La posizione immerso nel verde

Purtroppo dopo qualche ora dal nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno tre cani che abbaiavano continuamente in pratica nella camera comunicante alla nostra , dopo ripetute lamentele ci è stato detto che non potevano cambiarci camera in quanto erano tutte occupate. Altra nota negativa ci è stata data una camera con sanitari scomodi in quanto riservata a persone diversamente abili. Infine consiglierei ad ogni check out di controllare nei mobili poiché abbiamo trovato della biancheria intima dei precedenti ospiti……per tutto il resto era piacevole respirare profumo di lavanda

Estuvo muy bien y repetiría. Pero para ser top tendrían de mejorar varios aspectos. Desayuno de mayor calidad y rapidez. Edificio es magnifico pero decoración es sencilla y con poca personalidad, un poco amateur. Cuando llegas a la habitación estaría bien algún detalle. Mejores amenities. Televisor un poco mas grande.

La location è molto bella e raffinata, oltre che pulitissima. Alba ci ha accolti subito nel migliore dei modi con molta professionalità, capendo immediatamente le nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, ricoperti di attenzioni, come in effetti ti aspetti da un hotel di altissima categoria come questo. Anche la stanza con meraviglioso terrazzo, i prodotti per il bagno, le lenzuola, il buon cibo sono stati all' altezza delle nostre aspettative. Sicuramente torneremo ! Das Hotel ist ein Juwel! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit wunderschöner Terrasse. Wir haben mehrfach im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und waren von der Qualität der Speisen und Weine begeistert. Sehr schöner Pool. Ideale Lage, um Mittel-Apulien zu erkunden. Wie würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Stunningly beautiful hotel! We stayed in the tower room which was beyond all expectations! Fabulous grounds and pool. Plenty of parking. Lovely friendly staff and delicious food!

Tutto. La struttura incantevole, immersa nella tranquillità dell’uliveto, la bellissima piscina, l’eccellente ristorante con il personale che ci ha coccolati per tutto il periodo con piatti eccezionali e una cortesia che difficilmente ho trovato altrove. Complimenti!

Beautiful grounds-lovely pool, wonderful room/bathroom size and design. Staff was very helpful, especially with booking us wine tasting experiences nearby and a driver to take us to them. Restaurant expensive but good quality if you are not wanting to leave the property.

Unfortunately, we were wrongly charged for spa services which we did not receive, and it has been a nightmare getting the full amount of money back for that despite it being entirely the hotels fault : ( Very disappointing.

This property is beautiful and peaceful. You definitely need a car to access it as it not a walkable area. With a rental car it’s great. The food was good, pool was cool but nice (pretty deep, so maybe hard with little kids). Gym was tiny (just for one person at a time) but well stocked. Overall I recommend for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

what we liked most was the quietness and calmness of the location, the restaurant was very cosy and the pool was great. the staff was very friendly at all times.

Staying at Villa Torre Bianca was absolutely incredible. Probably one of the top hotel experiences of my life- and I travel often. The setting is breathtaking- surrounded by olive orchards. There are only 12 rooms at the hotel- so the staff know you and strive to make the stay exceptional. One of the highlights was taking a pasta-making class with the chef. I would give this hotel 10 out of 10.

The place is amazing and the kindness of the staff is also a key note for this hotel. We had a humid room downstairs and they upgraded us in a suite with balcony overlooking the entire valley. The pool is fantastic very quite and in the middle of nature. The decoration is very accurate modern and elegant

Magic Hideaway on a big block of land. From our suite we had a beautiful view. The whole staff puts a lot of attention to details and always helps you to make your stay memorable. The cooking class with chef Giovanni was truly a special experience. In the garden you have so many places to find peace and quiet time.

Had an absolutely delightful comfortable holiday here. The food and wine were excellent too. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in ensuring a really successful stay. It's a very tranquil and restorative space to stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Torre Bianca und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, das Frühstück gut, eher süss als salzig (Eierspeisen konnten à la carte bestellt werden). Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei den Badetüchern könnte das Hotel noch etwas nachhaltiger werden: obschon wir diese immer schön aufgehängt hatten, um sie am nächsten Tag wieder zu benutzen, wurden uns jeweils neue Tücher hingelegt.

The property and building were beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Gaspare and Safy who went out of their way to help us . I would definitely go back there and will recommend it to my friends.

We wanted a place to relax and take one hour day trips. The place was perfect. The staff with Massi,Rosalia,Gaspare,and Gianni providing food and service was memorable. We did a cooking class with Gianni and got a greater sense for Pulgian specialties.Breakfast was included and personalized so everyone was happy. We relaxed by the pool and walk the Olive groves. Visiting Pulignano a mare, Monopoli,Castellana Grotte was easy .Evening meals with Gianni and Gaspare were again personalized and affordable. You must have a car here as my only advise. The Italian road system is tricky with poor signage at times but GPS navigatived us well.

