The suite was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. The bathroom was very spacious. We didn't have the chance to use it but the pool also looked very inviting.

The only slight hiccup was that the air conditioning didn't really get the room cool enough when it was 24 C outside. It would have helped if it had been on before we arrived. Luckily the night cooled off so it was fine with the windows open.

Warm, friendly welcome. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The evening meal, Italian themed, was exceptional! Delicious breakfast too! The Spa was a lovely addition to our stay.

You can easily reach the city via the telepherique and it has cute restaurants. The hotel is located in the citadel which has very good views and is super green and beautiful surroundings and also the hotel has a nice architecture. The setup of the space including the rooms are all very spacious. The outdoor pool was lovely in temperature and clean.

The room is a but confusing, there is a huge kitchen but it is not equipped with plates or cutlery so not intended for use somehow. The bed in the room although Hastens was quite used on one side which had quite a dip in the mattress. Also after use the bathtub drain was quite smelly. In the shower there were some slippery spots on the floor.

Tout était parfait: localisation, chambre, calme, le personnel super sympa, le petit-dej. On reviendra!

This is an exceptional place. Very beautiful grounds, buildings and suites, welcoming and professional staff, gorgeous breakfast, wonderfully relaxing pool area. Up on the hill, one can take a cable car down to the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

We are just back from 4 nights at ne5t. It was amazing !!!! Everything adds up. The hospitality of the staff makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast with top quality products all from the area is perfect. The room gives you an amazing hug when you open the door and come back from a walk or a visit to the city. The dining experience in the room was super. Very nice dishes, adapted wines and presented very professionally by the team. In the area it is lovely to walk, you can enjoy amazing views and you feel that you are in a safe area also to park your car. We did not try the welness yet cause we enjoyed long walks in nature those days. The room was always very welcoming warm when you came back at the end of the day. Coffee and tea were available to catch after a nice shower. In a couple of words 'It's a hidden gem in nature with an amazing staff where you feel welcome'. We will definitely go back and then try the welness.

Nice enough hotel. Large room, very comfortable. Staff tried to please. Not an ideal position for Namur, nothing much around the hotel other than houses.

Alles beviel ons enorm. Het avondeten was ook super lekker geleverd in onze suite. Iets wat we niet gewoon zijn, viel heel goed mee! Het ontbijt ontstekend lekker en vers. Het domein beviel ons enorm, boven onze verwachtingen.

Über Namur in einem exclusiveness Wohnviertel gelegenes Refugium mit nahezu allem Komfort, den man sich denken kann. Sehr liebevolles Personal, extrem gute Küche! Individuell gestaltete Zimmer mit viel Platz!

It was the most extraordinary hotel I have ever seen. Not only was our suite large, it was also beautifully furnished, with lots of little original details. A dream come true! The evening meal by the pool was delicious, and the breakfast was very balanced and tasty. Excellent coffee!

Lovely place but our visit sadly marred by the unwelcoming receptionist, who was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. Her emails ignored our questions, then on arrival we were treated as an inconvenience; no smile, no warmth, no help with the bags. We had planned to eat at the hotel but in view of her attitude opted to go out. If you're going to work in hospitality, at least be hospitable!

Because it was extremely hot we asked for an extra fan to supplement the aircon and this was arranged promptly. We loved the outside pool. We ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding. Very imaginative, especially the vegetarian options with the shared dessert being wonderful. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Stunning location, very friendly accommodating hosts. This is more than excellent please visit just for the cooking. It’s also a safe haven for parking in a hilltop location a couple of kilometres from the centre. The facilities are amazing and the finish inspiring.

The in suite 4 course meal is not to be missed.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area with good views. We stayed in the Ne5t suite which is situated in the roof and has many exposed wood beams. There is an area for the TV, an open bedroom with a dining corner which extends over the roof. The Hastens bed is extremely comfortable. Facilities include a small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and a Marshall blue-tooth speaker. There is a lovely bath large enough for 2 people and the rain shower is large and powerful. We chose the 3 course dinner which was served in the dining corner and each dish was very creative and tasty. Breakfast was served in the dining room and most products were local. There is a small spa with hamman, infra-red sauna and a swimming pool all set in a beautiful calm environment. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. We'll definitely return.

A beautiful hotel with great rooms, spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the Terrace suite and had a little balcony. Food was also excellent- breakfast is tasty and fresh. A very nice massage too.

We would have liked a warmer welcome with a better explanation of how things worked, such as the dining in your room, spa etc. suspect our language barrier got in the way.

To pay €70 extra for three hours beautiful but basic spa is far too much. You would have expect its included with hotel room. Same for breakfast, very nice but €26 pp very expensive for basic breakfast.

Great place for couples! Quiet surroundings, nice view, very comfortable bedroom! The suit was wonderful!

Everything was incredible! I treated myself to the three course meal in my suite and it was some of the finest food I have ever had. I had sole use of the spa, which made me feel like royalty. Honestly, this was the most extraordinary experience.

