Super emplacement, à 5 min du métro. Chambre spacieuse. Bon rapport qualité/prix

La propreté n’est pas irréprochable (quelques traces de moisissures et calcaire dans la douche). La personne à la réception était assez peu sympathique et a littéralement levé les yeux au ciel en nous demandant nos passeports.

Hotel is ok. More like a business hotel than what you might normally expect from something that calls itself a design hotel.

Average, and wiring in room leaves a lot to be desired

1) 광주라는 도시를 경험한다면 상당히 좋은 위치였음 2) 건물의 외형보다는 실내(복도)가 독특하여 신선하게 느껴졌어요 3) 가족 숙소로는 적절한 느낌

1) 복도가 어둡다고 느꼈어요(아이가 걸어가다 계단이 있는 것을 몰랐다고 합니다.) 2) 창문의 광경이 좀 답답했어요(view가 볼게 없음) 3) 벽의 조명이 불필요하게 느껴짐

위치가 너무 좋았다 금남로4가역 지하철에서 도보 5분이었고 근처에 명동처럼 번화한 거리가 있었고 무엇보다 518이 그 건물 옆 도로에서 있었다는 것은 광주여행의 의미를 더해주어서 맛있고 즐겁고 또한 배움의 여행이 되었다 조식도 최고!

방안 청소가 바닥 부분 특히 구석 부분에 조금더 이루어 지면 좋겠다

Die Unterkunft war ok, vor allem die geniale Lage mitten im Zentrum.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel. An einem Tag gab es kein Büffet zum Frühstück, stattdessen ein „Tellerfrühstück“ und es war nicht klar warum. Das hatten wir anders erwartet.

Downtown im Einkaufsviertel gelegen. Tiefgarage. Riesige Badewanne auf der Terrasse. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Viele Restaurants in Laufdistanz.

とにかく朝食が充実していました。朝食会場も清潔感があり、空間的にもゆとりがあって、おいしく頂けました。

10階に宿泊したのですが、すぐ上が朝食会場ということもあり、朝早い時間から調理場で動いている音がダイレクトに聞こえてきて、若干の騒音レベルでした。ぼーっとしていると早朝から工事を行っているのか？と思うくらいの音が聞こえました。同室の人が調理場の音だと気づいたのですが、確かに水の流れる音や、まな板の音などだったと思われる音が１時間近くだったでしょうか？してました。他の階での宿泊であれば、全く問題なかったと思います。お部屋はきれいで使いやすかったです。

I was travelling alone and booked a Deluxe Twin Room for 3 nights. The location is perfect! On a side street of the Chungjang-ro restaurants and shopping streets but very quiet. Not far either from places like Dongmyeong-dong café streets and the Asia culture Museum. With close access (about 5 to 10 minutes walk) the subway line to reach other parts of the city. The room was very spacious for one, but a couple with a child would have largely enough space. It was very quiet and I did not hear the neighbours. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. All staff were very kind and friendly and helpful with whatever questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying at the ACC Design Hotel.

If I really had to find something I did not like... the room only had a "small" window (compared to the size of the room). So even during daytime, it was quite dark and I had to switch on all lights to be able to read at the desk. But honestly, that was not even an issue... ;-)

Miserable greeting when we arrived at 12 to leave bags knowing was a 3 pm check in. Reception desk continued to be absent or unhelpful. Reception desk itself is too high up or staff seating too low! They seem to be hiding away from clients. As for ‘design hotel’ nothing designer about it! In fact as i am writing this i have realised i have scored too highly

Könnte wiedermal einen Anstrich ertragen. Sieht alles etwas verbraucht und schäbig aus. Leider lag ein starker unangenehmer Duft im Zimmer.

위치 - 광주시내 한복판임, 518민주화운동기록관은 코앞에서 보이고 전일빌딩은 걸어서 3분거리, 근처에 맛집도 많고 최고였음 조식 - 조식을 먹을까말까 고민했는데 조식 완전 추천합니다 여태껏 다녔던 호텔중에 최고임!

없어요! 딱히 생각 안남 글자수 채우라니까 채우는데 진짜 없어요 ....... ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 좋다니까요

Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte fußläufig viel erreichen. Man konnte das Fenster ganz öffnen und es war ein Insektenschutz angebracht.

Leider roch es beim reinkommen immer etwas muffig, deshalb hatten wir immer direkt das Fenster auf. Es gab einen großen Schrank, aber leider keine Kleiderbügel.

The location is very good for transport and food.

The room was noisy. The refrigerator is noisy. AC gurgles randomly during the night. Poor insulation in the room. Reported to the front desk and they said all rooms the same. Take ear plugs.

We had a spacious room with 2 sofas and a styler. Steam cleaned my jeans as an experiment! Passion suite has black net curtains and a plant filled terrace with no space for seating. Easy walking distance to the art street and Asia Cultural Centre. Twosome cafe close by for breakfast. Took a cab to Wando for the Jeju ferry for comfort.