The property is well located for visiting towns in the area, including Bari, Monopoli and Polignano a mare.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but quite expensive. The breakfast options were very limited.

Staff was great... Gaspere and Avi were fantastic...

It was a beautifully designed hotel and the rooms where super spacious. Everything was extremely well kept and the grounds were really stunning. Also the hotel cat was everything!

The only thing that they could improve on is the breakfast & having a thick duvet.

The property is top shelf snd the staff were friendly and super helpful. The food and wine selection was amazing.

From our welcome to our departure our stay was outstanding. Thw accommodation, the food and the level of service were all excellent. The venue as well as the surrounding cities, in particular Monopoli were delightful. I encourage those who are looking for a delightfulholiday experience looking further than Villa Torree Biaanca. Great hotel. Beautiful building and great service! I had the room which had the tower as part of it. The tower has a living room and outside a hot tub and large deck. Amazing view from there. Service was great and staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. So good that I overate which is out of character for me. The location is great on top of a high ridge. It is cooler than down by the water and there was a cool breeze most days. Loved the area. There are a lot of small towns and things to see withiin a 30 minute drive. It was also easy to get to Bari and the airport there which I flew in and out of. Can't wait to return!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Torre Bianca at the of June. The setting and accommodation are stunning. We can't say enough about the quality and helpfulness of the staff. Beautiful property, the king suite is super comfortable with an amazing rooftop terrasse and jacuzzi. Food for dinner was very good.

Incredible service and property! I often stay at 5* properties across the global, and was seeking a similar experience when selecting this property. I was initially concerned about the location as I wanted to see Polignano a Mare and accessible transportation to the Bari airport. I was able to arrive via train at the Polignano a Mare station and as expected no taxis are available, but was able to get a "tuk" taxi for €20 to the property. Once I arrived at the property I was greeted by Bianca who delivered superior service. She helped arrange a dinner location in the old city and coordinated a private driver to and from town as well as to the airport. The property itself sits within the outskirts of the city in a quiet estate with a beautiful pool and surrounding landscape. My initial perception is that its an ideal wedding venue for a exclusive experience or perfect boutique short-stay property. I stayed in a Deluxe Room which was spacious like the normal size of a suite decorated in modern luxury minimalist style. While staying at the property I was working and the wifi connectivity was superior without any interruptions. The property features a restaurant which I had breakfast and featured a full spread including eggs to order and other traditional American breakfast items like pancakes and fruit. I would certainly plan to stay at the property if I was ever visiting the region the future.

I stay often at 5* properties and this one checks every box. I was a bit concerned of staying here without having a car, but it’s very accessible even by a tuk from the train station. When you’re at the property they can arrange private transportation to get you anywhere you need to go as well. The property is beautiful, well maintained and excellent staff that goes out of their way to make the experience wonderful.

We stayed for two nights in September and enjoyed our stay! The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious! The staff were very helpful and accommodating! The estate is stunning! You’ll need a car to get around as there isn’t much within walking distance.

The hotel was gorgeous, a beautiful building, stunning design, inside and out. And a very well thought out, comfortable, large bedroom. Just lovely!

Everything was great, just wish we had organised a rental car, as the hotel is very remote.

Stunning property and room!

The Mazarelli Creative resort is an exceptional property. It is a beautifully renovated villa decorated with excellent taste and functionality. Each room appears to have it’s own entrance and patio area. You are surrounded by fruit and olive trees. It’s so serene. Ciara is a delightful hostess. They serve a delicious breakfast in a lovely outdoor setting. Highly recommend.

Splendidly renovated historical villa in the Apulian countryside surrounded by olive tree groves. The duplex Royal Suite in the property’s tower is absolutely mind blowing with its 360 degree views and the superb terrace. It’s almost like a room in the sky. The excellent cuisine based on local products (2 menu choices for dinner, changing every day) suits the overall tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. The staff has been very kind and helpful and it’s been enjoyable to chat with one or the other during the stay. Thank you for providing a memorable experience.

On a business trip in Puglia, I have booked Mazzarelli resort with the thought of having a good place to relax while working during the day. The amazing establishment offers very good privacy, strategic location with easy access to all the touristic points of interest and very good services. A funny memory comes to my mind: one morning the gardener started the mowing machine quite early. The reception person in charge was very understandable when I called and nicely asked to delay the process for one hour. 5 stars from me. The only aspect I would like to see it improved is the kitchen offer (Maybe that was due to lockdown challenges). Appreciating the manager gesture in presenting me the property and SPA development plan. With a bit of luck I’ll come back this summer. :)

If you are looking for a place to totally unwind, however also close to most famous UNESCO sites, you found your spot! Everyone is well prepared to help you out instantly. Great gardens, pool and olive trees for your morning walks. I would say: very well trained staff, good location, clean and private atmosphere. Loved it!
