We have stayed at many of the hotels at the north side of the Prophet's (as) mosque over the years, but in terms of service, quality, comfort and value for money Dallah Taibah is by far the best, and we always make a point to try to stay here when we visit Madinah. The staff are super-friendly and they genuinely make an effort to treat their guests as individuals and to make sure that their stay is a pleasant one. The rooms are very clean and a good size and also considerably better value for money than some of the larger and supposedly more prestigious hotels in the neighbourhood. The location is perfect for families with both the men's and women's entrances to the mosque being very close by. It is not a huge hotel and there are plenty of lifts - which means that there are no long queues as people try to catch their prayers in time. Although we usually eat outside, when we have dined at the hotel the quality of the food and also the friendliness of the service has generally been very good. They are also generally quite accommodating with respect to late checkouts. On this particular visit we treated ourselves to an executive floor room (with a private reception, private elevators, larger rooms and mid afternoon treats in the executive lounge) and they let us check out at 4pm and then wait in the lounge between asr and maghrib time so that we could wait in comfort until we took a taxi to the airport. Having said that, we have always had a good experience here whether in standard, premium or executive rooms - all of them are good value, and for all of the reasons above, Dallah Taibah is our first choice hotel to stay at in Madinah..

There are some renovations going on currently but nothing that affected our stay in any way.

Very good location and friendly staff.

I have been waiting for a refund for a booking made through booking.com for last 6 months and despite hotel promising refund, it hasnt been processed by hotel. I like the hotel and have stayed twice since then.

We had a wonderful stay at Dallah Taibah Hotel. We arrived quite early and requested an early check-in. To our surprise, after about an hour, around 12 PM, our room was ready. Even better, they upgraded our room for our family, which we honestly never expected and really appreciated. While they were preparing the room, the team invited us to use the lounge and take some rest. We had some nice snacks and were able to relax comfortably after our journey. The supervisor and the entire team were excellent throughout our stay. A special thanks to Ms. Asrar, who coordinated everything very well and made sure we were comfortable. The location is another big advantage, the hotel is very close to Masjid an-Nabawi, which made everything very convenient for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and felt very well taken care of. I truly believe anyone choosing Dallah Taibah Hotel will have a wonderful stay. The hospitality, service, location, and the way the staff treated our family made our stay very special. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Dallah Taibah Hotel with my family and my son. Everything was excellent, from the reception staff to the housekeeping team and all the other workers. Everyone was extremely respectful, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The way they spoke to us and treated us made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel was very clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a good selection, and the location was excellent and very convenient. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We genuinely felt at home and enjoyed our 14-night stay very much.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we disliked. We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay and had a very positive experience.

Location . I would like to thank those people who work at the reception for the sake of clients, special thanks to Mr Abdulaziz Al dakheel as well as miss Sara for their efforts .

We had an excellent stay at Dallah Taibah Hotel. The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient for prayers and visits to the Prophet’s Mosque. Our three-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was welcoming, courteous, and professional. We would especially like to thank Mr. Abdulaziz Al Dhakeel and Mr. Rami Al Harbi for their warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out, as well as Ms. Sarah from Customer Services for arranging our parking reservation.

The door card system keeps revoking the cards frequently

Everything was perfect Every time I came to almadina It’s my favorite hotel

The location is good. The staff is cooperative.

The washroom feels old. Need renovation.