Location is a little tricky to locate.

We got as a present the Cosy experience for 1 night, which included champagne, caviar, a 4 course meal with accompanying wines, 3 hours in the spa and breakfast. Very nice hotel. It is a different experience to get diner served in the room. Somehow this feels very comfortable, you don't need to get dressed and can eat at your own pace, much more relaxed than in a restaurant, I must say. Despite the distance from the kitchen and the stairs that need to be climbed by the staff every course was still nicely warm. Quality of the food was ok. Although the package contains 3 hours in the spa, 2 hours is more than sufficient in the pool, hammam and pool. Room is very nicely decorated with an open bathroom between the 'room' and bedroom. Small shower though. Soft beds which gave me an excellent sleep, for my wife less though. Breakfast with nice local produce. Friendly staff with no Dutch knowledge.

Our suite proved to be excellent—roomy, pristine, and tastefully designed. The four-course dinner served there was truly outstanding, with a variety of wines perfectly complementing each dish. The interior design of both the suite and the entire hotel was exceptional. We also enjoyed a fantastic massage session and made good use of the spa facilities.

Not having time to stay for another night was our only problem. :-)

Just 6 rooms, but what a wonderful concept ! Slightly away from the loud city center (20 minutes walk downhill), offering professional service from employees with a smile. We stayed in White Suite which is a large two separate rooms (must be around 70 sq.m) suite, located on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel also offer a very nice and tasty breakfast (extra paid), what is in mynopinion worth to consider. So planning your trip to Namur, book NE5T ! But don’t wait till the last moment as 6 rooms is a bit challenging to find one available in a last minute :)

If you want to offer a surprisingly great experience to your partner, this is the place! It’s a small structure where nothing is standardised, everything is unique! The suites are simply breathtaking and each one is different. The dinner experience was outstanding: every course is a true taste journey, accompanied by a different wine, perfectly adapted ! The spa is awesome and almost only for you.

The property is located in an idyllic part of town, but it is still very close to all the restaurants and shops. Check-in went smoothly and the room was incredibly, especially the bed. We felt as though we were sleeping on a cloud. The spa was not crowded at all, which was very relaxing.

Our suite was beyond perfect! We had the terrace suite with balcony, very spacious and clean as well. The staff was very kind and polite. It’s located in a very quiet area what makes it perfect to relax. Just a short drive away from the city center of Namur.

The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the Spa. Maybe we expected it to have some more things, but it just 2 sauna’s and the pool. We still enjoyed, as it was very relaxing.

The room service on the night is bad , the meal arrive not hot because they travel outside with it , without protecting the food from the cold , and reçeption behaviour is wrong, they told us that room need to be leave at 12h , not 12h 15 because cleaning g service come , what a rude people who never go to hotel school and learn that in a five stars , the client always expect a yes …

Wifi connection was weak. Room had no built in airco (just a mobile unit) so it can get warm; we were able to compensate by sleeping longer in the morning when the temperature was lower.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Germany - what a beautiful place! Lovely surroundings, great service and exceptional food - a real treat! The meal served in our room was of top quality and was one of the best we have had in a long time - and served to us personally by the knowledgeable chef. The spa was perfect - small but perfectly appointed in the arched brick cellars. We hope to be back.

We just returned from our 2nd - 3 night stay at the NE5T Hotel in Namur, Belgium. Again, no disappointments at all. As before, everything exceeded our expectations. We used the hotel as a hub and made daily trips to cities and towns such as Spa, Durbuy, Dinant, Maastricht, Liege and Bastogne. This 6 unit resort sits in an up scale neighborhood, on the very top of a hill, overlooking the city of Namur. It is a restored old farmhouse made out of stone and timber. I cannot explain how amazing these units are. The design, space and decoration in all of the units are prodigious. We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom suites which includes a kitchen, dining room and family room. The resort has an outside pool as well as an indoor heated pool with a spa. As to the service, wow!!! The manager Nicholas, which is also an amazing chef, and his staff are hands on, from breakfast to dinner. Excellent customer service in all aspects at all times; very pleasant and courteous during our entire stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant to go to for dinner so Nicholas brings the restaurant to your room. We had his meals on all 3 nights in our room after tiring travel days. The dinners consist of a 3 course meal with wine pairings included in the price. They serve you as if you were in a restaurant, one course at a time. Once you are done, they clean up. And… the taste, is that of a Michelin restaurant with high end ingredients. You will definitely be amazed. Already looking forward to a future return.

If you want luxury, quietness, relaxation mixed with amazing food then this is definitely the place to stay. Tucked away at the top of Namur, the Ne5t location is a little off the beaten tourist track. But why go anywhere else when you can ensconce yourself in the Spa, quietly chilling out and taking treatments as you see fit. And then the food - bountiful breakfast and if you choose, utterly delicious dinner (of Michelin standard) served in the accommodation with an accompanying wine flight. This place is brilliant. We will be back.