Souless restaurant/bar. We ate elsewhere but had a drink here. We’d recommend trying to find something more authentic.

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel in bester Lage in Gwangju

Leider sind die Herren an der Rezeption weder freundlich noch gesprächig wenn man etwas fragen will. Das Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant hingegen ist äußerst aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Den ersten Eindruck bekommt man aber an der Rezeption , das ist sehr schade, denn das Hotel ist ansonsten sehr schön . Im Zimmer wäre eine kleine Einweisung auf Englisch für die gesamten Hightech Anlagen (LG Tromm Styler, Airkondition, Lichtanlage) von Vorteil.

벽에 있는 수도관에서 물소리가 매우 크게 들림. 인접한 방에서 화장실을 사용할 때마다 소리가 들리게 됨. 특히 밤에 잠을 자는 중에도 소리가 너무 크게 들려서 잠을 자기가 어려웠음.

The rooms are very tired. The shower head didn’t work properly and it could have been cleaner. Even the corridors are dusty and dirty.

Das Zimmer war gross und sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist super – man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuss. 😊 Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn ein früherer Check-in möglich gewesen wäre oder zumindest geprüft worden wäre. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung war nur kurz möglich, etwas mehr Flexibilität wäre hier hilfreich.

Det låg nära till allt, mycket fräscht, bra städat. Bra receptionist som hjälpte till att beställa bord, tolkat mm.

Det saknades galgar fanns endast två stycken. Det fanns ingen helkropps spegel och Rummet upplevdes mörkt.

The location of ACC Design Hotel is fantastic, at the heart of Gwangju. It is also high standard, rooms are nice, and some of the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

Some of the staff did not want to help the guests, and was outright unhelpful. They should not work in the service business. Coffee too weak and breakfast not good.

The pillows were way too high and hard, the breakfast has poor choices outside of traditional food.

Tolle Lage, stylisches Hotel und große angenehme Zimmer. Alles sauber. War schon das 2. Mal dort und wieder sehr zufrieden!

Der Preis von 15000 KRW für das Frühstücksbüfett ist happig.

The hotel staff were really friendly, and the location was perfect—lots to see nearby, and the subway station is just a short walk away, which makes getting around super easy. That said, the hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell. When I walked into the room, there was a mix of a sewage-like odor from the bathroom and an artificial air freshener scent—it was pretty overwhelming. There were also a few small but annoying issues: the conditioner barely came out, the hairdryer cover was broken, the shower mat kept getting caught because the shower door opens outward, and the TV remote had weak batteries, so the TV responded very slowly. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but with the smell and all these little problems, I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Hotel di design. Stanza bellissima, veramente molto grande con letto matrimoniale, letto singolo e divanetto. Bagno molto ampio con wc separato dalla doccia. Letti molto comodi, Pavimenti in marmo, lavandino nell'ingresso, scrivania, armadio, finestra scorrevole e accappatoi a disposizione. Ciabattine per camera e doccia a disposizione. Pulitissimo. Personale gentilissimo, posizione vicino a tante attrazioni e centro raggiungibile con facilità,

Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto, se devo trovare una nota negativa solo la Colazione non inclusa nel prezzo, ma con possibilità di farla in struttura.

체크인은 일찍 온 순서 상관없이 카운터에서 기다리고 있어야 가능. 체크인 전 짐 맡기는 시간은 12시부뎌. 직원 중 한 분은 엄청 무뚝뚝해요.

부득이한 사정에도 이해해주시고 배려해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다..덕분에 ACC에서 머무는동안 병문안도 편히 다녔고 장례식도 잘 치뤘어요..광주는 첨 가봤는데 가장 좋았던점은 ACC호텔이였던것 같네요~따뜻한 배려에 진심으로 감사했습니다🙏

Great hotel. Very unique with an art gallery. Rooms are well done, great design and fantastic location.

Floor corridors are a little dark

야구보려고 2박했는데 거리도 가깝고 주변 시설들도 좋았어요~

승용차라 주차는 했는데 통로가 좁아요ㅎ

방이 좁은 편이고 테이블이 너무 작고 부실했습니다. 무엇보다도 그 날 컨퍼런스가 있어서 그런지는 모르겠지만 지하 주차장에서 로비로 가는데만 5분 정도 걸리고 로비에서 7층 객실로 가는데 5분이 넘게 엘레베이터를 기다려야 했습니다. 그 외엔 대체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

ACC 주변에 위치한 호텔로 위치적으로 바로 뒤가 번화가여서 구경하기에 손색이 없어요!! 호텔 컨디션도 좋고, ACC랑도 가까워서 자주 이용할 듯 합니다. 직원분들도 친절했어요

직원분들의 응대가 매우 칭찬할 요소입니다. ACC 근처 호텔을 찾는다면 좋은 선택지 중 한가지 입니다.
