inmejorable para visitar Marrakech, con todo a mano para ir andando. Nuestra habitación era muy comfortable con una terraza muy agradable, aunque el armario era un poco pequeño. También tienen una buena oferta de excursiones y actividades. Nosotros hicimos la de Agafay, con paseo en camello, quads, cena y espectáculo muy recomendable. Repetiríamos este Riad sin duda si volviéramos.

Por poner alguna pega, parece que en mayo es temporada de abejas y había algunas a la hora de desayunar en la terraza del Riad, pero pudimos desayunar dentro donde solo se colaba alguna.

It is very charming and atmospheric. The location is terrific. Most impatiently the owner and the staff, especially Mustapha, go out of their way to make you welcome, comfortable and help in any way they can. It becomes a very special place to stay.

There is nothing to dislike.

Quiero destacar lo maravillosa que ha sido nuestra estancia en este Riad. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa gracias al trato tan cercano, amable y acogedor de todo el personal. Especialmente Mustafá y Aída, que han sido encantadores en todo momento, siempre atentos, serviciales y con una sonrisa que hacía aún más especial la experiencia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y cuidada al detalle. El desayuno fue simplemente increíble: abundante, variado y todo delicioso, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, ideal para moverse y disfrutar de la zona cómodamente. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10. Volveríamos sin pensarlo y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una estancia auténtica, cómoda y con un trato excepcional. ¡Gracias especialmente a Mustafá y Aída por hacernos sentir tan bien!

Great location, perfect for a short visit in Marakech. We had everything needed and our host Mustafa was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

I had such a wonderful stay at Riad Bab Tilila and can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect, everything is within easy walking distance, and the area felt very safe at all times. What really made the experience special was the people. Marieme is an incredible host who truly makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Mustafa was also fantastic, so attentive and clearly very hardworking, always making sure everything ran smoothly. If you’re looking for somewhere welcoming, comfortable, and well located in Marrakech, this is it. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after throughout our trip. The riad was beautiful, relaxing and full of character, with such a lovely atmosphere. I stayed here for my birthday and the team went above and beyond to make it special – surprising me with flowers and a birthday cake which was such a thoughtful touch and meant so much to me. We made some incredible memories during our stay, from exploring Marrakesh and enjoying cocktails in the evenings to an unforgettable desert trip with camel riding, quad biking, dinner and a show under the stars. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will always remember it and would absolutely love to return one day!

L'accueil fantastique, chaleureux, amical, comme si on arrivait dans la famille. Mustapha, Marième et les dames du ménage et de la cuisine sont tous extraordinaires, d'une gentillesse et d'une hospitalité incroyables !!! Le riad est magnifique avec une superbe terrasse, avec une superbe vue sur l'Atlas. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, frais, variés et pantagruéliques... Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec une belle déco. L'emplacement est idéal. Nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Větší pokoj, příjemný personál, velmi dobrá snídaně.

Mustapha und natürlich auch seine Chefin Merieme waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Riad besteht eigentlich aus zwei Riads die ca. 5min Fußweg auseinander Liegen. Beide sind gleichermaßen schön und fast identisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, wobei die Auswahl ähnlich zu anderen Riads war. Die Aussicht von den Dachterrassen war super, da man das Atlasgebirge mit Schneekuppen sehen konnte. Die Lage ist super, da man zu Fuß alles erreicht und 5min entfernt ein bewachter Parkplatz liegt der allerdings ca. 100Dirham für 24h kostet. Es wurde uns außerdem ein Hamam mit Massage im Riad von Meriems Verwandtschaft vermittelt, welches 40m vom Riad entfernt lag.

Das Bad hat leicht gemüffelt, war aber sehr sauber.

Riad bellissimo, pulito e in posizione ottima per visitare Marrakech. Atmosfera autentica e rilassante. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con il sorriso. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mustafa, super accogliente e professionale, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa! Anche la colazione era davvero ottima, abbondante e con prodotti tipici buonissimi.

Camere poco isolate dal rumore

Heel goede locatie. Net een beetje buiten de drukte van de souks maar zeker dicht genoeg zodat alles te voet kon gebeuren. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Communicatie op voorhand en tijdens verblijf verliep heel vlot. Lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het transport van de luchthaven naar de riad. Ook daar kregen we mooi tijdig bericht en werden we opgewacht door een heel vriendelijke chauffeur.

Je kon soms gemakkelijk andere gasten horen, maar dat ligt eerder aan hoe riads gebouwd zijn dan deze specifieke riad. Wij zelf hier uiteindelijk amper last van gehad.

Location was very well and close to souk. Very safe to walk around at night. The rooftop was very nice place to start off for breakfast. Staff was excellent and welcoming, very thankful for how Mustafa treated us.

L'accueil était vraiment chaleureux et le personnel au petits soins. Mustafa a su répondre à absolument toutes nos demandes et plus encore. C'est grâce à son partage et sa bienveillance que nous avons passés un si beau séjour. Les petits déj, le dîner et l'organisation des transports entre l'aéroport et le logement nous ont permis de passer un week-end sans problème de logistique tout était facile.

Nice and tidy riad in the medina with very friendly and warm personnel and owner. Great breakfast and Marieme the owner loves to give tips and advice for your stay in the city. Rooms are small but clean and cosy. Good bed.

The Riad has 2 locations which means you have to walk 5-6 minutes to the other location for breakfast. This is far from ideal and we didn’t know this in advance. They could’ve communicated this more clearly

Riad piccolo ma dotato di ogni confort, molto silenzioso e molto pulito!! Si trova all’entrata della Medina, comodo ai punti incontro per escursioni varie e taxi. Cena marocchina preparata dalle loro cuoche, buonissima (entreè, zuppa, tajine ottimo, frutta)! Mustafa è SUPER, ha la soluzione a qualunque problema possa presentarsi!! Il nostro volo è arrivato in tarda serata, ci ha organizzato il trasferimento dall’aeroporto e ci è venuto a prendere al punto d’incontro ( 2 min dal Riad). Lo stesso alla partenza, ci hanno tenuto anche i bagagli tutto il giorno. Colazione speciale, preparata al momento. Spremute, thè, latte, caffè, pane tipico, uova, marmellate, miele, frutta ecc.. Mai avuto nessun problema mangiando di tutto. Noi avevamo 2 camere: Suite Ibtissam ottima x 3 adulti e Suite Adam x 2 adulti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!!

Diese Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und alles was man sehen sollte ist fußgängig leicht erreichbar. Das besondere hier war jedoch die Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse war auch sehr empfehlenswert!

Mustafa was so helpful and kind. I couldn't find my way back one night and he was very helpful on the phone and with my luggage. I would definitely stay here again. It's great value for money and perfect Location.

Il Riad è a conduzione familiare, la signora Maria è veramente gentile e riesce a farti sentire a casa. La colazione ma soprattutto la cena cucinata dalla Rita è sublime, il miglior Tajine mai provato. Il primo giorno siamo atterrate presto e ci hanno offerto subito la colazione sul terrazzo con vista sulla Koutoubia. Mustafà, il ragazzo tuttofare, è molto gentile e disponibile.

I had a fantastic time at the Riad - Mirieme was a fantastic host and very welcoming. The location is great, easy to walk into the souks and the jardin majorelle, it also felt really safe as there was a security guard right outside. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean.

La proprietaria Marieme super gentile, da subito ci ha fatte sentire a casa. Colazione abbondante e molto buona, i giorni in cui siamo partite presto per fare delle escursioni ci hanno fatto trovare una colazione take away. Tutto lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Consiglio fortemente per la gentilezza e la posizione che ha permesso di raggiungere in 10 minuti la piazza e il resto della attrazioni. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Nos recibieron con pastas y té al llegar tras un duro día y el día que salimos, como teníamos que salir pronto, nos prepararon un buen y abundante desayuno temprano. Tanto la habitación con el baño disponen de todo lo necesario para que sea una estancia muy cómoda. Muy buena ubicación.

Very authentic , great location , the hosts were very nice , we left early for our flight and they made us a lovely packed breakfast . More importantly, my father left behind his hearing aids , they were kind to post them back to us

Il punto forte di questa struttura è stata la gentilezza, la cordialità di Marieme e di Brahim che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Dal transfert da e per l'aeroporto in piena notte, al thè in terrazza, si sono sempre prodigati affinché non ci mancasse mai nulla. Struttura vicinissima al centro e ad ogni attrazione. Colazione fantastica. Wi-fi funzionante. Non nego che se dovessimo ritornare a Marrakech questo sarebbe ancora il nostro alloggio. Grazie di tutto!!!!

Se vogliamo trovare una nota negativa, se cosi possiamo dire, la stanza era un po' umida.
